Kim Nam Gil only does projects (according to himself in interview) which Society at large need at the time. Obviously society does not need misogynistic, homophobic, racist projects made with weird messages.....

It's 90% genetics lol. I say this as someone his age who also looks younger with baby face lol. Even my mom looks younger than her age, and my grandma too lol. Though my siblings aren't like this. The "young looking" genetics are selective lol.
The rest is just basic care/avoid unhealthy habits to not quickly age up despite good genes, not necessarily having good habits, just avoid the most unhealthy.😅
