On I Love You Just a Little Bit Oct 15, 2022
Dropped this at ep.2. Can't stand the FL's character and definitely infidelity. Like, why marry someone someone whom you can't devote your whole self with, I mean never marry someone just for status symbol. If you don't love the person don't get married and just sleep with all the men that you crave for. Sorry I just hate biatch women. They don't deserve true love if they can't be loyal themselves. I feel sad for the ML.

Title Marry Me!
This is definitely a feel good sweet drama. No antagonist. Not your typical arranged marriage or even cohabitating. I like that it is short and simple. Only downside for me is the skinship. I felt that it's too lacking. But, I do really like the ending though. First time to watch both leads. Both are good looking and definitely the chemistry was there. All the characters are likeable, so this is one of the rare jdramas that is wholesome and enjoyable. it's an 8.5 for me. Surely deserves a higher rating.
On We Are Too Clumsy about Love Oct 15, 2022
Thoughts for this drama...Male casts are good looking from ML to supporting. FL is just okay. Didn't like much her character of being too reserved or naive. Definitely didn't like the bestfriend or should I say the FL's frenemies. I can never be friends to someone who tried to steal and seduce the man I like. That's a total biatch. I just noticed that most jdramas depicts character who are plainly sex friends. Like is that a norm in Japan? just curious. The SML is just okay too. Didn't like much his character but I like his straightfiorwardness more than the ML himself. The ML, meanwhile portrays a gentleman guy and knows the meaning of loyalty literally. The younger brother of SML is just an added character that didn't mainly contribute to the story plot itself. Overall, this is just an okay drama when you've got nothing to watch. Just a 7 for me. The skinship of the main leads are lacking. Like I would prefer for them to have more intimate scenes that the secondary couple. Ending is just okay too. felt a bit rushed plus I am so not a fan of Long Distance relationships, so that's a minus for me.

Well, first, I did finish the drama though I just tried to grasp what I can understand on the last 2 episodes since it has not been subbed yet. This is kinda expected for a typical jdrama. I sort of get it on what happened on the first 4 eps, but got a bit confused on the last 2 since it has not been subbed yet. Based on what I saw the FL waivered and diverted her feelings for the SML. And that diversion means there's an urge for her to sleep with the other guy for 2 nights based on what I saw. The antagonist, Yuka, is definitely a Psycho. She needs psychiatric help really. I think she almost killed the FL when she let her fall on the stairs by putting a drug on the candy that she gave to FL. I liked how it ended though, since the leads ended up together. And I think ML got serious with their relationship this time. I guess, what's difficult for me to grasp is the fact that "sleeping with someone" as presented here is just something you can ordinarily do when you feel like it regardless whether you're dating or not. In which, you are plainly a whore if you do that in real life. This is a short, lots of skinships, intimate jdrama. Not really a fan of the story, but the kisses were just really hot. it's an 8 for me, being a great fan of skinships, intimacy and hot kisses. Not to mention the cute ML too.

Had a good start but went a total drag for me as it went on up to the last episode. This drama was over rated I believe. Definitely a slow burn and slow paced. too. It lacked everything, chemistry of the leads, skinships and even kisses were too limited. It was a total struggle for me. Had to forward scenes most of the time, specially on the exaggerated issue of the mom with the FL. I just didn't enjoy the story at all. Like the entire drama focused on the issue of the FL having a relationship with her student which happened ages ago and just didn't stop as years went by. Like almost all of the characters were affected and weren't able to move on because of that issue. Didn't like also that the leads are mostly separated than being together. Sadly, I liked the character of Shotaro whom i think would be much better for the FL to end up with. The ML student is just an eyecandy though that I guess, the FL wasn't able to let go. Lucky to have 2 goodlooking men trying to win her heart. Not even satisfied with the ending. I was quite looking forward too for some sweet moments for the leads that never happened actually.
The drama Love and Fortune is way better than this. It might have some explicit content but the story and romance is way a lot better there. And that drama was under rated.
Overall, it's just a 6.5 for me. Didn't enjoyed this drama at all. Was able to hold on just by looking on the faces of the ML and SML, they are just so irresistible to look at. 😍

