Ooops!!!! I just looked at the drama poster - it has CEO Chae on top showing her butt in some pretty tight white dress, and below her are Chef and Seo Rim, and Baek Ho and Jang Mi. I said cool, these are the right pairs. Chef is already sold on Seo Rim. When she just left him, he was disappointed. He missed her. He is already caught, swallowed hook, line and sinker... and nobody else but Seo Rim could have done it. She was PERSISTENT AND CONSISTENT in showing her love, and she was genuine. She broke his walls.

THEN I read the synopsis on Wikipedia - and I suppose here too?? saying: "The series follows the intertwined lives of two women driven by deadly desires, one seeking vengeance, and the other fueled by selfish ambition" and then it says Jang Mi seeks revenge using Seo Rim's identity

IT WILL BE USELESS AND WASTE TO KILL SEO RIM. SHe is the best character in the drama. Jang Mi can never become like that.
Jang Mi can and shoud get smarter and wiser, or else we will watch a stupidly bland moronic boring person to the end... !!!!! but her flavor is very different and should be preserved. She is kinder and more giving in some ways, she took care of her mother and family. Seo Rim just doesnt have that "mother hen" attitude

Yeah!!!! by seeing that there was 3 or 4 serious attempts to kill her, she should have been careful. But she is so dumb!!!! So far she is alive thanks to Baek Ho following her. Now she fired him so she is just a sitting duck.
And Seo Rim is smart but gets too emotional, this is so overwhelming, she gets caught or blurts stuff out.
Both twins have NO COMPREHENSION of the danger they are in, they are dealing with killers. So they COULD be killed, any time.

yeah, exactly! she is SMART, her mind is not closed to receiveing new information. That is called LEARNING and is a sign of INTELLIGENCE. And her lack of fear is bc she is intelligent and thus confident that she will find a solution to whatever it is. She is relatively mature and not broken, her spirit is alive and well :) There are intelligent people who are emotionally / spiritually broken and cannot accept use of their intelligence, they lack confidence
Dumb people do not accept new information, their brain is already "filled up" and incapable of learning something new, they instantly reject new information, they have this insatiable need to EXACTLY KNOW IT ALL all the time, and if they dont, they just reject that information LOL

Like Jae In here - her mom keeps screaming at Manager Lee, Jae In knows CEO Cha took down a banner, talked to her dad, is powerful and her mom's enemies are powerul, and did this or that, BUT what is in Jae In's head is the "blndly follow authority" so she REJECTS any new information that conflicts what she was already brainwashed in.

So today, in ep 41, Jae In is THE SAME PERSON AS IN EP 1. JAE IN IS SUPER BORING

TO A DUMB PERSON, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THEIR PRIDE AND THEM HAVING CONTROL AND GOOD IMAGE so in some way, insecurity and dumbness go hand in hand
TO AN INTELLIGENT PERSON, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE RESULT, and they are willing to make mistakes and try new etc they are not all set "to look good" but to accomplish

nah they always proliferate back again... it is like cockroaches or weeds or rats... they keep proliferating. Some are worst than others and yeah KSJ was especially deadly, shall we say, a rat that carried corona virus global pandemic LOL

Human life is so pathetic, we want to kill the person who crosses us in traffic, the opposing team or party members, anyone who annoys us, opposing religions, races, etc we are just wired to be greedy and snatching from each other like kids on the playground. Most adults are at the toddler level of consciousness. SO ALWAYS SOME WILL RISE TO CONTROL OTHERS.

They operate ONLY bc so called ordinary people are super dumb - greedy, egoistical, dumb, lazy - so those vermin always can find someone to manipulate and to exploit in exhange for a few stupid liittle favors and lots of sweet bsing.

currently, about 10% of population are psychopaths, ppl who kill without blinking, and about 25% are sociopaths, those who recruit others into doing bad things for the sociopath's benefit - the sweet ones who are never guilty but run the show and cause messes... the sweet bsers... gossip spreaders... social engineers... manipulations.... 25% of people are like that!!!!! And then probably 90% of population has shady morals and does not mind cheating, lying, stealing, revenges, backstabbing, etc.
So there are broken humans, there are different kinds of aliens, demons, goblins, gumihos, grim reapers LOL etc etc etc we all share this space called Earth, so there is ALWAYS lot and lots and lots of morons who want to rise up and grab it all and misuse ppl.

