(I assume because international popularity gained more through kdramas than movies, and popularity leads to better/more roles, especially on OTT plattforms+ kdramas more creative like kmovies these days which attracts more kmovie actors to do kdramas too)

These days you can't really trust the romance tag (or lack thereof), slight romances added more as a trend.
Imo it can go either way w this drama, we'll have to wait until the end.
Maybe watch it after whole thing has aired if ppl then say there's romance.

Also their chemistry is so lit 🔥🔥regardless whether that develops into romance later or not, it's already like a semi-romance just because too much chemistry lol

I worry too that this one will have too many flashback scenes,
generally not a fan of that storytelling form, I feel it only delays the present story, so you impatiently watch flashbacks while really just wanting to find out what happens next sigh.

This is a good thing, TB17 is good drama.
Not the typical romcom but more melo-romcom.

Imo it's better to watch it after to avoid spoilers and also because if they mess up this remake you'll always have a good one (original) to watch after, rather than watch a good original first and then get disappointed.
