Title Binary Love Spoiler
Had to drop this drama at ep. 8. As reading the synopsis, I am usually interested in romcoms that would start as youth/school set up then the romance will blossom until they reach adulthood/corporate setup, dramas like Go Ahead, Put Your Head On My shoulder and the like. It started just okay as I get to know the characters. But as I am reaching ep. 4 onwards, am really not seeing any progress in the story. The romance in the school setup is too drag, that in ep. 8 still there's no progress on the leads while the supporting couples are already on it. For a 24 ep drama, this is just too slowburn for me. I even thought DuanXi would be the 3rd wheel as he is more good looking than the rest of the male cast, but the innocent guy was hooked up by the flirt supporting Ye Ting, sadly that lost my interest in the drama. Not my cup of the tea I guess.

My thoughts on this drama. The first 8 eps. were definitely a struggle. I was too tempted to drop it as it was really totally boredom. Decided to stick on it since am already used to Kdramas that usually peaks at ep.9 and consistent as it is. This is my first time to watch Kim Young Dae in a lead role. I first seen him in Extraordinary You as supporting role. He definitely nailed his role here. Like he was able to make me believe that he is a one hot superstar. hehehe Good acting I should say. As for LeeSung Kyung. I've always liked her in Weightlifting drama and just an okay role in About Time. I just didn't felt much her character here. The chemistry was there between the leads but I felt the acting was lacking. Like she ain't ready still for mature roles. For the story itself, I was kinda looking for more twists in the story, like Yoon Woo perhaps could have turned out be alive or at least a bit more story on the haters that could make it more interesting. Even the romance on the supporting couples was way too easy. Like I was even hoping Ho Young would end up with Kang Shi Deok. The ending was just okay. But I prefer how the story ended with Yuna and Jae Hyun than the leads themselves. Plus too slow burn for me. There are more bickering parts than the sweet moments of the leads themselves. Though I have to say, Young Dae's kiss execution were awesome! Highest I can give for this drama is 7.5

Alright, it took me a bit of forever to finish this drama. :D This was I think the longest drama I've seen so far. Had to make lots of skips for too many draggy scenes. This should have been done for only around 32 episodes. Am so not a fan of war story plot dramas. Obviously, am so here for the love story of the main leads. Interesting story plot, but, like I said, too many draggy scenes. The playing hard to get part took around 13 episodes, the official get together part took around 2 episodes, then got separated again for around 20 episodes, got back together for around 5, had to be separated again for the war for around 2 ep, then the finale. The separation took most parts of the drama than having the leads lovey dovey together. Still, Great Chemistry by the leads. First time to watch them both in a drama. Kisses were awesome. Had a few laughs on some parts. Great acting too not only by the leads but the supporting casts as well. Fight scenes were perfectly executed. Highly budgeted drama I should say. The Highest I can give is an 8. Great ending too. Can't give much higher as I just find it too long and had to skip most political issues on the war. Inspite of the happy ending, it didn't give me a feel good vibe towards the end, I guess I felt sad with the fate of the secondary couple. Overall, it's a good drama not to miss.

Another time travel story plot. I guess the fast time stamps transition made it confusing to its viewers. Story is quite interesting but not presented well. I was able to follow the transitions so far as the year was being presented. It such that there are many loopholes for me in the story that felt hanging and unanswered. Like when FanFan travelled back to 2012, there was another FanFan remained in 2024 that had amnesia? Also, In the law of nature, the time traveller shouldn't get in contact with his/her character on that year that might alter the person's existence. Why also Gao Ru Wen's health was affected by the time travel and FanFan did not? And that explosion that Ruo Chen supposedly died in 2024 became a Gas explosion in the end and he survived?
So my main issues here are the inconsistency of events and not mainly the time stamps. Gave this drama a 7 for the leads chemistry. I must say, the kiss sccenes were portrayed so well. First time to watch the leads in a drama. Not also satisfied with the unrequitted love of the supporting couple. The brother sister couple didn't gave much relevance also to the main leads. Plus FanFan parents didn't aged at all after 12 years. So, if you're mainly just for romance, this shall pass, but the story itself will just leave you with so many questions. :D

I wish to see more of the lead couple's moment in the real world
So true, this would have been better if it was a full length drama.

That ending comment is making me not want to start it. How is it?
It was still a happy ending. I'm just looking for more I guess like a wedding perhaps.
If you're okay with court dramas you'll get to enjoy this. I just watched this for the romance aspect. 😁

This is a short but sweet drama. Cha Eun Woo is really such a baby. I really liked the idea that the writer augmented fantasy into reality. This would have been perfect if it was made for a regular drama of around an hour per episode. Overall, this is still enjoyable, plus the main fact that Cha Eun Woo is in it. :D

So as everyone is saying here, this is the Chinese adaptation of the Kdrama I can Hear Your Voice. I didn't watch that drama that's why I got curious to watch the story plot here. Story plot is interesting but quite predictable. I just liked the idea that the ML can read minds. This is the 3rd time I've watched ML in a drama. First was in Our Glamorous Time, then in Jun Jiu Ling. His common trait among his roles is that he's good in martial arts. Not a fan of him, but his role is more likeable in Our Glamorous Time. First time to watch FL in a drama. She's just okay for me. This is another slow-burn drama. The kisses are quite executed well. However, I just didn't felt much the chemistry of the leads. I just felt that the FL would have much chemistry if she ended up with the SML. I really liked the romance blossoming for the FL and SML, unfortunately, the story wasn't designed for them to end up together. Overall, this is just an okay average drama.