So the solution is that the general population needs to be more spiritual and more aware of what is going on, and more aware of the law of karma - bc - it is not those bad guys, but lots of "good people" who turn the blind eye OR COLLABORATE with the bad guys doing bad stuff . Rememver what Hitler said - it is very fortunate that ordinary citizens dont think And who else said - the evil ir propagated by so called good people who just stand and watch. AND EVEN PARTICIPATE. bc it is fun, makes them feel powerful. gets them some benefit, etc
For example just look at the rounding up of immigrants int he USA now total Nazi ways, and who is saying anything against it.. ???

Seo Rim is holding up amazingly well considering that until yesterday she had "a mom" and today, she is already questioning her and has no problems to LEARN that her mother is a criminal.
Seo Rim is used to living in a snake pit and being cautious , and she is smart and she is used to LEARNING FAST and RESPONDING FAST
but not enough... bc this new level of literal crime to the point of killing someone is all new to her and she is overwhelmed.

I was not a great fan of Ji Sung to be honest... bc his "superior jester superman in control" smirky flat face is annoying to me. I like his drama "Familiar Wife" but again, he was rather ... the same all the time. I thought Kill Me Heal Me was too crazy.

HOWEVER, in this drama I saw him doing some pretty heavy and amazing acting, showing vulnerability and emotion, so yeah. I gained respect for his acting.

I am not a huge fan of Lee Joon Gi acting. I think he was great for Flower of Evil and in King and Clown, actually the clown role imo was his best role and I remember him most from that. Then what... ? As if he tried to cover up any suspicion of gayness by picking only tough he-man roles. But there isnt much acting there. Complex roles like the clown are a lot more interesting. His role in Scarlet Heart was too cheesy and annoying bc it was just so overboard he-man flat one dimensional.

So I am one of the numerous victims of stealing homes in rhe USA, there is an epidemic of it, esp stealing condos and town homes from elderly, single women, minorities. So I am writing loooong and nuuumerous complaints... What I saw in Courts in Hawaii is SCARY, I would NOT recommend anyone to buy any property there, or even visit, there is no law. Anything goes. They just write up something fake, sue you, charge you huge amounts of money, judge grants all of that and nobody cares. FORECLOSURE JUDGES IN HAWAII ARE out there to steal and they use low circuit judges - since foreclosure judge is also Deputy Chief and Administrative Judge of 1st Circuit Court - and then appellate judges are ... wow corrupt the one who presided over my appeal worked with the opposing party attorneys for 30 years!!!! and they put him on my case!!!!! he granted them anything and didnt care for all their violations....

So ... A group of attorneys and JUDGES is stealing property under pretense of law.
I AM WATCHING THE JUDGE RETURNS his old life IN REAL LIFE
The situation is like in Made in Korea.
The drug ppl need to launder their money, they buy property and do construction - bc you can pay huge amounts with cash. And politicians fund themselves with that.

Wow the low level of ppl who believe that doing that kind of stuff will make life better. I will never ever forget one very dark-skinned i think Jamaican or something like that, middle aged woman, who leaned to me in a major city and said in hushed tones how she cannot stand all these immigrants coming in. I was like hey ya trying to be white rich and powerful??? Ppl wanted to get a taste of that. And it looks in real life like you described. Very disgustingly pitiful.

One thing that I can see happening bc of my property is that THERE IS NO LAW ANYMORE IN THE USA. Now is the time of everyone who is in can grab as much as possible. That is like ... 1800s The USA is totally out of time and out if 21st century

I saw him in one of my fav dramas, Growing Season. He is a great actor. And he is is super talented for comedy!

This was a great advertisement for Korea's beach areas and countryside. I saw RVs parked by the beach. Also a great ad for alternate energy, being good at school, yeah studying in Seoul bc that's where the college will be the best.... .... also for for living in countryside, having families and a normal life in fresh air and greenery. And yeah, a small business owner.

Smart move to make this drama. It is a testimony to all ordinary ppl. Bravo.

And interestingly, this drama was the most "feminist" ever... as the male leads had to leave their female partners to solve their problems on their own. They helped when needed and also left space when needed. It was great relationship examples. The lesson to Ha Neuyl was powerful... And the lesson of tough love to the woman, no coddling..
I was surprised that FL just packed up and went back to Seoul. Wtf.... ???? So I am glad he didnt chase her and SHE had to decide to seek him out and say yes.
And I like this "hot mama" image, as the middle aged couple at the end showed a lot of hot blood running.

Overall, lots of very positive and forward images...
and I do hope they settled in countryside, why would he leave his company and his house... ?

