Title Why R U?
Is this good? I'm not into cheesy and cringy stuff. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of Saint either :(

I'm honestly surprised that so many people loved season 1. I was so annoyed and frustrated most of the time. The relationship between Master Kim and the young doctors was so difficult. I mean, the writing was brilliant, but sometimes it was hard to watch. Season 2 is more enjoyable, but objectively speaking I think season 1 was better written. Btw I'm a fan of complicated romances, but this romance is complicated for no reason. They are just being difficult and childish.

And what was Do Yoo Wan's motivation in the previous season? It was an iferiority complex too. At least Dr. Park…
I don't think his motivation was only greed. All the antagonists want to be right, they oppose Dr. Kim's way of living and thinking, his values. They try to destroy him, because they perceive him as a threat. If he is right, then it means they are wrong. But I also enjoyed the conflict in season 1 more. It was so intense. Do Yoo Wan was a better antagonist and we could see that Dr. Kim really hated him because of what happened to his student which was Do Yoo Wan's fault.

The main actors their romance is so frustrating & useless. If it continues like this then drop it and focus on…
I'm not a fan either. They make everything so complicated for no good reason. The kiss and the whole dialogue - I didn't get what it was about and won't bother to find out.

Title Dr. Romantic Season 2 Spoiler
Dr. Park will do surgery on Dr.Kim and have a change of heart. Boring.
And what would be the better alternative? Just curious ... I thought it was rather refreshing to make the "bad guy" having a change of heart. In season 1 there was no hope for Do Yoo Wan. To go down the same road would have been boring. Still I can't see how Dr. Park and Master Kim can ever be on good terms.

i wish dr. park's motivation as a villain was more than just an inferiority complex towards dr. kim for helping…
And what was Do Yoo Wan's motivation in the previous season? It was an iferiority complex too. At least Dr. Park is a good surgeon who doesn't only care about money. I think his character/motivation is pretty easy to understand. I don't see how it lacks emotional weight.

I liked season 1 more. I've been on episode 6 for a week now. This is going on "to hold" list... not enough to…
I think season 2 is better in some aspects, but lacking in others. I'm personally not a fan of the romance of the main leads and Do Yoon Wan was a better antagonist than Dr. Park. The old chairman was also a very interesting character. Season 1 was sometimes more intense, but also more frustrating. You should keep watching though. Ep 8 of season 2 was incredible touching and beautiful. Really a masterpiece.

Hahahahaha I came here just to read the comments about that scene. It's like: duh!He had like 10000000 hours to…
To be fair, it's much more realistic and serious than some other medical dramas. But yeah, sometimes it's silly. I thought the bus scene would be a flash back, but no. The past repeats itself. How likely is that? Mater Kim & Dr. Park again in a bus accident ...

lol, I thought the same ...
like the eavesdropping ... seriously ... it's sooo unrealistic. It happens in EVERY episode and it's getting on my nerves, really.

Today's episode was so frustrating. There are still 7 left which means it'll probably get even more frustrating.…
If the plot has a major problem than it's the eavesdropping. It's soooo exaggerated. EVERYONE is standing somewhere and hearing things he/she shouldn't hear.

Well, let's agree that we disagree. For me it's neither natural nor realistic.

Title Dr. Romantic Season 2 Spoiler
Let's be honest for a moment: How likely is it to be in a bus accident TWICE with the same people around? I love the series, but this is a bit silly.

I don't doubt their ability to kiss. I just don't get why their kissing scenes aren't better directed. The slow motion, the eyes wide open ... this is not natural at all. Their love story is so complicated and slow for no reason. Mr. Park & Dr. Yoon are much more exciting to watch.

I love the series, I love the main couple. But the kisses are disappointing compared to season 1 where we got great kisses (maybe the best kisses I have ever seen in a Korean drama). The actors were good kissers, yes, but mostly the direction was outstanding. I was really impressed. This time we only get those stupid and unrealistic kisses where the girl has the eyes wide open and is obviously suprised and/or angry. For some reason I thought those kisses were a thing of the past, but apparently it's still popular in Korean drama. Sigh.

The BL storyline was great: funny and touching. I'm impressed and I don't recall ever seeing a gay storyline in a Korean Drama.

This has nothing to do with the gender or with homosexuality. I myself would be ashamed to act in most of those series. Bad production, cheesy dialogue, embarrassing fanservice etc. Not to mention the crazy, demanding and aggressive fans with their toxic shipping that makes actors uncomfortable. Unless I'm in desperate need of money I wouldn't dare to go down this road!

You seriously think that what the mainstream likes is good? Look at pop music. In most cases what the majority of people like is superficial, cheesy and simple minded. This drama cannot compete with a drama like Teacher Kim, but it has more views and a better rating.

Well, I like it the way it is.
I'm not complaining. This drama is 10/10 for me. Still the romance between the leads is very underwhelming.

The kiss was too early. Cha Eun Jae just found out about Seo Woo Jin's personal life and why he is so short-tempered.…
Obviously there happened something between them in the past. It sure was not their first kiss. Too early? They know each other for YEARS. It's too late, if you ask me. I feel they have great chemistry as friends, but not as lovers. But maybe that's just me ...
