Thank you for your comments these are exactly my thoughts . She is not insecure because of some office policy or it is bad if it comes out. She has zero self confidence and thinks she is beneath the ML . And she does not trust herself or the ML enough.

People should understand that relationships are sometimes in a grey area. If the ML’s approach towards the FL was sexual harassment and she felt that way - she had ways to get out of it. She could have resigned and gone somewhere ( a loss yes but then she could have started fresh) . She could have reported it like she did the other guy later in the drama - is the ML an exception?

I know people will say- why does she have to quit?- in an idealistic world that would work. But if a power play was involved there then it would have been the best solution to protect herself- out of sight and out of mind.

My take on this is that they were both fatally attracted to each other that everything else flew out the window . That is why the secret relationship came about. There is no victim of sexual harassment here . There is just doubts and insecurities from the FL’s side as she navigates this relationship she is not able to handle. The ML don’t think even understood that he would fall so deep in the beginning
And yes they both have commitment issues, but the FL really does not even know what she wants yet . Their communication is just awful.
That is why it was ridiculous when she brought up marriage all of a sudden to the ML in ep 19. From someone who can’t even bring herself to tell people that she has a boyfriend 4 yrs into the relationship - it sounded ridiculous. And she introduces him as her boss to her ex BF and wonders why he is pissed?
LN is better that way because he is atleast confident enough to tell everyone that he is in a serious relationship . Have we heard that even once from the FL? She acts as though she is committing a sin by being with him
