Have to go to other sites (asianwiki, social media, youtube etc.) to read sane, objective comments with either positive commenst or actually logical arguments for why something isn't working and not unjustified hate.
With Park Min Young and Ji Chang Wook having good dramas airing around same time and doing well, I can't be the only one this awakened some type of Healer nostalgia lol 😂

Nah it's on par with the trend of making dramas 12 eps rather than 16, happens pretty frequently now, which imo is a good thing, most 16 ep dramas drag on, 12 ep dramas don't generally have that problem.
Even TFP1 took a bit too long like 10 eps to build up the plot, then the writer corrected himself/improved on that with Vincenzo buildup only being like 3 eps. The 12 Eps will be good, I think this writer no longer prefers the slow buildup style and 12 eps alot would've happened, maybe in his old style 12 wouldn't be enough, but not anymore.

Not hating on something doesn't mean loving it, there is such a thing as neutrality and having not much of an opinion on a character yet and not being a misogynist and hypercritical of FLs of every drama like most MDListers. 🤦🏻♀️

2023 also had many expensive and creative plot type kdrama, all of which the writing seemed to have been an afterthought, just great cast & special effects cared about. None of them was higher than a 8.5 to me, which isn't exactly bad writing but it's still a waste to have writing that's only like an 8, with such great cast and high production values 🤦🏻♀️
I like this pairing and that's it's healing psychological romcom, but will wait to see if you guys still give 8+ rating and positive comments after full drama has aired, tired of watching subpar dramas that start out well but then go downhill. 😬 2023 was quite a lame year in kdramas wasn't it, very few really good ones, I hope 2024 will bring on better dramas like back in 2021 &2022, miss watching 9-10 dramas.
