You might really be on to something.
According to Wohee: " "Because they can't understand each other, they bicker a lot. Ro-woom is trying to get revenge but as the story goes, she changes as she goes through the process of healing and learning to sympathize," she said. "In the later part of the production, there was a scene where we are simply having a conversation and it just felt so comforting. I wish we had more scenes like it." SHE CHANGES & LEARNS HOW TO SYMPATHIZE?!? 🤔🤔🤔🤔 OMO.
but hopefully it would, Wohee said something about "there are scenes where we are showing emotions/sensitivity to each other later in drama rather than just bickering, just a few scenes, not enough of those"
I am so sick of kdramas having no good romance lately. I mean that's what kdramas are for, right? Sweet fluff…
All the best romances haven't even been in the romance genre in the past few years imo...Vincenzo, Happiness....
And pure romcoms these days are boring imo.
They should definitely add more subplot romances to genre/thriller kdramas and not keep it just pure genre/thriller drama, which is boring. .I love it when genres are mixed and romance added.
If it does, it will be minor. I don't think this drama needs to have romance to be interesting, and to be honest,…
I just thought of this: Since FL & ML will be running a scam together, maybe at one point of the scam they could play a fake couple, including romantic scenes. This way, we'd get a " romance", even when fake, without an actual romance with a sociopath lol

(Me as an OG Chun Wo Hee fan who waited with relaxed anticipation for months for drama to air, knowing people will fall hard for her charms & acting once drama starts) 🔥🔥 😁

Even if no romance in this one, both actors have expressed a strong desire to work with each other again (presscon, interviews), so might get that another year; especially ML seemed very keen as her fanboy even before the drama.
It would have been nice to have an older actress to reduce the age gap a little bit. Usually I would say the ML…
The age gap isn't really felt though. This FL has mature vibes and doesn't speak in the cutesy sugar voice many other actresses do & ML looks handsome and younger than his actual age.
I could buy these two having only 4-7 year old age gap.
seriously?? a 50-year-old ML in a romance drama??🤮🤮
A very attractive for a 50 year old actor. Looks 40. The attractive Han Hyo Joo expressed his handsomness in a variery show despite their age gap. In korea he is known as a sexy male-MILF ahjussi.
Obviously this is for the more mature 30+ 40+ audiences and you teen/twenties kiddos should just stay away, since you think ML is too old.
We need MORE older pairings in kdrama, about time older audiences also get more mature romance dramas. Go watch your tween romance dramas and stop hating on older leads, you too will get old one day. And then, you will appreciate having romance shows with older relatable leads.
I honestly take MDL rankings with a grain of salt for almost any show or movie for this exact reason. Plenty of…
I noticed alot of shows here that aren't from korea, automatically get low rating. Japanese and Thai dramas rated mostly 6-7, sometimes 8, not any more. 🤦🏻♀️
Finally a show where the couples are a bit older ! (35+) Not only people in 20s fall in love, and it's somewhat more satisfying watching even older people in love (more 2nd chanches etc.).
He has a loyal korean fanbase it seems, who 1st watched My Perfect Stranger , then switched over to a different channel right after to also watch Delightfully Deceitful. (Also Chun Woo Hee being a well-respected Chungmuro actress in korea probably helps too)
Is it in the full 4 min trailer or?
Also OMG 🥰 So this speculation will actually happen?!?
FL was just too toxic to ML, they never should've added a romance

Could you summarize the steps, this wouod be good knowledge to have.

That made me go hmmm 🤔

See how quickly it would end the trope.
She is a very mature old soul type, the age gap will not be felt.
Also she's a good actress. I'm happy to see her in a romance drama as lead finally.
