Regardless of the script, the series is still not flop. Even illegal site in my country has 400k viwers for each…
If you want to sell a BL, you need good-looking and charming boys, not a good script. They needed five (!!!) couples and lots of sex scenes to get those views. If you think about how popular some series became just with one or two couples and no NC scenes (2gether, Bad Buddy), then this isn't really an accomplishment.
For all the KimKenta lovers out there. Here is their kissing scene, uploaded from Change on YouTube. Let's stream it and give them lots of views, hopefully then they understand we want more of BenzGarfield. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vd4BKhyHHyk
I usually enjoy almost every kind of series — even the cringiest ones. I always try to find something good and…
You mixed up Kim and Kenta's names. Kenta has superpowers now. His wounds heal. But the fighting scene was so strange to me. In a high budget production we would have seen how the bullet came out of his back, and the wound closes. Didn't happen here, but okay. Still, I don't understand what was going on in both of their heads. They looked at each other for a short moment, but Kim couldn't know about Kenta's new power. Still, he used him like a shield. Or was Kenta the one who forced him to do it? It's like Kim suddenly understood what's going on, but how? Then he puts the bulletproof vest on him (which was cute).
You are expecting too much dear. Do you think the writers, directors and producers would cut time from the Papa…
It's like the actors have to do NC scenes to prove themselves of being worthy of a main role and more screen time. PitBabe had 3 couples with NC scenes. All of them got their own series as main leads. BenzGarfield and NorthSonic got only roles as 2nd leads until now. I wonder what the company will do next.
The wedding scene, next to Tony (actor and producer of the series), the woman, is that the other producer? The egos of those producers are wild. They have to include themselves into the series.
I haven't seen the ep yet-tbh, I'm dreading it a little-but the main reason I was still holding out to the end…
I liked their scenes in the last episode. But yeah, wasted potential. I don't believe this company can give them a good script and a good production. Sadly, I lost all hope. If they can make it work, then only because of their chemistry and acting. Long Beans wasn't anything special either, but they were very charming in it.
Neue Serie mit Ping (Pete) und Nut(Chris/Way) in den Hauptrollen. Der Trailer hat mich nicht umgehauen. Edit: hab nachgeschaut. Müsste für The Most Beautiful Count stehen.
Is nobody talking about the KimKenta kiss? It wasn't the one we got in the preview. The one that everyone was so excited to see. THAT kiss was great. We saw Kim looking at Kenta's lips with those sparkling eyes full of desire, Kenta tenderly touching Kim's neck and then kissing him like he wanted to do it for a long time and was finally giving in. Well, what did we get in the series? They clearly used different angles, different kissing scenes, and just put them clumsily together. It looked like Kim was taller, which he isn't, next shot obviously Kenta was taller. When their lips finally touched, they showed the kiss from the side (wtf). And when they stopped, the angle was so strange with Kim's head tilted, it didn't fit the scene at all. His head wasn't that tilted before. The kiss was underwhelming with this kind of editing. I didn't feel the passion, to be honest, and the music made me feel like it's a thriller scene or something. They couldn't even do THAT right.
I agree with you. I dropped out but waiting for my kentakim. I still watched but like skip a lot
I start to hate KentaKim too. It's almost like I'm directing my anger towards them, since we got nothing. Put all their scenes together, the result will be 15 minutes long. It's ridiculous. I always avoid those low budget indie BL series with only 4 episodes, each 8 minutes long or so. Suddenly, this amount of screen time sounds pretty good.
Sorry, but I have to get something off my chest. Those producers/writers are damn lazy and have never seen a real lab and know nothing about science. From those silly helmets with LED lights to those test tubes with colorful liquids (yellow, blue, pink) to the big screen data projection. I know it's supposed to be futuristic, but it's silly. I just watched Chris writing something on his iPad while looking at that big screen where you see some colorful brains rotating. What is he writing? Whatever data he collects, it will be sent to his computer where he can do a statistical analysis, which nobody does on an iPad. There is no need for a projection on the wall, and sure there is no need to look at that wall and then take handwritten notes. If I had to work in such a lab, I can guarantee you, I would never look at that big screen. What am I supposed to do with the shiny data? Get inspired by the colors? There are some grown ass adults involved in this series, but they do zero research. They don't care. They don't even think about it logically. It just has to look cool.

I'm done with this company.

You're incredible talented and creative. I have never seen that plot before.
