I like the BL story, but I'm more invested in the zombie plot, even though it's nothing new. But they really do a good job with the low budget.
The BL is the cherry on the cake, but I wouldn't complain if it had only been bromance.

This is growing on me. I like the slow pace. The actors have good chemistry too. Didn't look like it at first, but that's why I say I like the slow pace. You can really see how they get more comfortable.

I was always pro GMMTV, and they know how to make a cute highschool/college series. They do a lot of things right. But seeing that their ratings get inflated so much by fans of the couples is irritating. I started watching this, because I thought it must be great ... nope.
It's not bad. But 8,5? It's a series you 100% don't need to watch. You won't miss anything.

In the first episodes it looked like Dohyeon had a lot of power over Eunho, mostly psychological power, but he is also physically stronger. Eunho came across as innocent, easy going and clueless, while Dohyeon was portrayed as a dangerous creep. Even though I knew they wouldn't go there, I could imagine him forcing himself on Eunho since his behavior was so obsessive and unhealthy.
But now in the last episodes Eunho showed us another side of him ... he is honestly such a littler f*cker which I think was a brilliant turn of events. Suddenly Dohyeon seemed so powerless.
At the beginning I thought: Why would someone like that creep? Today I thought: Why would someone bother with that little b*tch?

Exactly my thoughts. I liked the slow development at the beginning, but those sappy love confessions and the revelation of being a Nour ... underwhelming.

It's still weird, I'm not gonna lie. In Europe it's mostly two different professions. You have a corpse, you call the forensic team, they examine the body, they transport it to a hospital or an university (wherever they do the work), then they write a report or the police comes and you show them the results on the body. This is not done in a police department. They cool the body until they can bury it. Two different places, two different professions. You don't have a desk in the same room like a detective.

That the actors show us some real good kisses is also a win. I'm not used to seeing something like this in Korean BL.

This series improved a lot in the last two episodes.
The relationship is more balanced out now with both being difficult, conflicted and confused. Seeing that Yeo Eun Ho is also attracted to Cha Do Hyeon makes a huge difference. It's also nice to see that they have such lewd thoughts. It's more realistic. Overall, I'm digging the psychological drama now.

Chinese BLs are a hit or miss for me. This is a miss.

Why do you need a fic, when this series basically IS the fic?
It cannot get crazier than this.

This is too toxic for me, not because I'm against toxic series.
But the toxicity feels so forced with Cha Do Hyeon being a creep for no good reason. Yeo Eon Ho looks like a little mouse that will be eaten by the cat every second. Those are two normal boys, nothing psychologically deep here, but it's so overly dramatic just for the sake of it.

I'm surprised that there is such a passionate anti-AI crowd on MDL.
Seems some people are still in the trenches fighting AI.