Title Mr. Bad Spoiler
Another book character coming to life trope just like Lost Romance. But, the latter has a way better story plot than this one. This started strong but got draggy midway. Felt the story was kinda flat. No antagonist, romantically not challenging. I was hoping for the SML to be a third wheel or sort of Love Triangle. I think this would be better if the FL's admiration for the SML turned to be in a romantic gesture, that would be more interesting for me. The second couple felt kinda boring too. I find the SML kinda equally good looking too as the ML. Gave this an 8 for the cute ending. I'm always a fan of dramas with epilogue, like it won't end in marriage but having kids as well. Still, this is too slowburn for me. A bit lacking of skinships too. Just a light fluffy drama. If you're so into non antagonist drama, this is a good watch for you.
On The Murder in Kairoutei Oct 11, 2022
Just basically checked the drama because of Zhang Xin Cheng. I've always liked him since Go Ahead. My 3rd time to see him in a drama, the other one is in The Day of Becoming You. I am so not into mystery dramas. Since this was adapted from a Japanese film, I've seen some aspects of Japanese mystery here after watching some jdramas too. Story plot is quite a cliche for me as it tackles same Family Business greed issues. Acting by the cast were just okay. For the romance aspect, I'm a big fan of skinships, so the passionate kisses and intimacy are plus points for me. Another good point of this drama is that it has only 12 eps and roughly runs around 30 mins only each episode. Too many scenes on the corporate battles of each families plus the mystery itself. So the romance for me felt lacking and wasn't given much emphasis. First time to watch FL in a drama. She was able to pull off the passionate scenes but the chemistry for me is quite bland. So for that, highest I can give is a 7.5
On Love and Fortune Oct 10, 2022
Title Love and Fortune Spoiler
One of the rare dramas I never expected to be so exquisitely presented. I thought this will be just a typical jdrama with explicit content tackling a bit of a controversial illicit relationship. But that proved me wrong after watching the entire drama. It gave me a glimpse and slices of realities in life. This may just be a fictional story, but what I saw are probable things that really might be happening in the society we have today. The relationship of an adult with a minor is also a no no for me. A minor per se is still definitely a kid literally. Though, some may have a mature mindest but being a kid will always be there, specially the immaturity. But, what really got me hooked on this drama is the tackling issues of being single in a later age, having a long term relationship that's going nowhere, being cheated on and how to move on, struggles of applying for a job when you're in the early stage of middle age, realizing that it is never too late to fulfill your dreams no matter what, that marriage will never be an answer for having a stability in life...and the list goes on in watching this drama. It really made me realize so many things in life.
It might be uncomfortable for some to watch such explicit content in this drama which is understandable. But, i guess, the director just wanted to convey to the audience the realities of life. Love doesn't really define age. Yes, you can fall in love with someone half your age. It will just be really a problem if that partner was a minor. I don't really encourage that idea. But falling in love perhaps in your 40's or so with someone in their early 20's for me is not an issue as long as things really go along well with both of you, there's no issue on that in my perception.
The FL's character here is actually not the ideal type. But, I felt what she has to go through in life. She may have fallen love at first sight with the ML, still by learning that he's a minor should have already been a no no from the start. I felt the desperation for the FL in that perspective. Sometimes you need that spark to trigger romantically that she's not feeling anymore with her current long term bf, and instead, found it with the ML minor which unfortunately is the case. Good acting by the cast by the way. The ML was able to portray how he should have reacted as a typical teenager who's too excited to explore things in having a relationship with somebody mature. I like how it was presented that he was able to find a sense of security with the FL, since he doesn't socialize much with others, like, he found a sense of belongingness with the FL. I also like how they both maturely handled the gossips around them, like do they care what others are saying. Yet, still it's a serious issue and yes, FL can be criminally charge out of it. But, of course, this is a drama, so they didn't blew the issue out of proportion and just remained low key about it.
Overall, I really liked how things wrapped up in the end. Like there was a closure for every character in the story. Might be sort of open ended, but it was a happy ending for me. Like, I have assumed they really ended up together. I also liked the fact that they both have achieved their goals in life. Truly inspiring. That's when you'll really know you're into a healthy relationship when both of you inspire each other and achieve your goals in life. It just gave me a good vibe. And for that i gave this drama a 9. Truly deserve a higher rating. I guess, you need to have a wider, deeper understanding and perspective in life for you to appreciate this drama.

I am not usually into Psychological thriller genre. I watched this just because of the romance aspect. So, it has been quite a struggle for me to watch this. The romance is not the main focus o fthe story, but more of the crime aspect. Story plot though is interesting. It took most of the time to unfold who's behind the crime. And yeah, I just don't like the antagonist, the mother-in-law took almost all the moments in this drama up to the end. Like her face is quite irritating to watch. I wish to see the faces of the leads all the time. They so look good together. First time to watch them both in a drama. Chemistry was definitiely there. Jojima is also an eyecandy. Hope to see him in a lead role too. ML's character here is just okay. Not the romantic type but, he looks hot in a modern outfit. FL, on the otherhand is a beauty as well. Like I can't blame that 3 of the men in this drama were into her. The sweet delicacies really looks sumptuous to taste. Overall, if you're into crime and mystery, this would be for you. Gave it an 8. Ending was okay, but most parts are a drag for me, except for the romance parts. So, I have to forward scenes most of the time. I think this is one of the long jdramas I've watched. Normally, it's just around 30mins per eps, but this lasts for an hour or so.

