That is the whole point, That is also the title of the series, so the criticism contradicts the title. There is…
They can have more than one issue. Or even add side plot. I don't mind them being officially together at the finale episode - it's really common in J-Drama for some reason so I'm use to - BUT you cannot make a 11 episodes drama with just that plot line without being redundant at some point.

Like they don't even have deep background so far - no family, their job or hobby are barely exploited, their friends are just background prop that just make some noise from time to time and even their personality isn't that memorable (No real quirk or trauma).

Don't get me wrong, I like slice of life or slow burn romance but I expected a little more than just "Be my BF - No, I want a BFF" even if the premise was really good, I hope it will evolve at some point.

It's good but ngl the plot is just going around in circle for 4-5+ episodes now. I mean, we will not have this "I want us to stay bestfriend" issue until the end, right ? The preview seems to indicate it's still the same issue all over again. But it's also probably because I don't understand the logic behind it. He claim that he want nothing to change between them when in fact, it already did when you see how he react to him. It's clear that their "friendship" is ruined and cannot go back at where it was especially since their previous relationship wasn't just friendship to begin with even if they were unaware.

I don't want to drop this but if the plot is just this back & forth between him saying "I want us to be boyfriend" and him saying "I want us to stay bestfriend" until the finale episode, I will probably drop this beforehand. :/

is there a breakup or misunderstanding between the main couple?
So far no. But ML is still lying about his origin to FL so we don't know if they will split when she will learn the truth.

I don't exactly get you! But ML and FL are from the same world/universe! They both are transmigrated to a different…
Xie Youg Er isn't from a "different universe", she is a character in the OG novel, the one ML transmigrated into. FL transmigrated into a "reboot" of the OG novel several year later. So ML & FL come from the same place.

Yeah... It's fine but it isn't great. The whole reason of the sister-in-law vendetta isn't strong enough to be justifiable or to fell empathy toward her like they tried to do. Yes, she lost a lot in the accident. But it was that, an accident. I can understand not wanting to deal & cut tie with her in-law - especially the ML - after such event but that's it. Her allegation of "murder" are even more ridiculous. She need therapy and the fact that nobody seems to care about her mental health is quite something... Especially from her own daughter.

She that act like she have no clue whatsoever and stay passive like she was some background character without story. She is just a cheerleader for the main couple & that's it. She will probably have her moment near the end but 12 episode where she is a key character from the "main antagonist" but all along she have absolutely nothing going on. It just doesn't work for me.

And lastly, we have the pregnancy. It's clearly a plot device barely exploited. She had morning sickness one time, one ultrasound & some trauma related to her own mother and... that it. Instead we get another Office Romance like we had seen countless time before. I really don't know why they completely shifted the focus on that...

Anyway, like I said, it isn't THAT bad. It's decent but highly disappointing.

Really love this but some detail are a bit confusing for me (or I missed them). All three are transmigrator except the Prince Duan, right ? Xie Yong Er while being one is still a character from the novel, right ? The fact she come from "City A" and like a boy bands unknown to FL seems to indicate that. So far I think I'm good but the thing that confuse me is the ML.

ML came in the story much earlier than FL. In a kid body. Was he also a kid at that time in the "real world" ? Or was he already adult ? Because the only detail about it was that he was in a class (Math ?) and it didn't give College vibe but more about high schooler class kind of vibe.

But... At some point they will go back in reality and I don't see how the "romance" could be translated if well, you know, ML became his former self, a high schooler when FL is already in her late 20. But maybe the "back to reality" will never happen in the end as they hinted quite a few time that they are maybe themselves characters (well, it's right from your PoV).

Maybe I'm wrong - well, I hope I am tbh as I was already a bit disappointed by a recent drama that have a similar issue: FL went back 30+ year in the past to "save" her mother but encounter her former "Uncle" (not blood related but he raised her) and they both fell in love. It didn't go well when she went back to the present for obvious reason.

the rise of the phoenixes was like this lmao
Not to the point of having a harem but the fact that yes, the love triangle is almost systematic in K-Romance is very tiring. When it isn't FL/ML/SML it's ML/FL/SFL but most of the time ? It's both. To be fair, most romance have those but they don't take as much space or screen time.

