Is the second season the final season? I've been planning to start watching this but when I learned there would be a second season I decided to wait to watch it... Does anybody know?
I just don't want to wait 3 years in-between seasons so I'd rather watch this once I'm sure the series has reached its final conclusion.
LOVE her too , ever since her Short 2 ep drama MY FANTASTIC FUNERAL alongside ChoiWoosik! (btw she actually played…
Agreed. Her character in Mouse was more layered... In terms of quality though I preferred Train all the way. Mouse was a riveting show... But I found the message at the end utterly disgusting and also going against all scientific studies on the subject. It really left an awful aftertaste so as much as I enjoyed the journey, I'll never re-watch that drama ever again.
Currently watching episode 11. I'm enjoying this show so far but my cynical self can't help but think "pretty priviledge". Yi Fan is cold and aloof but 11 episodes in and she's been pursed seriously by 3 guys in less than 3 months (I'm counting Sang Yan since they just met again). If an "average looking" or "ugly girl" behaved the same way, you can be sure none of these guys would keep on pursuing her.

It happened only twice actually... Meloholic ( that drama tanked and it looked messy so I personally didn't bother) and more importantly she was a lead in Train ( available on Viki). That was the 2 times she was truly a lead and not part of an ensemble cast... Train was really good by the way... If you haven't seen it, don't pay attention to the two main reviewson MDL... After Train... I though for sure, she's gonna be the lead from now on... Unfortunately she got unlucky... Got into Joseon Survival... I was just about to start that drama when Kang Ji Hwan the ML got into a rape scandal ( guy is definitely cancelled)... So bleh... She got an important role in Mouse... But she was a secondary lead not the leading actress... And then Shadow Detective which I've yet to see but from the posters... She seems more like a secondary lead than a lead....
I don't know if it's her agency or a personal choice, but she's only been acting in thrillers these past few years and they just don't guarantee as much success as rom coms unfortunately...
Well, still hoping she's gonna still the show here. Hopefully she'll finally get the roles she deserves.
According to the article on naver there is a little romance between FL and 2ndML. ML and FL are brother-sister…
I was wondering if the FL and the ML were siblings due to the.. ahem sorry... Ugly haircuts. Maybe it will look better in the drama though. These haircuts scream "SUMMER" but I really don't think it looks good especially Seon In Ah's... I think they could get rid of the "lower part" (the part that covers her nape) of the haircut and only keep the top... With all the curl, it will look very cute...
Cha Hak Yeon looks good though. I've seen him for a while but I don't know why I had to doublecheck his age dude is turning 35 this year... and my God he still looks like he's in his early 20s. Gimme those genes!!!
I personally consider these CGIs pretty horrible ^^ But it just contributes to the campiness of this drama so…
Lol Yeah true. In terms of CGIs the first episode was definitely the worst offender so far. Gotta admit I was REALLY surprised with all the "thirst shots" especially coming from GMMTV. I mean I gotta admit I agree with you on that:
"The yearnings, the cravings, the impulses... Sometimes, it feels good and is interesting to see an irrational approach of love in a fictional universe and specially this genre (vampiric/fantasy)."
I haven't seen lots of that in BL dramas. It always jumps from being attracted but never in a carnal way and straight to the bed... When actually the yearning part is the best part ( That's why dramas will never beat books in my book 😄)
But yeah, they dared to show desiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiire on display so I do also think they deserve some praise ^^
Don't tell me this is on GagaOOlala again for Germany?? I have a IQiYi subscription already and not enough money…
Heart Killers is coming to Viki... GMMTV shows have been made available on Viki a lot recently so personally I've decided to wait until it's available there since I have a subscription.
[Not that show though. I have an Iqiyi subscription]
is it just me, or is the cgi not as bad as people are making it seem ðŸ˜
I personally consider these CGIs pretty horrible ^^ But it just contributes to the campiness of this drama so err. Is it on purpose. I don't know. Anyway it contribues to how funny this drama is overall. Also I don't how old Fluke is supposed to be... But Gawin? Less than 21 years old? Are you kidding me? From him being miscast, the overly dramatic music et the innumerable thirst shots and err weird situations ( smell that sweaty towelllll yeaaaaaaaaaaaaah)... Everything in this show is ridiculously funny.