So, I rarely watch melo dramas specifically jdramas, but decided to check this out. Interesting story plot. Got me hooked from ep.1. First time to watch entire cast. Definitely, great acting! For the characters, I don't think there's really a likeable character in the cast for all of them has quite a flaw. Well, nobody's perfect anyway. Let's start with Kanji, I liked his boy next door image character, not so innocent or naive, tried his best to adapt to city life, very righteous so to speak. What I didn't like about him towards the end is he chose to end up with Satomi, who's technically his childhood first love but didn't liked him from the start, so it ended up like a rebound guy. Well, if he's truly in love with Rika, either he find ways to look for her or fall in love with somebody else not related to the past for my own opinion. For Rika, the FL, I liked her shiny personality, full of positivity, cheerful, carefree, free spirited, smart, energetic and yeah, romantic. What I didn't liked about her she usually bends her words or beliefs. I just don't like the idea that she's so secretive like she doesn't know how to trust a person. And of course, when you fall in love and commit yourself to someone, commitment is also like you're tagged or being owned by someone and I think that's normal, but for her she doesn't like that. I don't like too that she gave up on love towards the end. She's a fighter in terms of her self and career but not for her love. For The SML, Kenichi, a certified womanizer. I just don't like him who doesn't know how to be loyal. and yeah, he technically did rape, Satomi at some point. Like he claims he loves her but doesn't respect her at all. And could buy a gift for a girl classmate instead for a girlfriend, that really sucks. Didn't like how he ended up with Naoko. That girl is a lowkey biatch. Like a big lowkey flirt. I guess birds of the same feather and up together. hehehe For Satomi, SFL, She's the most pitiful character I think. She rejected the person who loves her the most in the begining, she loved someone who raped her, she was blinded by love who never received real love from that person and ended as a rebound girl, same goes with her partner as rebound guy. So basically, yeah, birds of the same feather ended up together. hehehe But, didn't like that ending at all. For that, I can only give a 7.5. This should have a potential if the ending was only given kinda character development. Like perhaps, Mikami still ended up with Satomi so they can change what they have wronged on the start of the relationship. And Rika should have ended with Kanji, for what they have is true love regardless who's the baby's father. And that biatch Naoko should have learned her leasson that snatching another's boyfriend is a no no. She should have suffered and married her fiance instead.

My thoughts for this drama...not really my cup of tea I guess. I am so into romance dramas. Mature content is okay as long as passionate romance is being presented. But here, I dunno, it's kinda off for me. Like FL's character seem like a nympho. I don't think it's quite normal to have that urge everyday with different men. Lilke dude, aren't you concern about having STD or something. Same goes with the ML. I didn't felt much the romance vibe here but more of just an urge. Forwarded most of the draggy parts. like it's going nowhere. I sticked up to the end hoping FL will end up a serious romance with the ML but it did not. highest for me is 6. Story plot is just so off.

I don't usually watch short length series. The ML just caught my attention and made me want to look at him more. 😍 So obviously, I binged watch this drama. Had a good start. Chemistry of the leads was definitely there. Downside of this drama is just its too short, like 6mins per ep literally. i think the credits took longer time than the actual airtime of the drama. Enjoyed the kisses, though a bit short too. Went downhill on the last 4 eps. The ending I guess wants to make room for season 2 so it was open ended. nothing was explained nor clarified, this would have been great if it was done full length. I wish to see ML play a lead role for a full length series. He's just so hot and definitely an eyecandy. Highest I can give for this is a 7.

Title Kakafukaka Spoiler
Story plot is quite interesting for me. Not your usual drama cliche's. But, of course, this won't be a Jdrama if it doesn't have that some like weird character to it. Didn't like FL's character for being too vulnerable. ML's character isn't likeable either. Like you wouldn't know if he's romantically into you or it's just his physical urge. On the other hand, the SML some like confusing too. Like you wouldn't know if what he feels is authentic or not. And I don't like he's urgency of marrying of FL for the sake of his needs. I guess, the real downside of this drama is that you feel that the FL is just being used not really loved. I feel sad for the FL's character for being insecure, for being wanted just to be loved and taken cared for. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to get that till the end. She's taking risks but I think she'll just face same consequences. Well, in reality, there's really no security in everything, it's all a risk. Lucky for those who gets what they want and be with the person they like who would feel the same. This is a 7 for me. Not really satisfied with the ending but the story is interestingly something new for me.
On GO into Your Heart Oct 5, 2022
Decided to check this out finally, after a year of contemplating. I thought this would be some like Go Go Squid or Falling Into Your Smile, but it's totally not. The OST though, tried to sound like the OST in Go Go Squid. Liked the leads. They looked good together. Definitely the chemistry was there. First time to watch them both in a drama. FL somewhat looks like Zhao Luzi even the way she acts . Didn't quite notice though that ML is also in the drama Love 020, He's kinda cute. Hope he'll be given more lead roles. Overall, this drama is just okay. Started great. Made me laugh a few times. But, the last 3 eps went downhill for me. This should have been just squeezed in to 24eps. Gave this a 7.5. A bit lacking on skinships. FL's character is somewhat childish for a 24 yr. old. I was hoping for a bit more mature character.

