I actually never planned to watch this until i stumbled upon a Mv in Youtube.Thinking how good Lee Wan looks (i was not particularly a Fan of Shin-hye) i just HAD to watch this Drama, despite guessing this is a tragedy.
Already from the first moment there is a hint of sadness...of how it all will end.But for the imagination of it you try to hope, and that hope grows greater when the main-leads first glance at each other.
Park Shin-hye deeply expressed the purity and innocense of Hana, and her optimism for life.Reuniting with her "Stairway to Heaven" co-star Lee Wan who plays the introverted step-brother Yoon Suh.Lee Wan is captivating in the role, and you just Can't take your eyes off him when his piercing eyes shows pain and love from his deepest soul.Hana and Yoon Suh are star-crossed lovers, and in life all they ever wanted was to be together."Tree of Heaven" is a heavenly tear-jerker about life, sacrifice and love. Its so raw and meaning-ful, and brings unforgettable songs to the whole melodrama and romance. This is a classic that will stay true to my heart forever...!

There was to my relief not many side-characters to the story, and it unfolds in a fast pace that i liked. The directing, writing and acting are well done, especially when it came to the main-characters.This is a trainwrecky thai lakhorn,so expect lots of screaming,fights,love-triangles,slap-kiss, misunderstandings and evilness to the whole plot, and the greatest warning is that there is a scene where the hero rapes the heroine, hence he earns her bitterness throughout the story. His greatest mistake was that he raped her full well knowing that his younger brother Pinyoh also loves her.
I have only ever seen Bee Namthip in a Evil Nang Rai role opposite Kim and James Ji in "Buang Hong",so it came as a surprise seeing her in a victimized Nangek role in this lakhorn. Her portrayal of Arisaara Chunhagon made a spectacular character that showed the gentleness and caring,a poor young woman full of life and innocence. She is loved by many men because of her beauty and goodness, especially her male best-friend Pinyoh. But she meets her match in his older, mature brother Panin. Her savior and kindred spirit who hurt her,and she unknowingly also hurt him.Their bond will only grow stronger with time, despite the bitter hatred between them ,Panin and Arisaraa never could stop loving each other.
I have never seen Chakrit Yamnarm on-screen before this lakhorn, and i could understand why so many viewers loves him as an actor while watching him portray the wordly sophisticated heir Panin Nirapai. Chakrit oozed charisma and sexiness through Panin, with his wild "Heathcliff" looks,he simply stopped my heart with just one smile! Panin is a character that loves his family deeply despite their faults. Seeing the generosity from Arisaraa,it comes as a shocking surprise to him that there exist such goodness in this world,as he had been side-tracked to many times in his cynical world of money and power. He falls in love with his Arisaraa, and gets heartbroken when he realizes his beloved brother also love her. There is a savagery inside him that only Arisaraa can release, and only she can stumble him apart through pieces.Chakrit does well in expressing the longing and possessiveness Panin has for Arisaraa, the link between them are in their child,Pete. (That reminds me little of "Autumn`s Concerto") and i just love the angst and intensity between Panin and Arisaraa in the scenes between them. Their eyes says so much their mouths don`t dare to say.
I also wish Chakrit and Bee had another lakhorn together, because every scene with them are filled with electric chemistry!I want more more more with them! And i want to watch more lakhorns starring Chakrit too,he is not only handsome but a damn GREAT OF A HELL actor too!

One of the TOP Mini-dramas of this year...
"Hide One`s Love" is a classic theme of slap-kiss, old school and very trainwrecky in its execution and delivered so well by the actors and the director! The intensity & passion took my breath away! The story starts off very sadistic and dark, alas a very complex and toxic transactional relationship between the struggling heroine Rongen and the very ferocious Mob Boss/Tycoon Yejue. His actions does not fit his words. He may verbally treat her as a plaything and does state that he will break it off as soon as he tires of her, and he states that a few times, but in the mean time his actions proves otherwise. HE IS A SCHMUCK over her! He protects and cherishes her and is hardcore possessive and jealous, he cannot stand another man near her. Her hatred grew towards him, alongside the misunderstandings between them, in the meantime his pain and suffering of unrequited love took a deep hit on him. Still, he never could let her go even when she begged him.Chen Si totally dominated the screen, i mean his PRESENCE is freekin unbeliavable the way he takes you by storm! The luring danger and beauty, the blend is soooo sexy!!The way he longingly and ardently gazed at his heroine, like he could not get enough of her, ahhh my romantic heart! Guilty pleasure for sure!