I laughed so hard at the scene where Eunuch An disguised himself as the Emperor, and the Empress Dowager was also…
Ngl, at first I didn't recognize him. I was like "Who is this ? A secret lover ?" especially when those doctors gave him the side eye. It's only later when they said the made him disguise himself as the Emperor that it clicked. :P

Title Spring Fever
It's a solid Rom-Com but overall, it was quite plain. The plot is a bit whatever. The side characters are forgettable (& some were just straight up annoying). But it's still a 8.5/10 for me because I literally fell in love with ML character and the couple they form with FL.

So yeah, it's completely biased here. But regardless, it was still a enjoyable watch.

Weird. For some reason this drama isn't available in my country (France) on Youtube anymore. I watched the 1st episode two week ago without issue but now, it isn't even available anymore for example. First time I saw that happening personally. Anyone know why is it hapenning ? The most obvious reason is that it's licensed on another platform but again, first time it happen when a Youtube version is available.

Title Love in Protocol Spoiler
Don't know how to feel about this one personally. It was a odd storyline and I don't think I grasped properly…
Those line in the final: "Your perfect day ? The day Jeong Yeon is entirely in my arm" & "You... Jeong Yeon... you've become perfectly mine".

Can we agree that it's a bit... creepy ? Especially since now they have revealed the purpose of the second experiment: To make Jeong Yeon completely fell in love with him. The fact that Jeong Yeon is already aware of it & is completely volunteer in the process doesn't change the intent of Yu Geon: Trick him with some manipulation technique to gain what he want.

And Jeong Yeon, my boy. He saw all the red flag and still think "Actually, I'm into it!" like when he confessed that he actually enjoyed being observed the way he was in the first experiment. Enough that he was completely fine with whatever Yu Geon was doing to him in the second one & even welcome it.

To me, it felt more like two peoples being obsessive about each others than in love. But like I said, in this story, at least they match each others. ^^'

Don't know how to feel about this one personally. It was a odd storyline and I don't think I grasped properly every meaning they tried to convey. It suddenly became a bit creepy in the end but I guess they match each others creepiness ? More in spoiler. 7.5/10

Ngl, some scenes are soooo random that it become hilarious. Like the scene when he ask Yang Meng to bend over in a VERY kinky way and for some reason, he actually does it. But then, it was just to have a piggyback ride. It's like the meme "Never let's them know your next move" as a Drama. :P

Regardless, I never saw Addicted so I don't have this "reunion nostalgia" like some seems to have but so far, it's quite good.

Quite enjoyable. The couple was cute and nothing really was wrong with it but ngl, some side characters had the best line like the Neighbor, the Butler and especially the Dad. A good show to pass the time but not really a must watch. 8/10

Well, it wasn't your typical BL Drama. I wouldn't say everything was perfect BUT it was very original and bold. We really need more drama like this. 9/10

Another body swapping twist? Its like a copycat twist from the Moon River. Is there nothing new? Period dramas…
"Moon River" didn't invent body swap twist. You seem to dislike it but it's quite the popular twist (as to why it is used this often) and was used many time before in older drama. All I can say is "too bad for you".

I'm very curious how they will make the ending not "weird". Like, I don't mind age gap but the ML will literally assist to the FL's Birth and probably be called "Uncle" (as an endearing term) because of his relationship with her mother that he treat like a sister.

Like we already know that "old" ML is already obsessed with FL (with his wall full of her photo taken secretly) & we know "young" ML have romantic feeling for her... I mean I almost wish she stay in the past at this point as I cannot see an angle where their relationship in the present wouldn't be... weird.

I just watched the first episode.. honestly I would not really recommend for people who love reading the manhwa.…
It's probably isn't the reason but "Spring Fever" have a really similar setup (FL being a teacher to the ML's nephew in this case). But like I said, it would be odd they changed the plot only because of that.
