It depend if you count "Pit Babe" as part of the omegaverse or not. But yeah, this one is clearly the first to fully assume this identity. But what truly surprised me, is that they directly included the male pregnancy plot line. For me, it's clearly the appeal to omegaverse so I don't complain - I always love love story with cute baby but it's difficult to make in regular BL. :P

I don't read those. But I did read some history books. For example, in the XVI century, more than 10000 Protestants were tortured, burned & killed by Catholics in France. Many similar massacre occurred in the past in the name of Christianity for various reason.

But don't get me wrong, like I said, I don't blame Christianity itself. Just the one that are using it for their agenda.

Tone down a bit. It's historically accurate that religion have been weaponized many time in the past. The biggest offender would be Christianity. Either way, the issue isn't with religion itself but with the peoples who use them for their agenda. Anyway, it's really isn't the place to have such debate.

Kind of a dark comedy with unusual choice for lead & plot for a romance K-drama. I personally really enjoyed it as it was very fresh. As for the origin of the background story of ML, I kind of "understand" where some are offended by it (apparently Iblis is really taboo) but I think it's really a shame that it blow up like this as if anything it made me genuinely curious about the original story. It wasn't an attempt to make fun of anyone believe.

We don't see god. Again, I'm pretty sure it's a "accurate" way to portray him as like you seem to say, it's impossible to do so. Personally, I wouldn't dare to push as to recommend this for you but to go your way to hinder what it seems a genuine attempt to respect the "original story", is kind of a shame when you didn't even bother to watch it beforehand.

Maybe I did pop up at the wrong time in 'My Demon" comment section because I was accused of "worshiping the devil" by enjoying the show. But yeah they are always the loudest one unfortunately. :P

Not a zealot (atheist myself) but don't blame Muslim in general. Only a few odd one are like that. It's the same when Christianity is brought up too btw. I remember in "My Demon" and "Judge from Hell" some people were equally offended.

Except that I fully agree. It's fiction, I don't know why they always take that so personally. Probably rude to say like this, but for non believer, those "religious stories" are fictional and they always take liberty at how they adapt it in Drama. It isn't to make fun of those or targeted at anyone I would say.

Did you watch it ? In the drama:

- Iblis is a Jinn not an Angel.
- He was created after the Angel with a smokeless fire like every others Jinn.
- Jinn refused to bow to human because of their pride and were punished by god.
- He asked to be able to corrupt human with his "Three Wish" bizness.
- The only Angel we see (and their backstory) is that they obeyed god and even went to war against the Jinn for not doing so.

Like, it seems really faithful to what you said so I really don't see what you are complaining about here... Again, did you REALLY watch it before ?

Same can be said about any religious material by their believer. For anyone else ? They are fictional books.

I personally didn't have this much fun watching a drama for a long time. It's "kinda" a dark comedy and they really played their cards really well here.

I loved both character. Satan aka. Iblis was a mix of goofy & merciless. So weak to his "Master" but he could still ripping out the heart of a living being.

As for Ki Ga Yeong the "Psychopath", while it wasn't really at the character writing level of a "Dexter", they did delivered. Personally I didn't have much expectation. K-Drama & a romance tag with it ? I was sure it would be sugarcoated to the max to make believe she was a true psychopath. But no, they really did stick to her character until the end (again, I expected them to "magically" cure her).

Anyway, if I would nitpick, the editing wasn't exactly to my taste. Sometime scenes just jumped out of nowhere without real link between the previous or next scene. Probably made by choice, but I wasn't fan of it personally.

As for all people "sensitive" about religion and others stuff, don't forget it's made for entertainment and not a documentary that need to be faithful to his original source material. But I'm not really surprised as I watched this drama and see a bunch of reference to religion, I was 100% sure some will take it personally & get offended by it.

I give that a 9.5/10 because like I said, I had a real blast with it but the editing issue didn't make it perfect.

Also, I think he is their uncle, the former king's brother. But to be fair, they also name "Uncle" someone older than them in Thai Drama so it always somewhat confusing to tell who his actually their biologically Uncle/Aunt/Brother/Sister. :P

No they aren't. At some point, Xiao Ren said "I know you are not my sister by blood" and even said he was older than his "twin sister".

But another thing keep bothering me: The Aunt & Father relationship. I actually think this "Aunt" is the actual sister of the Father. Because the Aunt & her child (FL's cousin) doesn't seem to have any relation with the "Rich Family" and FL said at some point that their relationship is abnormal and VERY messed up. If she was the sister of his former wife, it would be bad but not to the point of killing himself, right ? So I strongly believe they were in a incestuous relationship and well, her cousin truly have a great taboo around her birth.

I'm a bit weirded out that both brothers married the "same" person and absolutely no one made a comment about it in the drama. For instance, it was already weird that they mostly brushed of that uncanny resemblance between the "Princess" and her former self. Sure they noticed but come on, even if they were "cousin", you cannot be a perfect replica without being a twins (and even then, it isn't 100%) or a doppelgänger. Anyway, that's that but now both brothers have a wife that look identical to the others (and it's not like they didn't switch their identity before) ? And still no comment & everyone is fine with it ? Am I the only one with a twisted mind because I would sure gossip no stop about it if it happened IRL. :P

To be fair, I was always weirded out by those Twins X Twins couple we can see on social media.

This rating is off. I'm not saying it's a masterpiece but it's clearly one of the good one this year. I especially like the 2 episodes/scam. Anyway, is there an ongoing "scandal" around this drama to "justify" this low rating ? Or it's just plain hate because they have nothing else to do ?

I also fail to see how people are so attached to their story. Don't get me wrong I like them but their story isn't very original. It's the same old story CEO/Secretary office romance with a BL twist and a hint of Omegaverse. And they had the same scene over & over again: Shen Wen Lang saying he hates Omega at Gao Tu face while he feel guilty that he is one.
