I don't think she's faking it but anything is possible. From since after the court case (ep 24), when XH told XFF "from today onward, you don't have to fear anyone anymore", I took that to mean that the matter of her identity was no longer going to be an issue.

Excellent points. I'm strongly against the 'he had no choice' view. Even if he had no power or no one to turn to for help, he had the choice to let Wanning do whatever she was threatening to do and not be the one to kill his wife. Imagine doing your wife a favor by killing her yourself before someone else does.

I just noticed SYR is now part of the main cast, and I'm happy about that. Actually, I had been wondering why YSJ was there but not him, when he's certainly a lot more impactful to the plot.
