Personally, since his "orange allergy" stunt I knew he was the usual b*tchy character. I didn't right away suspected him to be the one responsible of the car accident but it click quite quickly as he was the only one with a motive + the fact he is clearly double faced.

It's apparently based on a web novel (see in the Detail section) but I didn't read it. I was talking generally as it isn't the first transmigrator story I've read/watched. Most of them don't really bother explaining the process of the transmigration (it's even a common meme to blame "Trunk-kun", the white trunk of doom as they love using car accident for that) or the fate of the previous owner.

Everyone... We need to act surprised when they will finally reveal the "bad guy" ! It isn't like we don't know from the first time he appeared but I don't know why they keep trying to hide it to the point of using the brother as scapegoat. :P

Well, for him, he isn't improving. He want a ruthless, emotionless & decisive son to inherit his company. But he played himself with his scheme that for sure. :P

Probably dead in the car accident. It's a common setting that the original owner die before behind "possessed" by a transmigrator. That or he is in Thorn's original world. Either way, I don't think we will have a clear answer to his fate as it's irrelevant this late in the drama.

They actually did, it's called "Fight for You". I'm not really a huge fan - it's decent but not exceptional - as I really prefer them in this one for some reason even if the format isn't the greatest.

Again, the issue isn't that she get her ass kicked, it's that so far they sold her as "the best warrior". So in my mind, I expected a badass FL that would mostly be superior than anyone but it's far from that. Anyway, apparently she didn't earn that title with her fighting capability in the first place.

Not one but multiple high school girls killed themselves. They did that to mimic one of the trending transmigrator drama airing at that time where the FL died and went to "another world" & find happiness.

Personally, the issue was more about their mental health than the drama itself but it's hard to not respond when so many died partly because of it.

Don't know if it will really be that way - him being so deep that he doesn't try to escape his "grip". I still hope Fan Xiao will need to do some HEAVY groveling to You Shulang once he know he was SA by him.

That my issue, as they said multiple time she is their best warrior - the Mad Blade. But it doesn't show any of that so far. Like I'm guessing she got the job just because of her "special condition" - her blood - but in this case just could just donate it. No need to risk her life by directly fighting them - especially if she isn't THAT good to begin with - as they could lose this asset for nothing.

For the whip, as I understand so far - I could be wrong - it's just that it make ultra sound (or a specific frequency of sound) that hinder them but again, in the modern world, it doesn't seems to be the most convenient way to do that. Even the random "alarm" to repulse birds in the first episode seems more effective.

For Earth Fiends being weaker in human form, I "could" understand if their purpose was to infiltrate human society - and they did that somewhat - but I'm mostly confused about their goal. Like as of now, I don't see the point of them doing that tbh except if it was to hide themself but again, why ? They don't seems to really care being discovered so far.

Don't get me wrong, I like this drama but some detail just raise my eyebrows. ^^'

Watched till episode 8. So far the story and build up is really good. I've just one issue with how they written the FL. She is supposed to be their best warrior but so far, she get her ass kicked every single time, even against the ML - who doesn't seems to be a trained soldier.

Overall, all the fighting scene are the weakness of this drama. Make so sense that they still use their hammer and whip in modern time. The alien in human form ? They seems WAAAY more weaker that they were as their original form. The fact that none of them use guns seems just off. They look more like street thugs than century old secret societies.

Even the "trap" that the Alien made to deal with the hunter was so... underwhelming ? They just hang the old man to a tree and call it a day.

It would have made more sense if it was a period drama tbh. :O

So... How to review this ? The production is low cost, the acting isn't the greatest and the plot... What plot ? :P

But like all Flying Penguin production, their selling point isn't any of that. Still, it's one of their weakest work I would say.

It probably use the same technique that soft porn use. They are naked, mimicking the act but don't actually do it.

The car crash was just the beginning. He would have made a little payback and move on quickly. What triggered him deeply to his whole crusade is the thing that happened in the hospital when they saved the baby.

The writer really hate Ice. He is an orphan, he was r*ped and blackmailed, his dads left him a huge debt and was forced to make porn (sound like r*pe while being recorded to me...) & his "boyfriend" is just a manipulator and a leech. I mean, how can you still smile after all that ? Well, he did try to unalive himself but seeing him be "relatively" fine now, I personally would be able tbh.

Hope the second half of the drama is more about his healing journey than even more misery. Just give him a break. :x

It's a fiction so I don't really mind but I wouldn't be able to be in this situation personally. Knowing that my sibling date a sibling of my partner would be too weird for me. Sure they don't know yet but apparently it will be reveled next episode and by the last scene of the preview, it doesn't seem to be a huge issue for them. :P

Ngl, when he said "When I said friend I didn't mean regular friend" my (dirty) mind directly thought he would ask him to be FWB for some reason. :P

But I'm glad it wasn't the case. ^^

I would agree if it was someone who use that in a way to manipulate someone else but here, it's just him being insecure and lacking the courage to confess directly. Don't forget they are supposed to be young teenager.

I love the actor so I finished it. It was... Good ? Decent at least. Definitely forgettable. They wasted so much time on the ex. And I don't think the "thriller" plot line was necessary (but they always add this to Romance Drama nowadays).

Not much to add to be honest. 7/10
