Also the Kdrama Tomorrow also included this subject, yet some people here in the comments just think school bullying is "no big deal" only because time has passed, when victims are traumatized FOR LIFE. This is like people defending rapists & ignoring the trauma they cause. 🤦🏻‍♀️ People don't even understand how F****n digusting they're being when minimizing bullying and abuse. Some of you need to stop seeing privilieged celebrities as poor little victims.

Seems maybe a dystopia-detective with various one-ep arcs commenting on various social issues; with a side of romance from what I gather in researching the webtoon + news about loveline between the two highschool characters. Or maybe they'll focus more on school youth side of it? (I hope not.)
Or more in the ML Detective sid eof it, since Webtoon apparantly has no main characters, changes every chapter, so drama has more focus on same characters and detective side? We'll just have to wait for more info.

Also I hope there's a loveline between Lee Soo Hyuk & Lee Da Hee's characters too, would be funny for the detective investigating the SLines to have line with FL and be teased/embarraed over it by other characters, getting into troubles because of the SLine, no? 😆

I wish Lee Hyon Woo was the ML, already getting 2nd Lead Syndrome. Watching for FL, but will likely drop because of ML after just a few eps :/

Normally I'd be happy to see one of my fav american shows The Mentalist kdrama remade, but PLEASE NO, not with a rapist actor in the lead role 🤦🏻‍♀️

Too much time spent on improvised average dialogies,
maybe needed better editing and to erase/shorten uneccesary scenes, Ep length should've been max 30 minutes.
Like this, it's not too entertaining because most of the time nothing happened and we only got average dialogue instead.

Just watch Busted instead, for a more entertaining variety show-kdrama combo.

It's just the usual VARIETY SHOW TECHNIQUES to up the entertainment factor.

They are both known regulars in k variety showland, this is just their usual methods of "creating drama" & making show funnier, by putting up annoying/conflictual character personas on their various variety shows.

As per Song Ji Hyo about Running Man "PDs would ask us to always pretend to have crushes on the guests", just one example of how members of variety show always do things like this. 😆

Google "Chungmuro Actors Korea". Facts don't care about your feelings, and the fact is Chungmuro actors are more highly valued in korea for their better acting skill, which is a requiremnt in movies. Kim Nam Gil, Chun Woo Hee, Im Soo Jung examples of these actors, and now recently Jeo Yeo Been has been promoted into seen as one of these high-profile high-skilled actors.

I don't see your precious little actors in that category.

Also I should've been clearer, casual viewers create popualrity true (the average casual viewer of kdramas is fairly dumb so of course don't care about acting), and then when anyone dares question the acting of the average acting actors, their fans come defend them, like you do.

A great actor can act great REGARDLESS of script, but I will have to rely on a good script for enjoyment of Time Called You male lead.

My best hopes are that the character will be WRITTEN in such a super likable way, that it won't matter who acts him, and that AHS/the character is more simialr to his Thirty But Seventeen role. Counting on you writer-nim 🤞🤞

I don't consider highly average acting "a talent",
check out Kim Nam Gil in The Fiery Priest, Bad Guy, Jeon Yeo Been in Be Melodramatic, Lee Dong Wook in La Dolce Vita and Ji Chang Wook in Any of his historical kdramas or the acting in korean movies (where acting requirements are much more higher than in kdrama) and you'll see some real talented acting vs. what too many korean kdrama actors do, and their blind fans keep excusing their average acting.

Normally I avoid them too, but this show is timetravel, one of my fav genres, and FL is one my my top fav actors, I watch anything for her.

Alas it's not always possible to avoid actors when they get cast together with your biases ..

YeoBeen isn't just the average actor, she's very talented, unlike many of the overhyped average acting actors in k-ent who have only 2 expressions lol, AHS has quite a job to do to keep up with her acting skill, I hope he's up to it, or he'll end up looking ridiculous. AHS also generally lacks the scene-stealing gravitas talented lead actor should have, and looks far too easy going with no intensity and charm, I'm not sold on what I've seen from him so far, much like the overrated actor on your profile pic who has the same problems as AHS....

Sounds interesting. Also one of the screenwriters seems to like writing thoughtful plots about self-acceptance, feminism and strong women, sounds promising.
