I don't really trust your taste, you rated Moving and It's Okay To Not Be Okay a 10, two dramas I didn't like. And Kill Me Heal Me and Chicago Typewriter are both 10 dramas not 8 like you rated..., but I'll watch until ep 7 (maybe 8) regardless....

If the twist makes me more excited I'll still only watch 1 ep (ep8 ) to see if drop or continue. Or at that point is has to become very good for me to continue.
It's a bit of both. The story itself is just ok, very average, also I'm not really beliving in their love or shipping them. I've been spoiled with much better written couple buildups in other series from various countries, books and movies, their office romance buildup was highly Mid. Compare this to some other pairings where I felt the world was ending if they didn't end up together & (unseriously)contemplating sending hate mail to writer if they have sad ending....I don't really ship them still. The Tree scene and the Hug after "I don't remeber why Iwas here I was so scared" were ok. But that's about it. Some cute scenes here and there but bad to mid Buildup writing.... But mostly it's pacing issues....Who the F okay'd 1,5h eps?!?? 🤦🏻♀️🤬

I HATED her character in Trunk, she did so well! Seriously extremely talented!
You know she did such an extremely good job in The Trunk, when I saw her under "Today's Birthdays", couldn't help but hate her a little just from seeing her face(because of the hateable character she played) 😅😂

I've been thinking for a while that the same thing is going on with Oh Yeon Seo. She's been picking back to back bad projects, that now I wonder if the lack of casting news is she self-sabotaged her career by bad project picks 😬 Hard to be favored by casting directors when your projects do badly consistently....
She wanted so badly to act in action series, that she forgot to look at script quality and picked Bad action scripts.....
Also this: "Genertaional shift (...) However, in recent years, numerous younger actresses capable of portraying characters similar to Moon Chae-won’s signature roles—innocent-looking, soft-spoken yet down-to-earth—have debuted and gained recognition, further reducing her opportunities. "
Truly it has become more important to stand out and be irreblacbale to avoid ageism 😓
Maybe MCW and OYS should take on some really hard projects that more younger actors don't have the acting skill to act in....
I hope some PD will give these 2 actresses a chance.
Maybe at first a lesser (but talented) known PD & writing team/Smaller Production house can give them a chance to turn their career Slumps around and then can go back to more known teams....