After months of contemplating, I decided to give this drama a shot. I usually avoid Korean Historical dramas as they usually don't have a happy ending. One main reason for pursuing this is because of Rowoon. I really liked him after watching She Would Never Know and Extraordinary You.
My thoughts on this drama, story plot is interesting but quite predictable. The historical cliche is there. Greed for power, Royal family issues, politics and the usual sad life of Royalties. I must say Park Eun Bin was able to pull off that gender bender role. Chemistry was there by the leads, but, Rowoon still definitely needs more polish in terms of acting. A bit drag midway, but peaked around Episode 14-15, where the romance kicked in. Yes, quite slowburn too, Beyond that, a series of tragedies transpired. This drama won't give you that feel good vibe, despite the happy ending. Lots of characters here ended with an unrequitted love, Another not feel good vibe, which includes Prince/King Hyun. Aside from Rowoon, another character that caught my attention was Kim Ga On. Will look forward to see Choi Byung Chan in a lead role in futuree dramas. Didn't quite notice him much in Business Proposal as FL's brother. But here, He's quite hot. You would really fall in love with an Assasin. :D Overall, highest I can give is an 8. It did gave me a few laughs in some parts. One downside of this drama are the evening shots. Like its quite hard sometimes to view the fight scenes shot in the night as it tends to be too dark. Still, they tried a good ending compared to other Joseon era dramas I've seen.

Am really not into legal dramas. Just saw some clips of this drama on social media and decided to check this out. It's my first time to watch both leads in a drama. Great chemistry! That's the main reason why I watched this drama. Since I am not a fan of legal dramas, I must admit that I skipped all the scenes pertaining to the legal aspect of it and watched only scenes of these two lovebirds. I really enjoyed the chemistry of these two. What I really liked about it is how they are honest with their feelings to each other. And how they can balance their careers and their relationship at the same time, The only legal part I watched was Chen Ran's own battle of her marriage. I really liked that part how she defended herself in court. How confident and calm she was. By the way, her half brother is quite hot. I was hoping he would have some love interest too in this drama. hehehe
Anyways, highest I can give for this drama is an 8. Like I said, the story plot in the legal aspect is not so interesting for me. The kisses too aren't potrayed well for me, but I enjoyed their cuddles and sweet moments together of the leads. And the ending is just a so so....not really satisfired by it.

My thoughts on this drama. Well, I'm a fan of sci-fi, so this is quite enjoyable for me. They were able to squeeze in the story for only 12 episodes is good too. I am happy to see Sky LI portray a lead role, as I always see him doing a supporting role in other dramas. Am looking forward to see him doing more lead roles, hopefully in a full length drama. First time to watch FL in a drama. Her beauty is quite average. Would've preferred Sky to be paired to much prettier C actress. Story plot is quite interesting, though, so many loop holes. I thought this was another VR game drama, but it's actually not. Not even a time travel drama either. It's more of getting into a storybook with a VR game touch on it. Romance is quite fast paced and well presented. Overall, a good short drama not to miss.

Title True Ending Spoiler
Okay, after seeing some clips online, I got curious with this drama and decided to check it out. Not really a fan of school drama and mini series. But, I got curious on the romance aspect of this drama and wanna see how things will develop. I thought this would be some predictable school drama plot wherein the FL who's being bullied in the beginning will redeem herself in the end by getting in a relationship with the hottest guy in class. Surprisingly, it didn't turned out that way. This is the very first drama that I've watched where the ML ended up with the SFL and not the FL herself. Based on the story itself, character wise, the SFL is really more deserving to get the guy. However, for some reason, it doesn't give a feel good vibe. It may sound cliche , but, am still looking forward for the ML to end up with the FL. I was hoping for some character development on the romance aspect, though it was achieved in terms of friendship among the girls. This drama doesn't have skinship at all which is another downside. Overall, highest I can give is 6.

Got curious on this drama based on the comments. Story isn't much interesting. Quite predictable. Not much skinship. Very slow burn. Got me hooked on the first few episodes as I would like to see the transition on how the leads will end up together. Midway got draggy for me already. There's non-stop series of misfortunes for the ML. The FL's character isn't that likeable either. I'm just not a fan of keeping a guy as a friend knowing that guy has feelings for you. It's like keeping a friend with benefits. I really feel sad for the SML, his character is really likeable compared to the ML. The secondary couples isn't much interesting either. Plus the money leech Talent Manager is just so hateable. Decided to drop this at ep. 36. the story isn't going further. Just peeked on the ending, and yes, it was really a good decision to drop this drama. Despite the happy ending, still, didn't felt the chemistry of the leads up to the last moment. Aside from the fact that the FL's looks is just average I guess, that you wouldn't feel a star but just a common person. Highest I can give for this drama is a 7 for the good start. I think that's generous enough so to speak.

