Sexy & Dark:what i love!!
I enjoyed it immensely!!This is my second version of the same plot! Prefer this ML much more!!The plot is that the FL badly needs medication to heal her sister`s illness, in this case ML is the only one who has the medicine. So they have a transactional relationship, where he gives her medicine for sex, but he falls irrevocably for her. Unlike in the other version, he realized early on that he loves her and he pursued her. He is a lot ruthless towards his enemies as well, especially the girl he took care of who he cast aside as soon as he knew she was a scheming liar.

All the tropes i find utterly irresistible...a dark revenge romance!!!
I am having a bit of a binge of short c-dramas lately and have found a new obsession with watching the incredibly talented actor Chen Si on-screen!! This is the third drama i have finished with him and omggggg does he shine! He portrays another Anti-hero Jiang Ji Chun who rescues the heroine Xin Yan and in turn she works as a spy for him while he in return also helps her with the investigation of finding the real culprit behind her family`s murder. The plot itself does revolve around three Jiang heirs, the ML and his two nephews who hates his guts. Ji Chun was always there to save the heroine, seduce her and torment her with hot sizzling kissess. His red-hot passion for her was blinding my eyes. The way Chen Si portrayed Ji Chun reminds me of his another portrayal in another dark romance "Lost in the Midnight". He has this dark sexual appeal, this kinda predatory and restless stance to him. I find him utterly irresistible as well, the way he makes my heart beat faster!! Lucky heroine!!Was this review helpful to you?
A Classic Runaway Cinderella love-story...!
What made "Surviving Beauty" such a exciting lakhorn to watch was the essential story. I mean, what more do you want when you have a runaway cinderella bride on her road to seek refuge in her bestfriend`s brother Chalaybut`s farm but instead meet his deadly and bitter mortal enemy and rival Khetkham. Choenkwan find new friends, home and sweeping romantic adventure in the dark mysterious woodlands where we have a mysterious and evil Black Panther King trying to destroy everything and then she also has more problems added to a evil step mother who wants to force her to marry a man so she can steal her inheritance-and she is stuck with the ruthless and hot-tempered landowner Khetkham who she finds herself in a fake marriage with. We have the funny as hell hilarious sidekicks Tawan & Suang who mistook her for a prostitu** and took her to Khetkham at the start of this story, just simply hilarious!!!The story in itself being so entertaining we also have the beautifully developed romance between Kwan & Khet. Khet freaking rejected two women who love him, alas, he had given his whole heart to Kwan. It felt so bittersweet when we get to know that they actually had a blind date seven years ago in which Khet backed off in his way of rebelling against his fathers control. But fate made them meet in a wonderful way again...just so wonderful in how fated they actually are! My only criticue must be how lazy the writing became after Kwan went to the capital, just the material and mood went down a lot and i badly missed their scenes in the Woodlands of Khet. At least i am happy that the story concluded there at least, Kwan & Khet never got a break with how many challenges they had to face, so i got a few happy tears when they finally got their happy ever after on their love-spot with the help of all their friends and sidekicks! "Surviving Beauty" has the classic romance vibe i so much missed in the later lakhorns i have watched!

Ling Xiao was such a good Anti-hero, his mezmerizing eyes and charisma......uff!
I can absolutely say i loved Part For Ever and have re-watched some heartstopping scenes over and over again.Its just such a well done enemies to lovers trope!!I just love the Male Lead so much, the tragic essence of him and how he knew deep down how doomed his fate was in this life. It was as if he always knew. I love how he hated to love his enemy, new bride to be. How confusing he felt, ahhhh my heart went out to him so many times.This is a terrific love-story for a short drama. I just enjoyed the journey of angst, action and romance.

"Fai Luang" is a old-school slap-kiss soap opera with lots of intensity in its melodramatic essence. It has all that i love in lakhorns of this genre. Romance, passion, hatred, revenge and two main-leads that refuse to back off from their purpose. It stars the handsome Willie Ruengrit as the avenging and domineering hero Naparoot who in every sense of the word wants to ruin the life of his deceased father`s mistress and in turn hurt her younger sister, the one woman who ever infuriates him and makes him go mad with anger and passion, the very gentle but stubborn Yotien starred by Tao Sarocha. She is furious over her sisters actions and betrayal but with fierce patience and good will she tries to gain the forgiveness of Naparoot`s family, which only infuriates him even more. Their love for each other became the burning fire that at first was built by intense hatred, both Naparoot & Yotien get hurt by it and both refuse to even acknowledge it or even give in to it.
I totally lost sleep over this incredible story. All the characters felt so real to me and their emotions were well acted out by the whole cast. Willie just took my breath away with his gripping performance by truly showing how Naparoot was at the peak of losing his mind. He was the soul of this story, no one was above him and could really stand up against him, well except for his very beloved heroine who refused to surrender.