Tension-so smoldering sexy i had to KEEP MY BREATH IN.!
Electric, Breathtaking and Sizzling- just what a crave for whenever i watch these Verticals (or reading a book). The idea of mainleads dreaming of making love to each other is such a exhilarating concept and it is not often done even in Romantic Novels, it takes me back to when i read one of my all time favourite "Lake of Dreams" by Linda Howard where the MC´s dreamt of making love with each other ever since they were children. We have the darkly menacing Mob Boss who is looking for a female with a Peach Blossom mark on her back shoulders, yearning for her with his every being and we have the terrified female lead not understanding the erotic dreams she is getting with the sexy stranger who can`t keep his hands or mouth off her! The whole crazy irony? That neither of them knows she is engaged to marry his nephew.

Okay, this was kinda new to me!
Not overall the twin swap, but the twin swap in a SITUATION like this, in this case where the good heroine married ML in her evil twin`s place. The good heroine and hero have a loving marriage, like soooo loving and then mids of all the evil twin comes back to take her place and kick the good twin to the curbs. I love that ML was so endearing and so in love with his wife that he felt something was wrong when he had the wrong twin in his embrace. Like his heart knew that wasn`t his wife.I feel like my heart has been stolen by Shan Dong. I have finished three Verticals starring him and i just can`t handle how absolutely gorgeous of a talent he is on-screen! The way he kissess and embraces his leading ladies, with so much passion! Ah, my, heart!!!

Heart of Chocolate...a story about fate.
This story is nicely written for being a old-school lakhorn. Terrific chemistry between Aom & Mos and a delightful tale of how they meet, befriend, fight and eventually fall in love. Both as enemies & lovers did they have wonderful sparks between each other, a understanding what the other is going through and helping each other with their heartache and loneliness. I love the scene where FL tastes the chocolate with her finger in front of ML in a cooking class, and the erotic look he gave her!!Wheww that was hot!We get a lovely cast of supporting characters that really made the story come alive, i loved every one of them. Well, except for the Second Evil Female lead, she is very spoiled and selfish, but she is not one of the over the top murder witches we see in other lakhorns. My heart went out for the Second Male Nop...so lovely and selfless.

Cute romance & Annoying SFL!
Deng Ling & Zheng Hui totally took my breath away as love-leads in "The Prince is too Wild" so i definitely was hungry for the sight of their duo again and i am sooo happy i finally found a good link on dailymotion with eng subs!I had seen another version of the same story where the heroine grew up in a village and comes to the city to help her self-centered adopted sister. When she finds work at a hotel she befriends the very caring Boss who helps her every time she is in trouble. In this story they are child-hood victims of kidnapping and shared jade pendants. ML has spent his time looking her his child-hood companion for years- to keep his child-hood promise of marrying her. But the self-centered sister takes on FL´s identity. Male Hero`s nephew is soooo cute by the way***

A story filled with symbolism..
The Girl in Blue is one of the earliest adaptation of Fei Wo Si Cun’s novels and she is literally called Queen of Angst since her main leads always suffer. This story is also among her heartbreaking ones!In this drama however the story is quite tied to the color of Blue and uses it as a symbolism in many ways. It revolves around depth and sensitivity and bravery , but also aloofness and sadness. Ruan Dong Zi uses blue matching light sticks to lure in Jia Qi’s attention. She is the woman who broke his best friend’s heart years ago, almost making him commit suicide and die in the burning house, in which Dong Zi saved him. Dong Zi has always despised Jia Qi, he wondered what on earth made his bestfriend lose himself towards that ”love”. So Dong Zi plans for revenge that was doomed to backfire on him so badly that the effects of it would almost ruin his soul and life. To trick Jia Qi into loving him so he would break her heart this time, this was his game of love..where there would be no going back from him or her there on. The magic blue lighting sticks, the secret written web novel (where the author name was Blue, though the author was Dong Zi,hehe) , the beautiful friendships and the secret game of love and the devastating love triangle. This is a story about three wonderful but flawed characters Jia Qi, Dong Zi and He Ping and how they find their meaning in life and love.