Whats xianxia dramas
XianXia dramas are Chinese Fantasy dramas where you see artists in colorful costumes like fairies or Gods. These are dramas with lots of visual effects to show magical powers and stuff. Most xianxia dramas features Gods and Godess, fairies, mythical figures at times, even witches. they are nice to look at, you may try watching them, one I can recommend is Ancient Love Poetry, one of the best Xianxia dramas made so far.

Title Fishbowl Wives Spoiler
So this is the very first drama I've seen with such explicit content. Well, there was a need to show such to be able to relay the story of these wives. For the main leads, I just didn't felt much the chemistry between them. Like the ML was so into her but The FL is just so so... It feels like she still hung up with her ex husband since she was able to forgive him afterall she went through. So, I just realized that this is the second time I've watched ML. First time i saw him was in the drama Promise Cinderella. that's why he seems so familiar when I watch his face.

If there's one thing I learned from this drama is that Japanese wives tend to be so submissive to their husbands. Like they would follow them like robots as told. I just based my statements from what I saw in this drama. Well, for real talk, I just hope women in general, for any type of relationship should be able to voice out their rights, be respected and do what is righteous. Like if a man cheats on you, cheating with other men will not solve the issue. As what the fortune teller says in this drama, we all have that twin ray where half of your soul is with your soulmate. So never give up, your real partner might just be around. Just continue to live a righteous life and things will never go wrong.
So, overall, yeah if you can stand watching some explicit content this drama is for you. Definitely, it targets mature audiences so if you're up to it, go and see this drama. Story is quite interesting, though am not really a fan of this kind of genre but am a fan of romance dramas and skinships. Just a 7.5 for me. Yes, definitely not a fan too of open endings. Among the couples, the one that standout for me was the wife who have dissociative disorder. Like she just gets reunited with her husband physically and mentally and I like that.
My second time to watch both leads. Seen FL first at Chijo no Kiss. Same acting with that trying hard pouted lips, makes me wonder she may have gone through some cosmetic surgery just to achieve her wanna be pouted lips. As for the Ml, first seen him at Toshi No Sakon. Almost same portrayal as a typical mature office guy who's doing good financially and lives in a good condo who has same good cooking skills and of course, also good in bed. Story plot isn't much interesting. It started strong and interesting on the romance aspect, but went downhill for me on the last 5 eps. Should have been great if the momentum of sweetness by the lead couple was maintained. But, of course, enjoyed the intimate scenes at the first part of the drama. Am a big fan of skinships, so that's definitely a plus for me. Still highest I can give here is a 7.5.
On Sweat and Soap Sep 29, 2022
The presentation of this drama might have been a bit weird but, i enjoyed it honestly. First, I liked that it was fast paced. Second, I can consider this drama as antagonist free. Third, I'm a big fan of skinships, so that's a major plus. However, the presentation of initmacy here is kinda weird and that push up bra, not really a fan of it as it doesn't seem aligned to the FL's personality. Fourth, i like the ML's character of being straightforward and loyal. And lastly, I liked how things ended. Chemistry was undeniably there. For that, this drama deserve a higher rating I believe. It's a good 8.5 for me.
On May-December Couple Sep 29, 2022
Another just okay jdrama for me. Started great, like it was fast paced. But went downhill on the last 2 eps. didn't like much about FL quite so hung up with her childhood cousin. Like, what's the big deal on that? You're married dude, so that kind of thing shouldn't matter anymore. I'm not sure either about the 15+ older rating. Like this drama was so conservatively done. Not a single provocative content was showned since they portray a married couple here. Besides, it was presented too conservative so what's the point of placing such rating. Just a 7.5 for me.
On An Incurable Case of Love Sep 28, 2022
This was just an okay typical jdrama romcom for me. Very wholesome, so I was wonderin about that 15y/o-rating.Story is very predictable. Not a fan of both leads. I find the FL's grinning quite excessive and disturbing. Plus the fact that she literally looks like a typical Highschool student. It's hard to see her play an adult role. The ML has that sexy aura still not my type of ML visually. I find this quite over rated as I'm looking for romance factors like skinships or at least a proper terms of endearment. They keep on calling each other Doctor and Nanase the other way around. Not my cup of tea. Highest for me would be a 7.5