I will say, this came out before the airing of F4 Thailand and raised the viewers expectation after the trailer. We knew and felt that this version would bring something special to this old saga. Our guts told us right. It is special. In just 16 episodes this remake managed to turn my soul upside down. It is one of the best dramas i have ever seen in my entire life. Bright portraying Thyme and telling about his feelings of his character made me tear up a little, it is obvious however tiring it may have been, Bright sincerely cared about his character Thyme. Tu Tontawan is such a stunning lady, and thought her perfectly fit for Gorya.
Rest of the cast did a terrific job also! 10/10 stars for me, even for being a proluge movie. This is where it Began.

"Jai Rao" are a lakhorn that will obsess you and cheat you. With the exceptional performances and on-screen chemistry of Ken and Aff, they made this lakhorn super. It have it all for a Romance-Lover. Professional cast, incredible dynamic characters and a Epic kind of Love-story that never lets you forget it. We watch yet another Romantic lakhorn where Ken plays the role of a Smitten Alpha-hero and Aff playing the Gentle and Kind-hearted heroine-they are both reunited lovers but gets stuck in misunderstandings due to the hurt of betrayal of her leaving him many years ago. Trust me guys..This lakhorn are so heartbreakingly bittersweet and beautiful.

Nadech and Yaya will always be my favourite couple. With their 5-star performances as the brave but flirty Captain Ramin and the beautiful but bratty Petra Pawadee they stole our heart with their electric and warm chemistry in this crazily funny,cute and exciting lakhorn.This one made me both laugh and cry hard,i always cry when it comes to suffering of NY`s characters..i always feel with them. Had waited for over one year for this lakhorn..and it has not disappointed me. NY are the best!

Seductive Romance that made my toes curl- The chemistry is amazing!
Not much different as a story in "Spring Night`s Fiery Kissess"- the only thing i found quite compelling in the unique department was that the Villains consisted of Three very powerful Brothers who were known as murderers and bullies. They caused the female lead`s sister to die, so our brave and broken heroine has her eyes set on seducing the most powerful Gangleader, in order to use him as her Sword to bring all the three brothers down.Chen Si is a force entirely on his own, omg does he captivate me as a viewer. His every glance, touch of emotion and the way he just simply oozes dark charisma blended with sexiness. Jadie Jia is utterly adorable on-screen and the way her character totally captivated the cold and aloof Male Lead and had him wrapped around her finger. Kyaaaa!!These two made my heart melt!

"Gemini" is a historical action packed mixed with amazingly intense romance between our reincarnated heroine JinYu and her quite deranged hero Xiao Ren(who could even become an Anti-hero in another lifetime, he is insane). The title is referring to Twins, a northern constellation said to represent twins born together.Zhu LiLan is an incredible actress first of all, wow she performed both characters so perfectly. Her on-screen chemistry with the very sexy JunWei is chef`s kiss. Wow, if the screen could fire off all the sparks these two have! Every 28 episodes of this drama was roller coaster of twists and emotions. The tension in the first 5 episodes absolutely undid me because i was biting my nails over being confused to who the heroine was, luckily when i got it, ufff i GOT IT! Xiao Ren is a hero to die for by the way, wow, he have such charming smirk but you could not shy away from how deadly and dark he is as a character!I mean wow! The actor portrayed him to perfection. Director XiZi has made another hit out of this one! Story, Acting, directing, OST-Start,Middle, Ending-everything was on point and riveting!

Ah, this is a rare gem! Where a Maincharacter timetravels and meets her parents as 18-year olds. I mean, that would be a dream come true for me to watch my parents fall in love! I grew up watching Back To the Future Trilogy, so this is a plot dear to my heart. Watching the rich star cast was a balm to my soul, the Firework Squad had great chemistry with all of them together. I thought FL´s mother such a beautiful cutie and her father soooo cool! (i mean you can never go wrong with YiLei`s deathly swag) FL´s love interest is in the hot-tempered bad boy Jiang Yi. YuYin & Zhang Chi have so much chemistry and pulled off their characters struggles to perfection!Was this review helpful to you?

Siege in Fog-a story that broke my heart in its essence.
There is something about the dramas adapted by Fei Wo Si Cun novels that always tugs at my heart. I always manage to fall in love with them, however faulted they are. I finished Siege in Fog with my little sister, it had actually been my third time re-watching it but i never managed to finish it until the third time becaue of how hard the second part of this drama actually becomes and i don`t mean that in a bad way. While the first part builds the plot up in both past and present the second part is filled with decisions and confrontations which were hard to bear. I loved the relationship Lian Kai had with his brothers and how he managed to steal his wife`s Qin Sang`s heart. They were beautiful together, fated soulmates indeed.Was this review helpful to you?