Watch this one for the main-leads!
Chen Fang Tong & Dai Gao Zheng totally fired up the screen in "Maid`s Revenge" so i have been unable to forget these two for a long while. I was so excited when i got to know they would star in a new drama together. "Forever Love" is a contemporary romance with business intrigues and politics. We have investigations going on, combat scenes and betrayals. But the fiery chemistry between the main-leads totally made this worth the watch, i binge watched it in one day. Dai Gao Zheng is absolutely gorgeous as the bodyguard Qin Mo Yao and i loved how absolutely besotted he is with Tong. Their love-scenes made me absolutely warm all over. Ahhhh how i hope for more dramas with both of them steaming up the screen again!!Was this review helpful to you?

I love romantic stories about married couples.Din and Ran are both kind of a odd pair, but they worked so well together with their different personalities. Both wants the best for the other, they are so undenyable cute together and very passionate when it comes to love-making,LOL!The episode where Din tried everything to get Ran pregnant was hilarious! Both are also very vulnerable and can become insecure very quickly when the other partner doesn`t behave normally.Ran and Din are both very possessive of each other which gave show for angst and adorable jealous scenes.Din`s bestfriends and colleague`s Rock and Cookie are wonderful characters. It was fun seeing Golf on-screen and watching him play a fun charming character like Rock who finds his first love in Taen,a photographer who cathes cheaters. We get a fun second-couple in them.We also have several villians bringing in trouble all the time, all the more relief when they finally lose in the end.It was worth it watching this lakhorn for all the fun and excitement,i especially appreciate the on-screen chemistry between Andrew and the very stunning Ploy!

Chakrit in his younger days was so handsome!God how i love watching him on-screen!And his on-screen chemistry with Angie was totally on fire! This is also my first time seeing Angie on-screen and my my how she stole the show!SHE LOOKS ABSOLUTE GORGEOUS!Its also unique how right Pon was about Bo caring about money all the time when usually all the other praeks got it wrong. In this case Po did care about money, but she has reasons for it.She was never mean or being a bitch and her love for her sister and nephew was adorable and she totally stole my heart with how sweet and sassy she was!Pon totally falls for her against his will and even keeps the pink ribbon she gave him to stop his bleeding when he got hurt.Pon and Bo totally took over the whole lakhorn with their entertaining love-story!The cast also did a great job, even while the jealous neighbour of Bo was annoying she also made me laugh quite a few times.

This is a lakhorn that turns the tables and i enjoyed every minute of it!I love the storyline, although the last episode went a bit out of it with the way it added more and more unnecessary drama that i could have done without.Palai is a good hearted heroine who gets forced to turn her heart into ice as she fights every bit dirty against the enemies who wants her bad.She was so stubborn and brave that i rooted for her.I also love how the actress portrayed her so naturally. She executed sassyness, shyness and cuteness so well-and when she was angry...she was soooo angry LOL!
Bank Artit is a actor i have had my eyes on ever since i watched "Cubic" where he portrayed a supporting character and had so much charisma! It also helps with how handsome he is,LOL.I am glad he get leading roles nowadays since his acting is so startingly good!I love how he portrayed the noble and kindhearted Siwa.Siwa is not much like all other leading heroes. When Siwa loves,he loves with all his selfless soul.He could handle how Palai broke his heart all the time and left him bleeding. He would take a bullet for her, take flowers to her while she is working, even marry another woman he doesn`t love just to keep Palai safe, handle her betrayals even as far as thinking she could be pregnant with another man`s child he still loved her irrevocably. He said it himself,he is so crazy in love with her that his love only increases even after she hurts him. That`s so beautiful and romantic.I love Siwa so much!
Siwa and Palai are a beautiful couple that i want to visit again and again.Love their chemistry so much and i love how there was this awareness between them even from the start, although Palai tried to ignore it since she thought he was dating her cousin.Siwa`s father is a villain in this story and i felt so sorry for Siwa. His life literally turned hell when he realized all the stuff Palai told him about his father was true.I can`t imagine that kind of suffocating pain and anguish over knowing what kind of monster your own father are.Still,Siwa handled it in the best way he could and decided to still love his father despite it all.The fate of the snobby cousin and Palai`s aunt is really brutal but i can`t say i will miss them since they annoyed me throughout the story.I didn`t enjoy Thana`s character here much (which is weird since i loved him in "Prom Pisawat) since he was much unstable after his fathers death.I wish Siwa and Palai all the best with their second marriage and their newborn child!
