I'm really excited about this pairing, but at the same time it's hard to be too excited cause this plot is soooooo saaad 😭💔 (along w. her excellent acting, especially at heartbreaking plots, will make it even sadder!)

People who've seen her play a sad Shizophrenic in Be Melodramatic, know that she'll just absolutely ACE this depressive terminally ill woman, it will break our hearts once again and likely even more than in Be Melo! 💔😭😭

I love this pairing too, but the terminal Ilnesses plot is making me depressed already 😭😭

Starting this now, let's see how I'll like it.....

Watch it for the 2nd Lead Pairing Grim Reaper & Sunny, their are excellent to the point that after years still among my fav ships. 😍

Recently Chun Woo Hee was already cast in My Youth w SJK, but only waited until her drama Atypical Family ended, to make her cast announcement.

....That makes one WONDER IF OTHER DRAMAS HAVE ALREADY CAST BOTH LEADS TOO, BUT WAITING TO ANNOUNCE, ONCE THEIR CURRENT DRAMA FINISHED AIRING???🤔🤔🤔

Yoon Shi Yoon would suit too, he's even worked with these writers previously....Maybe it can happen?

7.7 is too low of a rating.

I gave it an 8, but part of me wants to give it a full 10...

It's hard to rate a drama like this,
On one hand:
Social critisim handled 10/10 (better than Squid Game in social issues analogy!)
Acting/Cast. 10/10
Directing & Cinematography. 20/10 (GENIUS-Level directing, even better directing than in Squid Game!)
The Arthouse movie style & dark comedy: 10/10.
Set Design 10/10.
Intro montage 10/10
OVERALL Idea & story: 10/10

BUT THEN AGAIN:
Script 8.0/10 (some really thoughtful dialogues, but on the other hand story very unstructured and aimless for many eps)

But last few eps also went TOO dark and sadistic, making it hard to make this into a rewathable drama.
By principle any rewatchable dramas I rate 8.5 or above, but this drama only first half+ending is rewatchable....

I think only ep8 should've gone that dark, there's no need to show human ugly nature over and over multiple episodes, like WE GET IT, message of show recieved, no need to continue torture games so looooong.

Non-fantasy Romcom/Melodrama/SliceOfLife was their original style, just alot of you gen z where only like 3 years old back then or not born 😅

Delightful Girl Choon Hyang is an oldie but a goodie by them, yet most don't even know it for being too young or not enough of a veteteran k drama watcher 😅

This is a back-to-their roots moment for them, going to be interesting, especially when you consider how much k ent has changed since then, how will their Non-fantasy drama look now with all the different trends in 2024 versus 2004,. will it be anything similar to their old style or something entirely different 🤔🤔....
I'm certaintly going to watch this drama for this factor alone...

They gave Goreysong Creature (can't ever remember how tf it's spelled lol) a full freaking 10!! WTF.

That drama is the ultimate "Bad boring writing, carries itself by cast and visuals only" LMAO 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️😅😅😅

....That tells me that they have absolute ZERO grasp about what good writing is 😅😅😅

....The only good drama in their list that they liked is Will Love In Spring, but even that masterpiece got lower rating by them than Gyreosng Creature with trash writing, and lower rating than other unworthy ones LMAO 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
