Songphon, that old man deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison. He should be held fully accountable for…
It’s a pacemaker. Pacemakers are directly linked to your heart. Certain devices can interfere and pose a significant risk to the functioning of said pacemaker. While the device in question alone doesn’t usually lead to death, that combined with age, history of weak cardiovascular muscles, and significant shock can unalive a person.

In the manhwa it’s not Sky he saves but the guy in the hospital bed. They probably didn’t have time to fit…
Absolutely! 😊

The ultimate justice for the countless boys he’s r@ped and killed has to do with that lump/bubble on his chest over his heart.

Prison is not for him though. From today’s episode, I can see how they will get justice served on him and it follows the manhwa.

Spoiler below- don’t read if you don’t want to know.

Can we take a moment to appreciate Sun? One man against multiple thugs, yet he still went in alone to save Sky.…
In the manhwa it’s not Sky he saves but the guy in the hospital bed. They probably didn’t have time to fit that in as written in the manhwa, though. And he doesn’t save him because he cares about him- it’s purely for himself that he does so. But it does cast him in a more caring light this way- saving someone that reminds him of his little brother.

I think it’s pretty obvious now that there will be a season two. And I am happy about it. I need more. The quality…
I doubt it, actually. We’re almost done with the manhwa. Thailand doesn’t seem to do a lot of second seasons. Though there may be a special episode, unless they fit those parts of the manhwa into the last episode somehow… It would have to be a 1.5 hour episode at least, though.

Would be nice if you were right, though.

July was a phenomenal month for BLs
Truly. Korea, Thailand, Japan, and most especially China upped their game. China came out and dominated like BL fans predicted they would once they found the loophole to the same sex censorship restrictions. May they continue to up their game, forcing the others to up theirs. I’m a willing spectator. It’s a win-win for BL fans. 😊

Episode 9 was so hard to watch. My heart broke for these boys. The saddest part is that it’s Art imitating Life.
I thought the guy in the tub was one of the new actors in the press conference that was supposed to be in the new series they were promoting… Crazy he could just end him like that without concern for the drama he staked so much money on- let alone the grossly unnecessary loss of life after such an assault. I’m reminded of Chinese actor Yu Minglong’s death and the lack of justice he has received to date.

OMG why did I JUST realize Shogun (Sky) is Khemthis, from Deep Night? I kept wondering where I’d seen him before but kept forgetting to look him up while watching until now.

It’s not that the actor is ordinary- the manhwa describes the character as ordinary looking. Minlee is definitely…
They’re definitely up there for sure! 😊 So much eye candy. And good acting, too!

also for anyone curious, from what i've seen it will start airing on july 26th!
GagaOOLala has the release time as 7/27 at 9am TST (Taiwan Standard Time or GMT +8) whatever time that translates to where the viewer is. For me, it’s 6pm on the 26th. (I put it in my calendar with the time zone and it auto-calculated my local time since I’m bad with time zones- I’m GMT-7 or PST if that helps).

In the manhwa, he didn't know what it meant. All he saw was that it looked cool, so he got it.
Right. And we don’t know why in that location because the manhwa doesn’t explain it. It is conveniently placed for the story development, though. Somethingnone may only get a good look at in *ahem ahem* “certain” positions…

Am at ep 5 now and find it funny that Sunny doesn't know of his existence yet given the most famous photographer…
Sunny is self-absorbed. He’s to focused on himself and likely doesn’t even consider looking at the most famous photographer in Thailand’s social media because he didn’t photograph him. He’s busy trying to destroy the manager through whatever way he can.

I’m still at eps. 4. Perhaps I should concentrate on just one BL at a time. But you’re easily distracted when…
It’s not that the actor is ordinary- the manhwa describes the character as ordinary looking. Minlee is definitely not ordinary. 🫰🏽So the scriptwriter kept that in for his description. I also don’t think the actor playing Sunny is as good looking as the manhwa described him. (Personal perception.) This happens a lot in dramas, I think. We viewers just have to pretend our eyes don’t work 🤫

we have one more episode left after episode 9 and I still haven't seen him get revenge for his brother.
Just like in the manhwa, he gets his in the very end.

With the way the world is, where the rich and powerful can get away with pretty much everything, such depravities…
Epstein involved many international and prominent figures across 10 or so countries. It does not, in fact, happen just in Asian countries. Corruption doesn’t have a nationality. Unfortunately. If it hasn’t happened in Australia, it could very well be because someone super powerful likely hasn’t yet been caught, not that Australia is free of corruption. Since you pointed it out, my friend, I must ask: wasn’t the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse in 2013 and 2017 a response to finally uncovering decades of corruption in Australia’s government, religious and sporting institutions? Or the Wollongong Development Scandal of 2008, which was a bribery and sex for favors sort of scandal?

Just saying. No country is immune to such corruption. Money covers all kinds of horrors that takes brave whistleblowers to expose. Asia is definitely not the only continent with this problem.
