Are you talking about when YSL went away? He told her he needed time to think and she understood that completely,…
I was referring to the end of episode 20 when NXG accused LYS of not caring enough to try to contact her when he went to the hospital with that injured skier. All he needed to do was tell her he tried ringing many times, and he also (attempted) to send a text, although I'm not sure why she didn't get it. But he just stood there silent as she had her rant and then left in the taxi that magically appeared just at that time.
I REALLY hate voluntary mutism used by writers as a mechanism to generate misunderstanding between characters. It's lazy writing. Its just not believable that a person would choose to just stand mute rather than speak the one or two sentences that would immediately clarify the misunderstanding. I understand the writers "need" to create some conflict so they can "solve" it, but voluntary mutism is a stupid and lazy way to achieve that goal.
Probably an unpopular opinion after seeing so many great comments…I am on episode 11 and I really don’t get…
It's best to park your logical brain at the door when watching dramas. You'll find plot holes, contradictions and a whole galaxy of really bad decisions in pretty much every drama you watch.
I don't understand why Zhuang Xu rejected Nie Xi Guang? She's rich, gorgeous and likes him, and he apparently likes her. It seems to me like a profoundly stupid decision on his part to turn her down, and also to never pursue her at a later date. He prefers just to stand around and look disappointed, especially later on when he realises that Nie Xi Guang is no longer available. What am I missing? Is he just stupid? (I've only watched the first 12 episodes, so perhaps there is information I'm yet to learn in a later episode). I'm happy to accept spoilers in replies.
2nd FL was awesome but 2nd ML is so mehh.. I was expecting some things at the beginning but it was like downhill…
I wonder what people would think if her character was portrayed by a male. Continuing to pursue someone after they have made it clear they aren't interested is sexual harassment.
I am seriously baffled by all the extreme negativity about this drama. Why does everyone expect so much from a…
You're missing the point. No one is demanding it be serious. No one is arguing that it can't just be fun. No one is even suggesting that it needs to be ground-breaking. The criticism was for the very noticeable decrease in the quality of the writing in the second half of the drama, and especially the very poor final two episodes that were very rushed and clichéd. After the first few episodes, I was rating this drama as a 9/10. It ended at a 8/10 for me. But its good that you enjoyed it.
