It's interesting that he's not in many highly-rated shows/films but I still think he's such a good actor. I'm a fan of actors who choose projects they like. It comes through in their performance.

The optimism at the start of a 50-episode drama is always fun to see. Lol.
Oh I wasn't being snarky at all. I'm the same way too.

I picked up this drama because of Im Soo Hyung and then I found out that it was going to be a family drama like…

Do you know why? "Not good at all" sounds like everything (acting, story, music, etc) is bad.
Okay. Ordinary. Good. That's average at worst. But you commented that it's not good at all. To each their own though.

Honestly it was so boring. It took me months to finish it. Not good at all.

Maybe she is too accustomed to hiding her "weaknesses" as an act of self-protection?
I get that. I just think it's about time we saw some character development. Given that she knows everything he's doing is for her.

If I were the writer I'd kill Hae-in just to dump the mother into misery.

Unsure why they persist in showing this insensitive/hurtful side of Hae-in because there's no way she doesn't know that man is in love in love with her. Shouldn't she be softening by now?

I'm a huge fan of the anime. Not that it matters. But this drama is a completely different animal so I'm not going to compare. ]I enjoyed it. Didn't feel the urge to use the ffw button even once. The pacing was consistent and the story was seamless. No silly plot holes. Can't remember the music which, for me, is a good thing cos it means it melded into the background. The CGI was okay but don't take my word for it. I thought the CGI for Sweet Home was okay too.

What elevated this a lot for was the acting. Koo Kyo Hwan was *chef's kiss*. Stellar actor. Kwon Hae Hyo as well. Jeon So Nee was a revelation. I didn't quite like her in Blooming Youth but this role made her shine. I didn't understand Lee Jung Hyun's character. Don't know if it was the character or the actor but the performance fell flat for me.

In all, a good drama. I should rewatch in a couple months.

The psycho female police captain grates on my brain.
These parasytes are kinda dumb. Brutish. Poor Su-in.

It better be > kingdom, all of us are dead
It's quite interesting, no doubt. But so far it hasn't grabbed my attention the way those two did.

It’s based on what two things ?
You have to be patient sometimes. OP said the same thing if you read each line individually.

Female police detective is getting on my nerves too much... her acting, voice, dialogue delivery, everything
Given her experience it's understandable that she might be a little off her rocker. Still, the character could have been made a little less whatever that is.

It’s based on what two things ?
"Adapted from the manga series 'Kiseijuu' is misleading. It's based on the manga not an adaptation. Those are two different things.

Hope this helps.

It's not as interesting as those two. Lower your expectations a little.

This chase scene is disorienting. But I get the vision. Koo Kyo Hwan and choosing unforgettable characters.
