I need it to break my heart and then give me a happy ending!! >> This is exactly what I wanted 😭 I thought the angst in finale would also last more , but it was resolved a little too quickly!

We have the same rating. 7.75 😄 but I rounded it to 7.5 rather than 8 ! And I agree with you, maybe it wasn't the drama but me who was expecting very different things from it.

I also didn't have the problem with the age after a few episodes, but I think the execution was pretty average. They missed on a lot of plotlines that could have elevated this.

But both leads are pretty . I think you should keep it in undecided and let the randomizer tell you 🤭

It does! I love Japanese BLs and the slice of life kinda storytelling but this felt hollow. Somehow I couldn't connect or care about the characters.

I do agree with almost everything. And I truly feel the same. The romance is absolutely top tier.

The only disagreement is i could have watched a few more episodes with them. Maybe 1 more in the modern world or maybe it is my greedy heart 🤭

And I do agree with romance being the primary plot point and rest everything felt stagnant during that, but again somehow their healthy relationship makes me not want to complain! Lol

I feel Yu Xian is in changed future where Haitang and Yixun are still together. So that means, Yixun never met her because he didn't go to jail , so would have not met her real father.

And we get nothing for Sheng Cheng but I feel he wouldn't be born because Haitang would have not married his father.
I really wanted something for him. But at last it looks like we picked that last letter. it was very vague. I hope he remembers and meets Nian!