So this is the 4th VR Cdrama that I was able to watch. Compared to the other 3, I think this is the only drama that didn't use virtual game graphics on the entire show that will not make you feel it all began on a VR game. Firrst on the cast. this is my second time to watch June Wu, first was Love Better than Immortality. Acting wise, he did better there than here. I feel like his acting here was kinda bland. Still needs to enhance comedy acting skills I guess. For the FL, she was just okay. First time to watch her in a drama. The winner actor for me here is SML Song Che. This is the second time I've watched him in a drama, first was with, Cry Me a River of Stars. I can definitely say, such a great actor, who can pull off comedy, serious drama and not to mention semi villain roles. This drama had been quite enjoyable due to Song Che's anger management issues. That was indeed, hilarious! Story plot isn't interesting for me as it become a cliche after watching same plot VR dramas. Didn't felt much the chemistry between the leads. I guess the lack in romantic aspect was the main key to it. Lack of sweet moments and skinship by the main couple. Another thing, I guess, this would have been much interesting if the story focused on the modern world, than creating the love story in the VR world. And it wasn't explained either who was mainly responsible for the VR game, though they just made it obvious that the boss or ML designed the game based on his reactions towards the FL from ep.1 and the finale in the modern setup. so many draggy parts for me that made me skip most scenes. Highest I can give for this drama is a 7. Not a fan of the ending either.
On Bloody Romance May 26, 2022
First and foremost, am really not a fan of this genre. am not in to Assasins type of story, the reason only for watching this is for the romance, which is a total disappointment for me. Had an interesting start, but went totally downhill for me as I see no progress in the romance aspect of the story. What's more disappointing is that there's not skinship at al. This is the second time I've watched FL in a drama. First was The Court Lady, in which I watched because of Xu Kai. I just noticed that everytime she's the FL in a drama there's not much skinship, that made me lose interest. Yes, she got that beautiful face, but her eyebags seem quite bothersome. I hope she does something about it.hehehe And yes. this drama has no skinship at all, so if you're into that kind of romance, don't bother watching this, such a waste of time. ML's character isn't interesting either. This is another drama that gave me a SML syndrome. I really prefer FL to end up with the SML. However, she was blindly in love with the ML, I just don't see the logic in it. Character wise I also prefer the SML. The ML hides lots of things though he may have the purest intentions, I still don't feel the chemistry between them. I feel this drama is overrated. Highest I can give is only a 6.

I really don't like Short mini series because it makes me feel crave for more in the story. But this, is quite a good one. Short but sweet. The writer was able to squeeze in the main elements of the story on a shorter note. Was able to watch Yang Ze in another lead role in the drama The Killer is also Romantic. He's quite good their too. Been able to watch FL in other dramas in a supporting role. First time to see her in a lead role. Good acting too. She deserves to get a lead role in a full length drama I believe. Overall, this is an enjoyable drama even if its a short mini series. Deserves a higher rating too.

Okay, so I decided to check out this drama not only because Jeremy Tsui is on it, but curious on how good the drama is based on the comments. Am still just on ep. 11 and enjoying it so far. Good story plot. Definitely not slow-burn, but still minimal skinship. Hoping there will be more as it progresses. hehehe As always, Jeremy's character is so likeable. You'll definitely be mesmerized by his charms. FL's character is just okay. Not really likeable for me. I feel that sometimes she's being way too arrogant and think highly of herself, specially when dealing with the Empress. She reminds me of the Korean acteress Jeon So Min. She really look a lot like her.
First time to watch a definitely good looking Emperor. I am sensing a future Love triangle trope here. As I can feel his affection towards the FL at this early stage even he know the leads are already a couple. Read quite a few hate comments here about the Emperor. Lemme see if he really is that hateable. But, I can see a bit fair competition here as both of these men are good looking. though, I have to be biased for Jeremy, as I've liked him already from his other dramas.

So, at this point I've completed watching the drama. First half got me hooked, but went downhill for me halfway towards the end. The story focused on the power struggle issues of the Royal family. Basically, the romance aspect was quite left out till the end. the skinship I was hoping for never came till the end. My thoughts on the characters, for the FL, She might be noble for er deeds in serving the country but not an ideal character for me on a personal note. She always meddles with the affairs of other people that's why she gets into a series of troubles. For the ML, I liked Jeremy but not much of his character here. He simply fulfilled his goal for his late Father and served his country. Not really much ideal romantically speaking. For the Emperor, yes, his character may not be ideal so to speak, but, what I see in him is he is a victim of the power struggles of the family. His decisions may not be good simply because he really never got a good partner who'll stand beside him and love him enough to be guided with the right decisions for the country. And for the most despicable character in this drama, no other than Ban Ling Er. She's a 100% biatch. Am glad, the Emperor was able to make some self realizations towards the end before his passing. Am not really satisfied with the ending that made me gave this drama a rating of 6.5.
