Starting to get REALLY annoyed with all the politics involved... Alas this show is tropey... and hence has both the qualities AND flaws of its genre.

I'm still invested enough not to drop the show but I'm getting REALLY annoyed at some of the choices made by the writer these past 4 weeks...

Actually no. I think you're right. Jun Hwa's dad's expression when he found the bodies in the courtyard was not the expression of somebody who had orchestrated everything. He probably wanted to take over in a peaceful way but something we don't know happen. I hope it's not the King's fault though.

Lol I wasn't implying I was going to drop this. I'm very much enjoying it in spite of its many flows. I've just given up on thinking about what's gonna happen. Before I'd assume they were smart. Now, I'm assuming they're all idiots so whatever goes, goes.

Can you believe it? They're gonna play that dumb card longer. After Jae On has sniveled out of that situation (the one at the end of episode 9) Eun Ho is STILL in the dark and STILL isn't sure she is a girl.

BEST CONFESSION EVER, even if the other party is DUMB as hell and didn't get it. But they're ALL DUMBER THAN DUMB is this series so I've given up. I guess that innocent stoooooooooopidity is part of their charm.

That was so cute how he turned all flustered and all :D. I know he's not endgame but I feel for him anyway... Don't have Second Lead syndrome because I just can't see him with Deok Su... They have that "buddy vibe", he's literally been friend zoned since Episode 1, poor dude. Still my favorite character though.

What a dumbASS seriously! Just... I can't. This is where I give up watching this show using my brain. Even Su Ra knew before him. Out of the Haona quartet, the Prince, who is supposed to be the smartest turns to be the stoopidest of the lot.
Talk about a let down.

You're not the only one liking it. I also made the same comment regarding the fact that in this drama roles are reversed from the usual trope and you see how people tend to judge the FL harder when they're much more forgiving when these same traits are portrayed by males, I'm not saying this for all viewers who don't like the show... But it's a sad fact that the comments reflect this non-balanced view.

But again, I don't care much neither for ratings nor mob comments personally. It's not gonna influence my enjoyment of the show.
Personally I'm currently watching 3 airing shows. Love Scout is my favorite so far, this one is second. Check in Hanyang 3rd. All are enjoyable yet Motel California and Check In Hanyang are suffering from poor ratings on MDL which goes to show that honestly these ratings have close to no value when shows are airing. People downvoting en masse through fake accounts as mentioned by yuta.

More a question of point of view. The FL has some of the bad traits you'd usually find in MLs and that is rubbing some feathers the wrong way I guess. Personally I'm loving it but it sure is not a universal opinion on this thread.

They sure don't, given the hate she's been receiving from some viewers but it's cool. Still loving this show, no amount of hate is gonna change my mind ( considering where this show is at now, there's still 8 episodes to go so we'll see), anyone is free to think what they want. I personally think they're doing a good job portraying her. I understand she can be irritating (though personally I'm not annnoyed), but I think they're doing a good job showing where she's coming from. It's obviously easier to root for Yeon Su at present though.

I personally think she doesn't want them together. She likes Kang Hee but also likes Yeon Su as a friend... And like her other friends, she probably think Kang Hee is Yeon Su's kryptonite and that he would be better off without her... which let's be honest at present ( episode 3) is definitely true... But I trust the show to make us root for this couple at some point.
