there is a difference with a doctor who has issues and is working through them, and the doctor who is putting…
When she felt asleep in the OP room she had to chose between a) being suspended or b) being transfered to Dr. Kim's hospital. This issue wasn't taken lightly. It was mentioned she could lose her licence. And since she is at Dol Dam Hospital Master Kim has obviously an eye on her. After doing a good job in the ER she got her first (!) patient. Nobody is overlooking her problems, but such a situation isn't resolved with going to the therapist once or twice. She has some heavy anxiety issues. It's pretty common that people try to hide this and deal with it somehow by deceiving themselves and trying to deceive everyone else. When you have such problems you're not aware what you're doing. She is not going in the OP room thinking "if I fall asleep, the patient will die, I don't care". She obviously takes those pills to be able to endure the situation and to do a good job. The only odd thing is that those pills make her sleepy. There is other medication who takes away anxiety without having that side effect. You would think she is smart enough to take those. In general her character is rather annoying, but in the first season it was the same. Dr. Yoon was driving me crazy. No idea why the author decides to make the woman so helpless and weak. This new girl is at least a bit cocky and doesn't feel the need to apologize the moment she opens her mouth like Dr. Yoon did.

Maybe its only me. The drama start with high note and fall flat into the middle. Don't feel like continue watching…
I really enjoyed the first episodes, but since ep 6 I'm rather bored. It's a good drama and they do a lot of things right (music, production, acting), but it's really not that captivating and it's a bit too cheesy and silly for my taste.

If Extraordinary You's rating peaked at like 9.3 while it was ongoing (since dramas that generate a lot of buzz…
lol, so true. That 9,3 rating of Extraordinary You was so exaggerated.

The whole cast is brilliant so much so I even like the fiancee with resting bitch face because of her I learnt…
There were many arranged marriagges back in the day and many of them worked out well while here in Europe where "love" is so important and without love everything is worthless every third marriage gets a divorce. I'm no fan of arranged marriages either, but this is a different culture and who knows? Maybe it works out. Of course I'm rooting for Se Ri and we all know she is endgame. But in some cultures a marriage is more than falling head over heels for a person. It's a choice of living together, bearing offspring etc. In fact the idea that you marry, because you love that person romantically is very new. 200 years ago this wasn't a thing. NOWHERE.

I think she did a lot until now. There aren't that many options. This is supposed to be North Korea after all…
I'm normally very easy annoyed by helpless female leads, but like I said, that's North Korea. She cannot leave the country. Even as a North Korean citizen you cannot go to another town (in North Korea!) without permission!!! You cannot move freely around. She is stuck in that village, but she tried to escape twice (!!) The second time by herself. She even went out to socialize with her neighbors, in hope she would get Ri a promotion and so he could get her out. Her life is in danger if they found out who she really is. The best choice would be keeping your head down, hiding and planning the next escape. And that's exactly what she does. I get the impression you think she can just hop on the train and go out. It's not like that at all.

I think seri is such a lovable and funny character but my only issue is with how the writers are portraying her…

Every time the main actress appears on screen I thought I KNOW HER, but I couldn't remember where I have seen her. Turns out she was the pretty noona ... love the actress.

Person Hyun Bin
I like him a lot as an actor i watched most of his series, but ...since secret garden his face shrink i was so…
He lost a lot of weight and had problems gaining it back. In Secret Garden he was extremely thin. In the currently airing drama "Crash Landing on You" he looks much bigger (his body and face). I doubt there was any plastic surgery involved.

I am going to watch this drama just for Hyun Bin. I have loved him since Secret Garden (he was hilarious) and…
Same here. I liked him in My Lovely Sam Soon, loved him in Secret Garden. Unfortunately I didn't like Hyde, Jekyll, Me and thought he was done with dramas. After binge watching Memories of Alhambra the last few days I'm so in love with him like back then when Secret Garden aired. I'm so glad he is doing fine. He seems to be such a humble and talented human being. I wonder what's so great about him ... I don't get it myself. Watching him makes me feel happy and relaxed.

So dont watch it.
Unfortunately I have watched it – while hoping for it to get better – and lost many brain cells along the way.

I'm at ep 6 now. Incredible drama. I wonder why I never heard of it. And Hyun Bin is great like I remember him. I thought he doesn't do dramas anymore. So happy I was wrong. Crash Landing on You is looking good too, but this one is extremely intriguing.

Yup. Everyone acts (even his friends) as if Pete is the bad guy here while Kao isn't without fault. I felt that…
Someone posted on YouTube: Kao is the perfect boyfriend, brother son. REALLY??!!! I'm so annoyed by him. A big coward with puppy eyes and a halo on his head who makes everyone else feel like shit. Great guy for sure.

"He acts as if he's disgusted by Pete's touch even when they're alone. Which probably stems from him being so deep in the closet." Don't think this has anything to do with being in the closet. They have sex etc. It's just a poor choice by the director. Reminds me of those early Thai series like Make It Right, where they were talking about sex like it's nothing and then had some very innocent lip pecks. It just didn't make sense to me. No need to be too explicit, but this is just strange. I always compare this show to Together With Me Next Chapter. Korn&Knock didn't kiss for most of the series either, but it was obvious why. There were some cute scenes (I remember that cute shoulder kiss) and the chemistry was right the whole time. DBK is just depressing and almost uncomfortable to watch.

Many people, myself included, were commenting that the writing is not that good, and that the show basically had…
Well, I loved the beginning like I loved the middle part of Trapped. It really feels sometimes as if different writers are working on the script. The bullying plot was well done, because there were no bad and good guys like it's normally the case. This was about a situation that got out of hand and nobody really wanted that. Very serious, very heart wrenching, very unfortunate, very real. Then Hao Ting felt in love so suddenly which I never liked. I lost interest when that cheesy romance started to kick in. I don't care about the sad end that much, but it just adds to the messy writing and so the overall impression of the story is even more chaotic than it was before.

On HIStory3: Make Our Days Count Dec 18, 2019
Sorry, but this is just a mess. It started out as a rather serious series with some silly, but interesting humor, then it became a VERY cheesy love story with some NSFW scenes thrown into it and now this. I think when you tell a story it's important that there is some kind of balance. If you write a drama, don't make it too silly. If you write a comedy, don't make it too dark. MODC was just all over the place from the very beginning. And Trapped was EXACTLY THE SAME. Silly police officers, silly BL scenes, mixed with rather heavy topics. No idea who is writing those series, but they have to do a better job. The actors are good, the music and production is okay, just look for better writers.
