I really HATE how no one is seeing things from A’Yao perspective. He literally lost his whole entire family…
I can see both their sides. They are both traumatized people who have paid dearly for the past. And I don’t blame either of them for the separation. It was just their past coming back to bite them. Both have trauma issues- MXY has trust issues while Ye Li has abandonment issues and more .

Cheng Lei has always been a strong actor. And this is a Bai Lu drama - her MLs are usually stronger in her dramas. She somehow brings out the best in them .and all the cast actually

Episode 32 was so good! We are seeing the extent of her trauma. It’s in full display. After being questioned by the eunuch about what happened - she was still not accepting the fact that everyone was dead. She forgot the whole incident. Both the leads were fantastic in this episode . Bai Lu as usual was fantastic and Cheng Lei really showed his pain and horror. This drama is still going strong! This episode really brought me to tears!
