I am having similar difficulties. I have watched everything raw but am stuck at EP10 with the subs. I know there will be tender sweetness waiting for me soon, the love in SiFengs eyes are worth all the pain but the pain still so hurtful. I am having the hardest of times with this drama but I just can not drop it. The story is grand and I am here for more than just the wonderful acting and sweet love, I am here for the superb plot I yet have not understood. There is no filler Episode, no side couple too much, everything is perfection, it is just TOO MUCH pain. I am contemplating skipping painful parts.

From EP8 onwards she is strong and only gets stronger. She ends up being like she was before she got into the mortal realm, THE STRONGEST BEING IN THE UNIVERSE!

WuTong really is a petty mortal villain compared to the big boi from heaven
and I thought he was bad. How can there be a story with him still being the lesser evil, damn!

I am is heart broken. It looks like he will have a long recovery time after this and what else would we expect with all the torture he is going through.
And WuTong looks like he is basically pushing himself into hell (before, it looked to me like he would have fallen in anyway but spared LingLong). And I thought I was sad before I watched this MV *reciting the unfeeling mantra*

I really appreciate LingLong's whole arc so much. Sometimes we have some creepy "romance" in dramas or even torture and the sorts and people just 'get over it' but LingLong goes throw all this (I have not seen that in a Cdrama before and I watched lots) and then she is actually damaged! There is no romantic BS coming after this, no just forgetting and living happily ever after but WuTong has done horribly and she is hurt!
Man, I am just loving this whole play but I am still worried about how SiFeng is even real. He is the most unrealistic character in this whole bit!
