My take is that, MY was never truly shown love, her love is about winning competition for her people. And the moment she lost, she was abandoned. So even though she may be aware of their love for each other, we see that she quickly brush it off by saying, “once I find the antidote and be cured, i will resume my role and he will resume his, he can hate me but soon love will be forgotten.” MY has more issues with abandonment and fear to love, so she rather focus on pursuing what she thought is her only worth which is to recover and fight competition.There is a lot of growth for MY and in the process there be challenges and obstacles in their relationship. That’s how we get 36ep. lol!
I googled what a graft spell is, and it’s basically a spell that allows you to borrow power from someone there…
This is my guess…as Situ Ling has no spiritual vines so he learnt the Graft spell from FuYue. And when he was helping MY, he was actually using Graft spell borrowing powers from Jinxin Abyss and transferring to MY, hence JBZ can sense the spell when she used it to help his dragon.
