Check the very few Episode Ratings at the top of the profile. It has consistently gone downhill since episode 3, which is an indication this first time screenwriter needs to retire for everyone's sake.
Episode 15, Jung Sook's long answer to In Ho, while they were in her hospital room, about whether she'd accept his liver was very much needed. She was adamant she would NOT accept his liver, yet later he was asking who's liver would she choose, with Dr. Roy standing there, only showed me that In Ho is still dismissing everything Jung Sook says even if he might have actually heard what she said. Has he actually EVER? And later while in his car he visioned differing points she'd made STILL weren't enough for him to not ask the asinine question he presented to her at the motorcycle shop. It is SO deeply disrespectful at this point that it's making me want to add this writer to my banned list. Sad really when it's her first work. I hope the writer retires after this failed script, and no, I won't listen to anyone giving this anything more than a 3 rating at best. Giving it other than would be telling this writer to continue spewing irrational scripts.
Netflix is so messed up. Why is Netflix showing 14 episodes in the profile of the drama, with episode 13 to be available on June 7th and episode 14 to be available on June 8th and nothing for episodes 15 & 16?

"Sounds like to their dramatisation answer". Could you explain what you mean by this?
Ah, like Chernobyl: The Final Warning (1991), Inseparable (2013), and probably S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Monolith's Whisper (2011), and on Netflix: Meltdown: Three Mile Island (2022)
I'm going into episode 2. It's exactly as it says in the synopsis "from the three perspectives of the government, corporate organizations, and those who put their lives on the line." Of course, it has stronger elements of placing blame on the "experts". Incompetence is shown early in the first episode, and I'm sure will continue. I'm watching from a kind of/sort of docu drama point, whereas Pandora (2016), which I love, is strictly a drama. Hope this helps.
"nonetheless I have faith that there will be fans out there who are meant for this drama and hopefully will appreciate it the way it should be appreciated."
It's been a long time since I first watched Treeless Mountain., but then again it did come out in 2009, just as I'd newly discovered foreign dramas from Korea. It broke my heart when the girls exchanged their "larger coins" for more coins (1 cent coins) to fill their piggy bank quicker so their mother would return. It broke my heart when the aunt couldn't stop being selfish and took the girls to their grandparents out in the country. The realization Grandma needs new shoes more than they do, and offers their money for her need was an indication both girl's little hearts weren't being hardened by their circumstances. Too, the girls wore the same articles of clothing throughout the movie. The ending was fitting. The girls' hope at the return of their mother was overshadowed by their resiliance and knowing they were at least in the "care" of kin.
I’m currently rewatching this for the fourth time. I would also love to have a Rewatching category and not have…
Manually is good mentally, I guess, since it makes us go a step further to get something done. Gotta keep the old (in my case) brain cells functioning. What other drama have you watched more than 3 times? Me, I have a bunch of 10 ratings I pick from depending, of course, on what I need at the time, sucha as a comedy, slice of life... Right now I'm rewatching movies that give me a good cry, along with about 4 currents that I watch 3 episodes at a time instead of as they drop.
Doesn't anyone proofread the articles before publishing? "However, she is greatly shocked to learn that her son-in-law, In Ho (played by Kim Byung Chul), had an affair and even had an extramarital child while dining out."
How is it possible to have an extramarital child while dining out? Did Se Bin go into labor and have their daughter while they were dining out?
However, she is greatly shocked while dining out to learn that her son-in-law, In Ho (blah blah blah) had an affair and an extramarital child.
Why? Because I'm sure other people haven't seen any of the drama yet, or haven't seen that specific episode. Why deny them the pleasure of finding out the same way we did, by watching, and not in a comment. Thank you so much for being a sweetheart and covering it up.
I sure would love for MDL to have a separate REWATCH list so we could add the dramas and movies we've rewatched. I've seen TGL several times, but while rewatching I have to move it to the Currently Watching list (and add the episode & minute mark where I left off). Anyhoo,
Who else has rewatched recently as of mid May 2023?
I do, and I'm on a rewatch in May 2023.

Your bio sounds exactly like me. LOL
