SJ renaming Sol's contact with ❤️ n putting her on speed dial no.1 lol so smitten. My hearteu...
Between 3h 30 mn from now... to 4 hours. I advise, finding something to keep busy instead of lurking here ( and yeah I know I'm doing the same, joke's on me).
My 2 cents. For having discussed with a couple guys here through private messages ( I've had an account here since…
Definitely a minority. Also as mentionned, I said those who openly admit it based on my observations ones. I'd say, from 30 onwards... I think it's more a matter of confidence than anything.
There's something I've been meaning to ask someone for the longest time ever. Does guys use MDL or is it just…
My 2 cents. For having discussed with a couple guys here through private messages ( I've had an account here since 2017 but erased it at some point because I wanted to change my nickname in my link and there was no other way to do it). There are guys on MDL but most of them are more into thrillers and/or don't want to openly admit they watch romance. This being said most members are females on this website.
I have another account on Myanimelist... Demographic: Mostly guys, way less females there. The mood is also very different... Overall more toxic in the anime world. Anything gay related gets of misogynistic comments and are outwardly homophobic. Overall comments are always pretty aggressive there. I personally only go there to keep my personal list because I like to keep tracks of what I watch but I don't bother with interacting with people. Too much toxicity.
My own brother used to watch quite a lot of K dramas 10 years ago... But you wouldn't catch him dead admitting he enjoyed the romantic ones openly. I know... I'm the one who gave him recommandations. Now he's switched to only watch anime because there are shorter...
I think most men who are confident enough to admit they enjoy romantic stories are usually the oldest ones. Most of the others are going to say they're girlfriends, sisters, mothers or whatever forced them to watch them but they would never bother watch any on their own of course.
That's just my opinion based on my observations. I might be wrong though.
EDIT: Note that I said "Most men" I didn't say "All men".
True Beauty.... Haven't seen it on your watched list. It's by the same writer. Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo is pretty nice as well. Both feature a supportive male lead who fall in love with the girl first, and will put a smile on your face.
Why is everybody wishing a happy mother's day? Just checked and it's on the 26th of May in my country (France). Is it different or is everybody mistaking the year?
Why this drama and Perfect Marriage Revenge have the same rating, I will never understand. They do have some similarities,…
... I think we all rate depending on our own criteriums。 Personally, I rated both the same. Marry my husband was a blast for the first 10 episodes... but then I found the later episodes less enjoyable so my rating went from 9.5 to 8.5.
Perfect Marriage Revenge was an enjoyable show with a fair amount of craziness and a swoony ML. And it was short. There was no disappointment。 The quality stayed constant through the whole drama notably because the series was only 12 episodes. Hence same ratings of 8.5.
I used to rate based on production value, plot, character writing and whatnot... But at the end of the day, many shows which fared well on all of these fronts left me utterly cold. Of course, production value is a plus, but it's not a must. At the end of the day, it's all about how much you had fun watching which I think is the most important thing.
EDIT: I see you're currently watching Vincenzo. This is an exemple for me of drama that rates well on all criteriums but which characters and story I really didn't care about from beginning to the end... I didn't enjoy myself. Finished it hoping to like it like everybody... but nope. Not my cup of tea. The production value saved my ratings. I gave it a 6.5 when I actually wanted to rate it below 4.5... But I didn't because yeah... I still took into account the overall quality of the show even if I didn't enjoy it.
Ok. I give up. I had decided I was just going to rewatch the best scenes until Monday... But since I can't focus and I've been rewatching these scenes a million times at this point, I'm throwing the towel and re-watching all episodes. Seon Jae, you're ruining my life. I've got WORK to do. I hope you're happy!
Maybe I should stop and go re-watch the beginning 😂
I'm personally stalking this comment section to survive. Didn't rewatch everything but the best moments... But definitely rewatching the show once it's finished.

But yeah, late 30s also fangirling.

Not really sure though.
Ep 12 for 16 episodes K dramas are always cursed.
But I'm crossing my fingers LR to prove me wrong.
