I'm FFing all the time, boring staring moments, FF is so unpleasant a lot of the time, I feel sorry for both ML and SML. I can't see why they would put up with such awful behaviour. Why would she say 'you lost weight' and the glasses thing. Frankly I don't really care actually! Narrative is all over the place, angsty and intense, followed by exceptionally unfunny comedic moments (both sitting on their bags with hands under their chins talking about their outfits). Dropping this one.

Judging from your grammar, I don’t think you should really be one to judge. This is an amazing drama so far…
well said!! I wish my Korean was half as good as your English.!

I can’t believe the same director who gave us AOS S1 and BTIMFL and WWWSK delivered something this ass. I honestly…
yep agree! I also thought he was fantastic in Hyena. Maybe he wanted to show his comedic/romcom range as an actor by doing this role. You have every right to state your opinion. That's what makes MDL interesting.

I can’t believe how bad is this turn out to be. FL acting is like she got her first role in her 40s, at first…
lol ! Yes I'm not really feeling the FL and ML relationship! Not great chemistry, you can see the acting. It looks more like brother/sister. SML constantly looking miserable and disappointed, whereas he had NO indication at all from FL that there was anything. Whole drama with SFL betrayal thus far floating off into nothing. Idiot, invasive, teachers around leads (supposedly comic relief) , especially the guy with the glasses, beyond cringe. Having said all that I'm still enjoying this drama, so lightweight and fun.

Good drama but sad. I hate how the ML was looked down upon. The FL clearly knew who she was dating, and the type…
Yes exactly, well said. Natsu was thrust into this position with absolutely no warning, so he re experiences the grief of being dumped by Mizuki, loses his current love, is the recipient of the ferocious grief felt by almost everyone associated with Umi and Mizuki! His character as is already outlined from the beginning, is so understanding and kind, that he takes the brunt of all of this situation without even considering his own well being. He never mentions to anyone clearly that Mizuki dumped him in the most brutal manner, lied about another guy, and also the fact that she proceeded to have his child. He never articulates to anyone that as a result of this he loses his current relationship. No one seems to consider his situation, or the above dynamics and Mizuki is portrayed as a free spirit, adorably headstrong and even more revered for her opinions after her death. Yayoi's apparently 'loving and amused' advice to Natsu is completely ignoring the burden he is faced with.
And good point about a woman deserting a man, because he has a child.
Ignoring all of this the drama was hastily wrapped up with everyone apparently forming a supportive, loving support system, which from the viewers perspective is a massive relief but does not address major issues in this story.
However having said all that, the acting was superb on all fronts, despite others opinion I think the performance of of Meguro Ren is beyond amazing. Same with little Izutanii Rana!
I still really enjoyed it!

This is the first drama where I fully understand the misunderstanding. Both had their hearts WRECKED at a young…
Well said, totally agree. I think the one flaw in the narrative/writing is that their awkward juvenile antics are not what deeply hurt adults do. Some of it is funny, but some is just gratuitous gags for a laugh and it's not enhancing what is a deeply felt need to reconcile and show each other the hurt and love, and explain the misconceptions. Hope I expressed myself here, I think everything will pan out as you so well explained. It will be a big relief.

Over, over, over, the FL and the snarled lip. She acts so immature and childish. Always falling, just stupid antics.…
The lip snarl must be an SK thing, I never really see people doing that!! Unless something seriously stinks lol

Have to agree with general consensus the older bickering couple is losing it's lustre and is no longer funny. Frankly even the younger couple doing that was getting a bit silly. But that stupid juvenile sniping, pushing, shoving, and mouth sneers has had its day. It's inconsistent with the actual reason the FL wants to keep her distance, which is to protect herself from further pain, due to her past experiences. There is no reason on earth why she can't simply tell him she needs to protect herself, and he can easily ask her about the 3 months thing at this point. Some kind of reconciliation, comprehension and resolution of what went on is badly needed. They need at this point to share the pent up love, I think the audience would be truly grateful. It doesn't mean this has to lose the comic vibe or become overly heavy etc. It's just not that funny to see people in their 30's behave like little brats for 6 eps.

I have to say that the last 20 minutes of episode 5 is about as chemistry filled and romantic as it gets -- for…
Yep, so agree. And Ju Ji Hoon is amazingly handsome, so good at comedy. Love both couples, this drama has all the right ingredients. Couldn't be better.

Title Where Does the Sea Begin Spoiler
Probably the best drama of this genre I have watched this year. Flawless acting from everyone, Meguro Ren, is amazing, and little Izutani Rana could not be more perfect. Although I get the story, and also everyone's decision, it became a situation so fraught with complexity, joy and bitter grief.
I can't help but feel that perhaps Mizuki could have made other choices, and given Naksu a chance to make up his mind. I feel she broke his heart, twice. I can't say I really follow her reasoning in raising her daughter on her own, irl this would have put a lot of strain on both of them. Potentially the three could have formed a family. Of course her health issues would have played out, and that is another story. However the narrative is the narrative, and as such it's an extraordinary experience watching it. I have to say the script is phenomenal, how they have managed to articulate such complex ideas is amazing. I haven't watched the last 3 eps. I can only hope that all these people can come together in some kind of community and support for each other, rather than reside in sadness that separates them.

People don't like current version of FL because this FL has almost lost her will. Nothing has went right for her…
Je suis tout a fait d'accord,

I guess I'm part of the minority. I miss Ju Ji Hoon in romcom. He is funny! Well, at least, for me!
No no no, I think he is the best part of this drama, I'm in your minority !!!

Just started the second ep and that "how did you end up falling for a bisexual person?" really REALLY pissed me…
Totally agree, if he's a scammer etc fair enough, that's the only thing that counts, not his sexual preference. These should not be conflated.

Is it just me, Seo Hyun Jin is skin and bones, she is my favorite actress I hope she's okay.
No I find it scary to see her so thin, it's actually distracting me from getting involved in the show. Although I'm finding it good, but pretty depressing and bleak.
