The normal "dialect" we usually hear in dramas is Seoul. It's like having NO dialect at all, so to hear Koreans speak in their "native tongue" depending on the province is intriguing. SK has 8 provinces which speak their own dialect, and sub-dialects. I agree with you about hearing other dialects.

Personal punishment, not legal punishment. An adulterer isn't punished by the law in SK since Feb 2015. It's personal punishment the viewers wanted to see from Dr Cha for her despicable husband.

There's not enough space to fully give my opinion on just how bad this drama is, and I definitely will NOT reward this first time writer with anything. I do give 1 rating for the actor/actresses performances. THEY were the only redeeming aspect of Dr Cha. What a miserable waste.

The hype is for how badly written it is. It's absolutely one of the worst scripts I've ever encountered, and to think, it was the writer's first. She needs to retire. Like NOW!!!

Dr. Cha is the most perfect epitome of what a drama should NOT be. I too gave it a 1 rating bc I absolutely REFUSE to award the writer or she'll continue to write or write seriously flawed scripts. I placed her on my banned list.

I can understand your pov. Mine is I can't support Dr. Cha 100% since she knew what she needed to do post liver transplant, yet neglected to take her meds, and taking them whenever she remembered to take them is basically not taking them at all, so she's put herself in this final position.
