I am still loving the show but I do think it suffered from the abrupt loss of PBG character. They should have…
It's only a loss of the PBG character for the actor's fans. Hopefully one day they'll be able to view a drama or movie AS a drama or movie, instead of focusing on individual actors and actresses.
Episode 11 is a must watch for all future couples planning to get married as well as for future parents in law/…
In my experience, there haven't been ANY exceptions in these relationships (if they were to marry). It was infuriating to stand by and watch someone think they would be the one who's relationship would stand the test of time, when everyone who sounded the alarm later said We told you so, but you just HAD to find out for yourself.
I love everything that's happening here. The time jumps and focus of the kids' lifes...I was so confused who I…
IRL, one has to take into consideration the one we love's family, just like Ae Sun did. When you marry someone, you're not just forming a relationship with that individual but also with their family, Not doing so can leave one living a life of h*** which eventually destroys the realationship with our loved one.
As someone who wasn’t even a fan of Kim Seon Ho in the first place, I was amazed in those few scenes he had.…
I got the Picasso/casso reference but the Park threw me until I saw the character's last name was Park. I already know the 'spoiler'. Thank you for answering.
I liked the premise and the first eps were very good. But then the NIS plotline fizzled, she became interested…
As much as I like my 'adopted grandson" this>>> "she became interested in him way before knowing he wasn't an underaged student and that (I'm not sorry to say it) is a very big icky factor to me" is where I draw the line in viewing. I'd asked this question to a User before and your comment was more direct in answering this question I had. I won't rage with a pairing of an underage actor or actress, or persons irl, being morally wrong then turn around and watch a drama that does the same regardless of the viewers 'knowing' the actor or actress is above lawful age. There's no dif in a character being underage than a person irl. Setting aside one's integrity shouldn't be based on a need to see a drama. I've been guilty in the past until I found out the age of the mains, Not anymore. When we learn better, we do better.
Agree. I will never understand why there's a need to erase the unique features of one's ethnic group or of the individual. When the end results, taken as a whole, leaves viewers with homogenous cookie-cutter actors (and actresses) that leave newer viewers unable to distinguish one from another. As for the viewers who have years of interests, like myself, seeing the pic along with the name is incongruent. I saw the name then thought "Who the h*** is that, did the writer post the wrong pic.". *under a Spoiler for the length*
Could you give your take on why Park Yeong Ran (Bu Sang Gil's wife) said she'd live with him until the end, instead…
Ah, I was hoping your thoughts on her and her marriage, and him, were the same as mine. You said it much better than someone who's been awake all night and is seeing the sun rise. Thank you!!!
This drama is on my plan-to-watch list, and its rating has gotten higher than before. Is it really good, or is…
I'll put it this way...if they'd cast a different actor for the ML and a different actress for the FL, who were as well skilled or talented then the drama would still be deserving of the ratings. It's exceptional writing, direction, etc.I really don't think the comments would be understated anymore than they have been, and it's a drama that has to be seen to fully believe why everyone is at such a loss to express their raw emotions.
I guess you haven't watch fully what happened?Unfortunate life ain't full of roses when it comes to how realistic…
Speaking from experience, about 3 years before my husband and I were divorced due to his mother, in one day, we counted her calls (52X) in between her trips over to the house which was no less than 5X. We parted while still loving each other, but sometimes it's best when one life is living in hell.
It's a tear-jerker. I wonder if I should wait until the end to watch it all.
JustRozelyn You won't be able to watch this in one go. You'll have to stop to compose yourself after an ep or 2 and muster your courage to continue. Maybe start it now and by the time the last Eps (13-16) are released on Fri the 28th you'll be caught up and we can all cry together.
