I UNCONSCIOUSLY knew it. Somehow he always gave me ick and dislikable vibes. Never could understand why on earth he was so popular or why I seemingly randmly loeathed him π
This drama might not be that popular internationally (longer dramas rarery are), but korean audience are loving it - always above 10% in rating each ep π₯°
How confident Seri's mom has to be about seducing the LX Hotel CEO ML (to make the hotel theirs) to even have had her daughter sign up to do a BA Masters in advance!!! π π€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈ
PLEEEEEEASE woman you are not that attractive and so far shown to be very bad at seduction and the ML has been hyper-loyal to his dead wife for15 years, she's so delusional that it's funny!! π ππππ
CAN'T WAIT For FL to effortlesly get in the way of this woman's "masterplan" ha ha! ππ
Ep 6 - Seri's mom, please calm down with the "My Puppyyyyyy dooog!!" calling your daughter in front of people on campus lol, that was highkey embarrasing π
It's a real shame that Park Bo Gum has no character development with himself as IU who also plays the girl role.…
Right now Both of them are suffering a lack of development, because both still living in the same village since childhood and marrying their chilldhood crush.
Many people move away from their childhood hometowns or at least don't marry their childhood crush.
So in a way it feels they're boths till stuck in childhood.
I was honestly hoping FL & ML wouldn't have ended up together so soon. I wanted to first see them both date other people and live in various places, Seoul and around the world, go to University, Start careers, live life...
They've been too stuck in Jeju the 1st 4 eps, I hope there's more happening later and that the story is not just them all their lives growing old together in Jeju lol I feel suffocated for them just living in a small fishing village all their lives so far, I wish their lives more excitement. And somehow they should get to Seoul too and FL become a poet. Or how about some world travel....
Wishing them both to enter University soon far away from Jeju, so they'll have more opportunities.
Their childhood and all they way to 19 has been boring so far. By their age, I had lived in many places and had many different life phases. Their childhood and youth has been just the same and Stuck in ONE SAME place/ Small Jeju with not much changing (except *See spoiler below). We need CHARACTER GROWTH and ADVENTURE.
I get that they are poor, but wishing somehow they'll create a more exciting life for themselves... 19 is young, I'm wishing them a very good luck in becoming much more successful soon...
He should stick to short hair like in the drama, it suits him much better. Based on this pic with longer hair I though he was ugly, only to be surpised by how handsome he is in the drama π
Ironically I generally prefer medium length hair on guys, it just doesn't suit this guy.
First it hit Netflix Top 10 in just Asian countries, now I see it's also in Top 10 in Latin-American countries, Australia, New Zealand and in Europe in 2 countries (Greece and Turkey) ππ
I hope more countries in Europe will also begin to take notice
Real life didn't give me the time to properly watch this yet, but just 10 minutes into ep 1 (and pausing it there to continue watching later today or tomorrow instead) : I'm already liking it, wow! ππ
Well, I guess Gwang Suk's mother will be annoying throughout this drama.
My biggest wish is for her is to quickly fall head over herls for a man her age who is just as much a lonely old person, start a relationship; Only so she can stop being so Cranky lol
Drama MAKE THIS HAPPEN QUICKLY for viewers' sanity pleaaase!!!
4 Eps in it's good and I'm now invested in the story.
They did a good job in introducing the FL and her now dead husband's story, while also balancing it with her meeting the Hotel owne r ML. They simultaneously made one find FL's new marriage cute, sad for her over his death, while also anticipating a future relationship between the leads. I'm looking forward to their future (funny?) interactions.
The FL with the Brothers-in-law, I'm liking their scenes too. The brothers are all so sweet! I'm looking forward to this Brother Quantet of Green Flags getting paired off one by one! π
It's a good thing the dead guy just happened to leave behind so many Work Notes so FL can save the brewery lol !
The youngest brother saving that girl from the violent creep, I'm invested on them too.
The dancing couple...I read others find them annoying or something. So far they're ok, BUT The woman is acting abit ridiculous, not like her age. Expected behaviour of a teenager maybe, not an adult woman...
Somehow just felt him "unlikable" for no clearly explainable reason.
Dating a 15 year old when you're an adult and doing so for Years wow...... π±π€¦ββοΈ
(It's been in my Plan To Watch for years lol)
Well deserved, it's a good drama

I think their marriage has held them Both back from exploring life more, instead kept both stuck honestly

and robbing their robbers π Funny ending of ep
(was watching late at night, I must've been too tired to pay attention to this)
