Actually for the story, her last drama as a main role was Evasive Inquiry Agency ( really fun comedy by the way)... Then she got into a relationship with Seo Taiji... It was a huge scandal at the time because she was 20 or 21 at the time and the later was a divorcee 16 years older than she was.
After the scandal broke out... She made herself extremely discreet in the media until she got married and had kids very early should I add. She basically flushed her career down the toilet due to this perv.
Around the same time that scandal broke out, Lee Ji Ah, his previous wife opened up about her marriage. Nobody knew they had been married, so that was the first insane news that came out and If I remember well, she explained she'd been in a relationship with him since she was 15 ( dude was 21 at the time). She got married at 19 and explained that she basically was in an abusive relationship, forbidden to go out, talk about her relationship even with her close friends etc.
Lots of people made comparisons with Lee Jee Ah's story with what was happenning to Lee Eun Sung, since after she posted a couple of pictures of them together, she basically completely disappeared media-wise.
Anyway long story short, she was groomed.
As far as I know they're still married... But she stopped her career so early ( and she had a very promising future ahead) it's very unlikely she'll ever manage to make a comeback if she ever wanted to.
It only has 12 episodes, and the finale is this week
Actually I'm indeed very disappointed this series is only 12 episodes π₯ Very sad... especially since I'm not really excited about of the upcoming K-dramas for the next few months... But it's okay... There's lots of shows I never took the time to watch so I'll be watching those.
It's just that it's rare that we can have that type of blend between romance, comedy and action. It's most of the time romcom's, melo or action/thriller. It's always either 100% serious or 100% comedy so when you can both... It's always a treat ^^

Still very much enjoying the show, don't understand the negative comments and don't care about them either. Show's been consistent from the start to now. Premise was completely ridiculous and nonsical. There' s some crime/comedy/romance everything in the right dose. Most annoying thing to me was the school bullying but fortunately they didn't drag it. The only thing so far I'm going to remove some points for is the chairwoman... She's a bit too dark for my taste and I HATE her...
Only thing I hope is Episode 12 being a lengthy silly and fun epilogue ^^
So far... I would rate this either a 8.5 or a solid 9. That will depend of next week's episodes.

I don't think I've seen that option here but on Myanimelist and Goodreads where I keep tracks of respectively my anime/manga and novels/essays I've read ( sadly Goodreads mostly is for English books and I personally feel extremelly frustrated because I read web novels in several languages and there's not a single place where you can list everything in one go) I've personally made my profile private. Because some are doing exactly what you're saying. They're just plain dirty. Gosh. I've worked in a male dominated field for over 10 years and two of male colleagues always went to the girls' toilets for very obvious reasons.
Seriously have you ever poured water in a basin? The higher you do that, the higher the splashing goes and the higher the drops go. If you dive, the higher you dive from, the higher the splashing goes, the more you have drops. It's just basic physics. Drop anything in water, there's droplets.
Even if they lift the toilet seat, doesn't change the fact you're having droplets everywhere. Worse, could now end on the ground AND on the toilet stuff. It's even worse with adults, they're taller so there's more mess.
Anyway I've made my point.
Personal advice though, I hope you don't live in a country where people are used to shaking hands because if you did shake hands with people who told you THAT, I can also pretty much guess they're not the type to wash their hands after doing their "business".

Actually no. I get it men pee standing up but that's the hygienic thing to do when there's a URINAL . URINALS are specifically designed to avoid having droplets go everywhere . Pissing standing up with a toilet seat is just plain disgusting especially in a house that's not your own. You're having droplets on the toilet seat on which an innocent person is then going to sit later. It is just plain disgusting.

It doesn't fell off. It's pretty much in tune with what we've been getting since the beginning, a mix of comedy, romance and thriller. Some people are voicing their disbelief over the other NIS agents... But err... They've been completely incompetent since episode 1 why complain about it NOW? The show has been silly from the start with lots of silly plot holes ( the website given on a card and not through a telegram message for instance), you have to accept the premise watching this show, otherwise, it's obviously not gonna work and this show is not for you.
Anyway Episode 9 and 10 are more serious but there's some comic relief nonetheless so it's not as dramatic as I was thinking it would be.
People are making a fuss about the preview for episode 11 because it's 100% serious, but we're near the finish line, obviously we've gotta up the ante before the grand finale. Doesn't mean episode 11 will necessarily be as dramatic as the preview is showing.

How was ep 10? Did everybody in the school find out that he is a NIS agent?
It's actually my previous comment. I'm watching on Viki so I haven't watched episode 10 yet. But on some of the scenes already available on MBC channel, he's revealed to his "classmates" that he's 31 but they don't know he's an NIS agent.
He told them them a sob story about going to school because sadly poor dude has only a middle school degree ( which is not entirely untrue, since he actually never graduated from high school but sat for an equivalent after he left).
Ok that preview for episode 11 is horrible... but pretty predictable. Penultimate episode has to be as dramatic as possible so that fans can spend the whole week stressing about it...
BUT, looking on the bright side... The more dramatic the preview is... the more we can expect most of the "heavy stuff" being resolved in episode 11 so we can spend most of episode 12 with some well deserved fun and some swoony moments between our leads.
Did those scenes happen after the preview on other episodes? That's the first one I saw
