People should get over the whole queerbaiting. When I first heard this word, and that was 15 years ago, the world was different. There were not enough gay movies, so it was indeed a bad thing to get people's hopes up and do such series to attract a certain audience without delivering. They were playing the queer people and profiting from them watching and promoting everything if there was a slight hint of gay content. Some mediocre series only got their following for this reason. That's why people complained back then. Nowadays we are swimming in a pool of BL movies, there are so many, most people don't have the time or interest to watch them all. It's honestly crazy, that we have like 20 a week if you count Asian series. It's much more if you count worldwide. They announced this series as non BL. They were clear about this from the beginning. Don't like it, don't watch it. There is enough BL out there to satisfy any possible needs. People are salty, because they want to see them kiss so badly. The time will come, no worries.