Totally get why people I are hating this show though. If you take this show seriously, you're bound to hate it. If you take it as a "drama that's so bad it's good" you'll have a great time.
I've been on the floor from episode 1 and I just can't help it 🤣🤣🤣
I was wondering if the show was funny on purpose esp. during most of the dramatic scenes... Somebody told me, it was definitely on purpose...
But honestly I really can't tell. For me this show is funny in spite of it.
This being said.. Bit tired to read people saying this person or that person is a hater just because they have a negative opinion. You don't need to agree but frankly this "hater" expression is being overused on this website.
He is forgotten in the media for having committed serious bullying at school...
He is innocent. He explained he admitted it at first due to the media backlash the drama he was filming was receiving and the fact he didn't want to drag the whole team down because he knew it would take time to have things sorted out.
The first person who accused him later explained they had heard that he had bullied others from a friend of theirs. Except, Ji Soo had just moved to a new school and he became friends with the people who had apparently bullied other students. He didn't know that and he was never involved in any such thing. Basically, he got accused from hearsays and hanging out with the wrong people who he just didn't know used to be bullies. Other people that came forward with accusations later removed their statements admitting they had lied basically to "ride on the hate train".
Accusations were spread far and wide but the fact that he was cleared of all accusations is not as widely known sadly. Anyways, netizens say that he most likely paid his accusers to "clear his name".
He could have prosecuted them with a defamation lawsuit, but he explained that he received a proper apology from all parties and didn't want to pursue this further. Apparently he even became friends with one of the people who completely ruined his career ( I SURE WOULDN'T but I don't know, maybe he's really into Buddhism or Christianism)。
Anyway, I don't remember if I read these information from an article quoted by a member here or on my own, but the bottom-line is He is innocent, but he was cancelled anyway.
Basically in South Korea, unless your name is immediately cleared ( such as Kim Seon Ho and his abortion scandal), it's extremelly difficult to make a comeback. This being said, he's said in that same interview, he was at peace with the whole situation and was now ready to move forward with his career wherever that might be.
Just happy he didn't commit suicide like so many Korean celebrities. Poor dude deserves absolutely nothing of what happened to him.
I loooved the healing sweat thingg!! It was so funny. I wasn't sure, if it was supposed to be a tear and not sweat...…
LOL for me it's part that but what also makes my day is that I really don't know if they're doing it on purpose or not 🤣🤣🤣 Like... The music cue is DRAMAtic but how the hell can anybody watch this and keep a straight face? What does the director wants to do exactly? Which is the right reaction to have? Either he's REALLY bad, or he's a GENIUS. I really have no idea ^^
Ep 02 WTF did I watch ? I'm a bit puzzled. Honestly ep 02 was hilarious but I'm not sure it was voluntary? There were so many scenes with dramatic music that just made me click the "pause" button because I was just rolling on the floor.
The "healing sweat": Pick comedy 🤣🤣🤣
Well on with episode 3 then... I don't know for the story since it's just the beginning, but if they keep up these "weird vibes" I might stick to the end ^^
Too true! I think it's a certain flaw a lot of kdramas have, rushed endings.
I would argue that's something I've noticed a lot in K and C dramas. Sometimes they drag on parts nobody cares about and then the ending is overly rushed.
With this show however, I feel the pace has been perfect from the start to now... Not a lot of comedy in ep 11 but what makes me worried is that the villain still have the upper hand and we've only got one episode to wrap up everything and get a satisfying epilogue for all our characters... And I don't think we'll get that "satisfying epilogue" unless ep 12 is an hour and a half...
Really crossing my fingers ep 12 doesn't feel too rushed... I think the best punishment for this woman would be for her daughter to completely abandon her. In her twisted way, Yee Na is probably the only person she cares about, so it would be fitting she gets totally disregarded by her.
