On Time and Him Are Just Right Mar 4, 2025
One day I'm going to watch an Asian drama written by someone who listened in highschool science class enough to learn that you don't catch a cold (i.e. viral infection) because you were rained or snowed on. One day that will happen, but not today.

On The Scandal of Chun Hwa Mar 2, 2025
Yoon Woo Ri is the prostitute in episode 1. When she was coerced into doing a nude sex scene in the drama "Hit the Spot" (check the social media post she made at the time - it went viral in Korea), she was concerned that she would be typecast and only offered roles that involved nudity. It looks like her prediction came true. But bit-part actors have to eat, and that requires money which requires accepting paying roles.

I really enjoyed this drama. It had some funny bits and some feel good bits. The story kept my interest to the very end, and the acting and cinematography were extremely good. It is well deserving of its (current) 8.6 MDL score. I wish more dramas were only 12 episodes long, because far too often, 16-episode Korean dramas struggle to maintain their quality all the way to the end. My score: 9/10.

Title Exclusive Fairytale Spoiler
I'm 11 episodes in, and this is my view from what I've seen so far. The love triangle is barely noticable, because…
I'm now up to episode 21 in which they've just graduated from university. While at university, there was a male student who was interested in Xiao Tu, but she just thought he was being friendly. This guy was a bit of a player, and so when he made a move on Xiao Tu, she immediately rejected him. He didn't take no for an answer, and was going to force himself on Xiao Tu, but Ling Chao turned up to ninja-kick the guy and save the day. There was also another guy who actively persued Xiao Tu for several episodes, but she made it clear to him that she wasn't interested and she already had a boyfriend. He persisted for a while, then gave up.
Xu Ling Long who had a crush on Ling Chao in highschool continued to have that crush in university, and tried to persue Ling Chao. At no point was Ling Chao interested (because he's been in love with Xiao Tu forever), but he didn't directly reject Xu Ling Long, so she kept thinking she had a chance for way longer than she should have.
I would not consider any of these as love triangles, because the third person never had any chance. I certainly wouldn't skip this drama just because of these subplots.
My advice to anyone wondering if they should watch a drama which has a synopsis that interests them is to start watching it. If they find they are enjoying it, then keep watching it. If not, just drop it and try something else.

I really enjoyed this drama. I'm surprised the score is so low. Was it review bombed by MDL morality warriors because of the age gap?

I mostly enjoyed this drama. There are plenty of ways it could have been improved, but I don't want to be too critical of a small studio with a very limited budget producing their first GL drama. I'm just happy that these Thai studios are producing GL dramas. I will support them and watch their productions even if they are technically average.
My advice to potential future viewers is, if you like GL content, then certainly watch this, but if you're not a GL fan or a Thai drama fan, then probably give it a miss.
My score: 7/10

So the sex scene in this movie is real
Sorry - I don't. Personally, I prefer dramas over movies because I enjoy the much deeper story with more fleshed out characters. You can check my list for what I've watched and my score. I'm sure if you search around you'll find lists that others have made. Another option is to visit the MDL page for a movie you've enjoyed and see what other similar movies have been recommended on that page. You can also do the same on some streaming sites that will make recommendations. Best of luck with your search - I'm sure you'll find plenty of good stuff to watch.

So the sex scene in this movie is real
It's a very ordinary movie. There are so many better movies you could choose instead. Erotic movies rarely have great writing, acting or cinematography from what I've seen.

So the sex scene in this movie is real
No - it is simulated sex. In Korea, unsimulated sex is illegal in dramas/movies. I commented because the sex scene was (in my opinion) ridiculously vigorous and involved awkward and quite uncomfortable looking sex positions. I found it more funny than sexy.

In wikipedia, i saw that there were 2 special episodes. Do you know where i can watch it?
I'd be surprised if that was true. If they did exist, someone would have added them as "related content" on this page.

RIP Sae Ron.
My own daughter is almost exactly the same age as Sae Ron, so I'm finding her death is impacting me quite a lot.

Overall this drama was quite good. I didn't see the twist coming. Of course there were things that could have been improved in this drama, such as ...
* The "music" during the suspense scenes was bad, like something out of 1980s television.
* The acting of Ton Athiwad Sanidwong Na Ayoodthayaa and Dave Tha Thep Chaichanbutr was terrible. (But, the acting of Meena Rina Chatamonc and Na Naphat Vikairungroj was excellent)
* The confrontation scene between Tul and Tin at the start of the final episode was way too long.
But still, I found the drama entertaining.

This drama was surprisngly good. I particularly enjoyed Hwang Jung Eum's comedic acting - she can be really funny. One of the better Korean dramas I've watched in recent times.
9/10 is my score.

I enjoyed this more than I thought I would BUT I have one question. I understand why the FL was allowed to return…
This simply wasn't explained. Like many unexplained events and miscellaneous plot holes you will find in pretty much every drama you watch, its best not to think about them too much.

I saw the love triangle tag and I'm hesitating to watch it. Is it an annoying love triangle?
I'm 11 episodes in, and this is my view from what I've seen so far. The love triangle is barely noticable, because there is no romance while they are high school students. It's just a case of two boys who have a (slight?) crush on a girl, but there is no confessions, no flirting, no nothing. I guess it could change in the second half of the drama, but from what I've seen so far, I wouldn't skip this drama if I were you.

Title Roommate
There are clear GL undertones in this drama. For example, in one scene, they both are staring into each other's eyes, and a "heartbeat" sound effect can be heard. This is a very common method used by film makers to indicate physical attraction. But there wasn't any other overt displays of GL, which I found a bit disappointing.
