And she is helping this company to figure out how to restructure after acquisition all by herself? Give me a break. I don’t blame her - I blame the company she works at. What nonsense. So I am going to ignore that part and just watch for where it takes the leads.

But the problem here is that she was genuinely attracted to him and even fantasized a relationship with him. So let’s not say that she is an innocent victim of sexual harassment. The way I look at it - you really cannot enforce these things or keep it a ‘secret’. If people know they don’t talk or report unless it is something unethical or there is malicious intent. Because it happens and people may just keep it low key . Luke did make it public in his circle. That is good enough. She on the other hand could even bring herself to say she had a boyfriend. If Luke had made it public at work he would have made sure to protect her just as he did later . It was more her issue than anything else
