People watching this drama after Kim Jung Hyun's scandal just automatically hating on this drama because of the scandal 🤦🏻♀️ (Or because people on this site only love romcom and hate melodrama, totally biased reviewing🤦🏻♀️)
You may not know this, but back when this was airing people who watched it loved it. It has a VERY good and deep script and if it wasn't for the scandal that made later some senselesss scenes & ruined ending, this would've been A MASTERPIECE.
Actually I still remember this drama very fondly now YEARS later, and if you ignore the last few eps, it's still is masterpiece. This an IMPACTFUL,deep and TOO DEPRESSING drama for some.

Seemingly just a romcom/black comedy but not really, drama has depth. A must watch just like Be Melodramatic. Actually ESPECIALLY if you like Be Melodramatic. 🥰
Intellectual and down to earth girl vibes 😍 More natural looking than the many plastic surgery k actresses. She's lovely. Be Melodramatic was so great, looking forward to all 3 of her upcoming dramas !

Underrated indeed! But now she's FINALLY starting to get more attention, first her Netflix movie Unlocked was really popular, now she has a whole 3 UPCOMING DRAMAS with great casts! RISE QUEEN RISE!!!
I think the issue was she's more of a movie actress than drama, and kdramas tend to gain more international attention to actors than kmovies, but now she's finally doing more dramas.
For example Im Soo Jung also was pretty unknown internationally until she finally did more dramas.

Plot a bit like Healer (Secret identity vigilante). Hopefully this one will be as well-written that it will also go down in history as one of the memorable dramas.

Absolutely STUNNING directing & good acting, but RUINED by ridiculous writing 🤦🏻♀️ Student-teacher romance, ML even RUINS his career plans, literary is a genius but decided against pursuing his dreams and instead just chooses revenge for FL 🤦🏻♀️ He could've cured cancer or something life-changing.
No thanks. I'd rather the FL pursued the revenge herself without having to ruin ML future, or without a ridiculous student-teacher romance.
FL & ML CHEMISTRY is on fire though 🔥🔥🔥 They should cast them in an appropriate two adults Romance drama instead

Plot seems like it will be bit of a Trixter archetype ML turned Robin Hood esque later in plot, sounds interesting!
Also in drama Be Melodramatic (very underrated kdrama) and has worked with Kim Nam Gil in a movie too.
She's no rookie, just one of those highly underrated actors people should really be paying more attention to.
