they each have their good points. I wish the plot had been fleshed out more on this one but I'm still watching it.

there seems to be no story to explain their "romance". It's all a bit contrived but there's no lead up or reason why they would like each other. The Destiny of White Snake did a better job on this, you saw them interact (it was cute) and saw them grow closer. I'm a bit disappointed in this version.

PS! In Chinese dramas they make the villains really handsome! Especially the demons in some of the fantasy dramas.

True! The best villains have depth and are never cardboard cutouts used as mere plot devices.

This drama is totally outside of the box. It's creative, fun, the main lead dude is really different. I am loving it. I almost never watch dramas that have high schoolers as the main leads but this is really entertaining. The characters have dimension, so far no lazy writing or stupid plot devices. Surprises abound.

I was going to watch this till I saw several negative comments about the ending.
I might have been fine with it but knowing in advance that the ending is bad or nonsensical?
Nope not gonna do it.

Chinese dramas have the best looking villains. They are often pretty interesting and conflicted people who while maybe treat the world as their toy - still are softies for the female lead. I like the bad guys best in many of the dramas.
And Shawn Dou was the best of the whole Princess Agents thing. He wasn't a bad guy, he was a man pushed too far.

GOT probably got it's basis from Chinese and Korean historical/mythology.

I finished it. The green snake was still my favorite throughout. :)