I have no fireman knowledge but seems to me that it was NOT possible to save that drunk dude from the fire UNLESS he dumped the baby, which is out of question... . First he had to go out with the baby and by that time, everything inside fell apart.

she is not a stranger or a random girl.. SHE WAS A BUSINESS PARTNER IN CRIME :) ..... she is someone who you shared the bed with and whom you served as a servant, in exhange for her paying your father's hospital and you able to take money to fix trials... , That is NOT a stranger, and definitely not random... She was a business partner in crime.
And yeah, she was a crooked business partner :) The business deal was all crooked, people were crooked, bc the business was related to CRIME.
So what did anyone expect from her??? NOTHING. As you said, she had no reason to stand up to him, since they had no connection beyond being business partners in crime, and those are known for bailing out, backstabbing, etc

From cdramas, I get the idea that they like round tables, and from my Chinese friends, I have the idea that serving roast duck and LOTS LOTS food would be a fancy dinner in China. I had a roomie from the warm Hong Kong and she ate and "lived" on the floor. Many other Chinese seem to use tables, probably bc it is too cold in most of China to sit on the unheated floor.

Korea traditionally sits on the floor and has heated floor, if you had money :) The idea of good food seems to be LOTS of it, like in China. I can understand that a family puts out all kinds of stuff for a large family.
But that business dinner for 2 people with all that food... ??? Is that how you would do a real business deal dinner in S Korea???

I visited Japan once but as a normal person I went to normal restaurants, and learned the hard way that Japanese appreciate the elegant look the most, and their idea of elegant look is very Zen.... so.... a great gift is a tiny expensive mellon that costs more than your coat.... their meal portions are soooo tiny, you basically get a very prettty looking plate with pretty arrangement of a few vegetable leaves and a tiny thin piece of some fish or meat .... and so I was starving LOL Plus their food was covered in sauces, sweet and sour, and I just could not eat it. I was literally starving LOL I had to do all kinds of tricks to eat, and I was still starving, there just wasnt anything to eat.... finally I had to cook for myself so that I could eat vegetables that were clean of any sauces and some starch without any sauces. I remember Japan as inedible LOL

From my friends from India etc I saw how they eat and it is also lots of food, and depending on the cuisine and the cook, it can be super greasy too, so you get chubby middle aged ppl, but it doesnt have to be. India has so many diferent ppl... But for everyone - everything is cooked or pickled, nothing raw :) and there is lots o SPICY antimicrobial foods, like turmeric, to beat cholera, tuberculosis, etc etc etc which are rampant in hot moist climate like India. Indians have super healthy eating habits, no sugar, lots of milk, cleaning and rinsing teeth after every meal, so many naturally got beauuuutiful pearly teeth, great skin and hair. Auyrveda has deep roots and really helps Indians live better than most.

In Europe it depends where you are - anything from French cooking - it takes 3 hrs to eat and you eat one byte of lots of greasy sauces and stuff, but the food is REAL, German tons of meat and sausages and beer and then mints and Swedish bitters to help you stay alive from all that callories and grease; Italian pasta - which stuffs you up and makes you bloat just like ramen noodles; and S Europe and Balkans, where you get a whole roasted pig or lamb or goat with tons of hard liquor and crusty fresh bread, NO veggies but maybe some chopped onions, tomato or pepper... nothing green ever!!!!! maybe chopped up cabbage.. but that is not really green... . In England, you starve LOL what they eat is inedible.... and they look it :) London is full of totally bloated people. English food is known as terrible and it IS :) But it does not have to be.. England has tons of lush greenery and sheep so you could have really nice meals with green and other veggies and meat and potatoes IF YOU WANTED TO. England is full of green nettles which are super nutritious.

In the USA, in a normal restaurant, you get huuuuuuge portions of really greasy salty stuff with some "meat" which really isnt meat, they use all kinds of fillers and GMO stuff, and then at the end of dinner, you ask for a doggy bag and they pack you stuff to take home. There is no way anyone normal can eat all that they serve. But some ppl do and that's why you see so much obesity in the USA. plus the food is cheap bc it is totally artificial and tasteless, so they put salt and cheap reused rancid grease to make it ediblem but it is sooo cheap, in every way, .... food is cheap, there is tons of it for cheap, but it is 100% tasteless.
A business power meal can be anything that looks like that all the way to a fancy dinner with some real food, that will not come in huge portions, will be tasty and expensive, and is super rare to find.
USA has no basis or teachings for healthy living so you have to put a lot of effort to learn it somwhere and then it is not easy to stick to it bc the lifestyle is completely artificial and self desctructive. That's why it is hard to find a person in good shape and healthy

this was a cultural question bc I have never seen a power business dinner in the Far East. I visited Japan but I was a normal ppl eating in normal restaurants, and Japanese portions are sooooo tiny, I was always hungry LOL
