Bingo, literally seen a profile back pedal exactly like that a while back . Even as a kid I was far from that mentality. Guess maturity isn’t a factor.

One should be able to maintain their nostalgia from becoming a hateful persona. I wouldn’t say it does , at least for me but I’m not into fantasy anyway ,just respect all genres. Reviewers like her are used to it, but never should it be accepted anywhere.

Leave it to narrow minds to not comprehend opinions can differ. Those attempting to bash are usually the biggest fans. Why else would somebody be that passionate about some stranger’s opinion not being the same.

If it’s one thing reviewers like Avenuex makes easier for me it’s separating the children from the adults through comments. The corny insults and bashing is unnecessary. We get it, she has a reliable platform to speak her opinions that some disagree with. Grow up, enjoy dramas, don’t cause it.

Gotta say your momentum and wide span of tolerance for dramas is scary impressive. At last landing on one i can relate towards in disappointment. Coming back to this drama’s page every now and then to rehash some of its praises is the funniest part for me. It was quite an addicting drama for that adolescent girl style of writing i admit. Also a big staple of what revenge dramas should not try to attempt nowadays.

Kim Hyung been on a roll with quality dramas lately. Everything’s under the radar here so i can only hope her eye remained the same, fingers crossed.

Ah, my ignorance. Wouldn’t say misunderstood though since it took her to see it in person for debunking. Just didn’t watch up to it.

Can’t speak for the rest of the series but boy was that first episode sloppy. Toss some melody in the background along with slowmo and people can let anything slide. The choppy transitions and inept pacing was more than enough to see what type of series this would drag on to be. Could be wrong, lost interest in finding out.

Just finished. Far from one of my favorites, exhausted as hell lol. Despite that i respect this has made such an impact on you. Lucky for you i have watched another drama with many of the same elements as this. Money Flower , MUCH more focus on family business, cohesive revenge plot, same amount of angst and tension, mixed with some thrill as a refresher. Only aspect i give this drama over money flower is the from scratch romance. Don’t worry, it exists, just a different approach. It’s another lengthy investment that paces itself the exact same way as this series. I hope you have a blast with this as well, enjoy!

Probably don’t want to dive into dramas that exclude comedy and romance out of their genres ready to fault it for not having them champ.

Fair rating for this version, I’d say a few points up for the director’s cut mainly because of how inflated scores are in general for similar tone dramas this one stomps on.

The first half of your thoughts is the exact reflection of mine a year back. Hell I’ve been meaning to give this a rewatch and express my thoughts but really, I’d end up beating on this drama’s flaws for at least half of the review. Goes to show how great the experience was watching this work of art if i can watch through and be that passionate about it’s downsides. I also think it deserves much more than simply me throwing turds at it for it’s murky and cheap aspects.I’ll find a balance 😶

Comprehend what’s being said. Let people do as they wish doesn’t automatically mean you’re trying to stop them. But your arguments all over the place anyway when you’ve literally said “ I agree with the comments. STOP complaining about the tan”. Since when does telling people to stop doesn’t mean you’re trying to stop them? If anything you’re whiny and annoying to people on both sides of the spectrum that’s mature enough to understand a comment section is a place for both praise and criticism no matter how many there are with the same opinions. Again, settle down.

Everyone wishes to express their thoughts on the drama and they’re free to do so. It’s not suddenly “beating a dead horse” just because they see someone else a couple comments down with similar thoughts like they should just say oh well and keep it to themselves. Is it over feeding an obese horse when it’s everyone in the comments praising the drama for the same things? Settle down and let people do as they wish.

Lol ,who are you to tell them to ignore anything just because you can accept mediocre? You’re clearly too young to simply enjoy something that others aren’t. No drama will satisfy everyone and they have every right to express it the same as those praising them. Move on

With a cast like this and writer I’d heavily support the bandits

An easier digest with similar vibes as the guest and two favorites of mine as leads .. I’ll lose all faith in dramas if this somehow lets me down. Can’t wait.

Delicate premise and tropes with an inconsistent writer 🚩. At least it looks decent.

Bingo, more likely the director and/or writer though considering the vibes of the other characters matching some from MLN as well.
