And my main point is that NONE of that matters. I know way more than you about HIV and how it is spread. So what? This is not a long PSA for condom usage. It is a series about rough mafia types who do what they want the way they want. Hell, lots of non-mafia people get sick of condoms and don't use them all the time. It's not a great idea, but it is what some people actually DO. And what people actually DO is what dramas are about.
lol Lots of screamers here actually LOVE seeing those tags, watching the show and then shrieking about it in comments. Oh, and also reading the source novel. I love the commenter who claims she read the source novel and after one of the rape scenes had to put the book down for 20 minutes to compose herself. More likely she had to touch herself.
That how it is in the book, as a matter of fact it much brutal in the novel. He hurt Porsche so much that he was…
Yeah, for some reason Mangas usually present this stuff in really brutal, nasty, painful terms. I'm assuming it was written by a straight woman, and I've no idea why straight women are turned on by the notion of painful butt sex between guys. Maybe they're just uninformed?
I'm almost sorry to hear the series turned the rape into more of a mutual sex experience. It would be refreshing to see a BL present a down and dirty sexual assault between two guys (other than in "The Effect" of course) in the way it is written in the original source material. It would have to be carefully choreographed and filmed of course, so as to not get an X rating, lol, but there are lots of ways of doing that. Just look at "Dangerous Drugs of Sex." The viewer never sees any intimate body parts. Everything that happens is IMPLIED by careful staging and filming.
You're a sucker for ignorance and stupidity, not to mention that you missed the main point of my comment. Let's see...one has to have a brawl with some dude who happens to carry HIV and ALL people in the mafia inject drugs with dirty needles and then rub their blood into each others' wounds....yes, the chances of that are very high. lol
MY MAIN POINT is that even if all the stupid things you said were true and a concern, neither Porsche or Kinn would be thinking about that in the lust-fueled haze of their lovemaking. If you were under the impression that this is not a series but a just a very long condom PSA, you are mistaken.
omg, Has there been any indication that either of these characters are intravenous drug users or addicts? Do bullets cause HIV? Do fists and baseball bats carry HIV? The answer to all of the above questions is NO. Furthermore your stupid comment reveals the ignorance and hysteria that STILL surrounds HIV and AIDS. HIV does not magically appear out of nowhere when two men have sex. One of both have to have the virus. And my point is, that under these conditions, neither one would be thinking about the infinitesimal possibility that they might get HIV from doing each other....they would just FUCK. So what's YOUR point? And how old are you? You don't sound educated on this matter.
On the other hand, it's not porn. They can't show everything.
I didn't ask for "everything" to be shown. But maybe later scenes will take it further. There are LOTS of cinematic tricks and camera angles and staging and choreographing involved in the best sex scenes. And then when it is over you realize you didn't actually SEE anything you can't normally see in an R-rated film. It is just filmed well.
One of my VERY few reservations about THE scene is that if you are going to f**k someone you also have feelings for, you are going to spend a LOT more time making out and making them crazy with desire before suddenly spinning him around and jamming you schlong up his butt. ESPECIALLY presuming that Porsche is a virgin to gay sex. Where was the lube, for god's sake? Where was the a**-eating, for god's sake ( if it were me and I was a foot away from the beauty that is Porsche's body and butt I would have been chowing down on that shit for half an hour)? Where was the fingering, for god's sake?
I've been around the block a few times and even I, when Kinn spun Porsche around and rammed it in, thought OUCH! lol It's also just plain not realistic. Even an experienced dude would not be able to take another guy inside himself without some time and patience on the part of his partner without experiencing pain. It's inconsistent because in that beautiful love scene to that point it was clear Kinn was all about PLEASURING Porsche, not HURTING him.
I see a LOT of that in gay movies though and it is so unrealistic, that I don't know why the directors don't address that. IF Kinn had really rammed it in like that Porsche would have screamed in pain. But then maybe we'll find out later that half the body guards have been schtupping Porsche already and he's more than loosened up.😁😁😁
Finally...I am thrilled that there was obviously no use of condoms in this scene. When one partner is half-drugged and totally turned on and the other half is in love and crazy with lust, especially a guy who is an underworld mafia-type big-shot, he's not going to worry about condoms. I'm so glad the director didn't ruin the vibe with a PSA-type insert making a big show of Kinn putting on a condom as many shows do. This is not in any way a safe environment; there are men who have killed people all around, there are guns everywhere, practically everything they do is criminal...condoms, lol. Plus, the LACK of safe sex here made the scene that much more PRIMAL and animalistic, if you will. HOT, HOT, HOT.
One of the very few things that didn't work for me in I Promised You the Moon was at the beginning when the MC was buying condoms at the convenience store. WHY? They were both virgins; that was made very clear. There is zero chance of one giving the other ANY STD, so why condoms? Because the director was afraid of the PC police here. I started out thinking this show was pretty silly, but I'm glad to see it being made with plenty of grit and rough edges and not trying to teach its audience moral lessons that none of us came here for to begin with. We all know about safe sex. We don't need condoms shoved down our throats in every gay sex scene.
OK adding to what mimi explained. (Toxic);People are categorising the last scene of the ep as [email protected]…
It's hard to say "stop" when you're the one doing all the seducing, the talking, the stroking, the crotch-grabbing, lol. This was an EPIC scene in which BL history was made. Thank god. I thought we were never going to see anything but rainbows and unicorns in BL again.
I have to talk about the bathroom scene. I have read the book and I will spoil this scene in the book but not…
When will you SJWs go away or stop watching and reading BLs with rough sex subject matter and then pretending to be morally offended by it? NEVER is the apparent answer because you totally get off on the combination: First you get to be sexually aroused by the material and THEN you get to be morally aroused by your own pretended offense at the subject matter. If you really objected to it, you would have stopped reading the book and you wouldn't be watching this show. You're embarrassing yourself.
