Is this romance or psychological thriller? I'm not in the mood for mind games, not today. I mean, is there a light at the end of the tunnel? I haven't started the series, I just read some comments, and I'm confused.
The troll is back. Every time a new series starts, some strange hater rises from the abyss and offends everyone…
Thannos x4x8 is offending people, calling them stupid hoes, low IQ, horny, they offend the actors too. Their response to another user: "For a demon full of shit, garbage, sperm, and vomit inside your brain, this is not suprising." I'm the last person who is against free speech, but this is obviously just done for attention and to create hate and chaos.
omg....the crazy insane and very invested hater who has famously mild and unsatisfactory burns and insults is…

Not sure if I will continue watching this. The cheap production wasn't an issue. Of course, this is not high budget, but they did a good job with some effects. I also liked the background music and the atmosphere they created in some scenes. But the story seems rather boring and unlogical. I also don't like Gawin in this role. I was never the biggest fan of him, but I enjoyed his character in Be My Favorite. He did well in Not Me too, but I feel this role doesn't suit him at all. The character seems rather clueless and boring. His reactions are strange. So I don't know if Gawin is to blame or rather the character. Joss is doing an okay job. He has the looks for the role, and I like his calm and superior attitude. Yeah ... not much more to say. It was interesting, but not exciting, and I have zero hopes this will get any better. It's good enough to kill some time, but I don't see much potential with this kind of plot and characters.
Watching this series I understand why some people complain that K-dramas lost their charm and magic. This is so mediocre on every possible level, so cliché, from the lame humor to the overacting of side characters (the agents), those trip-fall-kiss scenes, the umbrella-scenes, the I-save-you-from-a-vehicle-scenes, the We-met-as-children-and-were-best-friends-scenes. Sigh. I still enjoy it, because I love the ml since Are you human, too? and the fl is also doing a great job. The brother-sister relationship is interesting, and did I say I love the ml? The guy is gorgeous and a great actor. The series is well-made, beautifully filmed and all, but it feels so recycled. There is a lack of new ideas in K-drama-land especially when it comes to romances.
Seeing such critical reviews about this series when Jack and Joker has a 8,8 rating on MDL is irritating. Sorry, not sorry. Whatever people didn't like about the plot, and yes, it was silly, it sure wasn't worse than Jack and Joker, because I felt offended by that dumb writing. Not to put one series down, but I think it should be common knowledge now, that BLs don't have quality writing and high budget. I will tell you why: They don't need it. Even if this series would have had the most complex, best written plot ever seen - you don't get more viewers. It's not like suddenly non-BL watchers all over the world will flock towards it. They know their target group, their audience. They can reach them just fine with series like this, and make good money. Investing more would be risky, and most likely it doesn't pay off.
There is something so captivating and iconic about FadelStyle. Heart Killers made me a fan of JoongDunk, I look forward to their new series, but it's more their characters that I love so much. FadelStyle is legendary. I think people will talk about this couple a lot even after the end of the series.
At this point... same man. I never liked Joong before this so this series is basically me being like, "Huh...…
Not a JoongDunk fan either, but they won me over. It's more the character than the actors. I really like the StyleFadel dynamic. I have high hopes for Dare You To Death, though. I like the genre.
Joong is living his own Fanfiction during this series 😆🤭
Honestly, I have a bad feeling about those two. Just my two cents, but Joong has obviously a crush on Dunk. I don't think he is gay, though. He's bi at best. He is attracted to Dunk, because they get along well, and because Dunk is rather girly looking. Joong even said to Pond how beautiful Dunk is and compared him to a female (!) actress/musician. When it comes to choosing your life partner, for many people societal norms play a big role, many want a traditional family and children. I could imagine Joong not wanting that, since he has to care for his many younger siblings. It's not uncommon that someone who has to take on a father/mother role early in his life doesn't want children later. He already has that experience. So I can imagine Joong being content with a partner like Dunk, no own children, but nonetheless a big family. Dunk on the other hand doesn't seem to be attracted to guys. He most likely is just confused since he likes Joong so much, and they touch each other a lot, kiss each other a lot. They are still pretty young. At that age, you try out different things. So my point: I hope Joong doesn't get too greedy, and enjoys what they have at the moment, because I don't think this will end well, if they became a couple. Again: just my two cents. I can be completely wrong about everything. I don't know those guys, and I wish them eternal happiness, as a couple or not. It's just that I have a bad feeling.
The way I completely disagree with thisWhile I love Joong acting too, his character is the least nuanced and easiest…
Loud and explosive? Is Joong's character loud and explosive? The guy acts 100% with his eyes. He doesn't even need to say a damn thing, it's all in his eyes.
Honestly never seen an actor worse at acting than dunk. Outside of shows he seems to have a good personality and…
"looks like a charismatic person" Did you honestly watch him? If not for his good looks, he would be a dork and a loser. He has a very strange attitude, and my theory is, that's the reason people think he is a bad actor. For example, that awkward and embarrassing laugh he has - same in real life. No hate, I find him endearing, but he has strange mannerism.
