One has to infer based on various facts recorded and write as true to the essence and preserve what needs to be remembered. Really like Feng Dao, Guo Wei, Guo Rong and Zhao KuangYin’s character. The actor’s casting were also well selected.

Yeah…feel really sad for him…I like this reality check for this story that a modern character can be transmigrated to ancient time and stuck in tragic plot that is beyond his control. He is very smart to be able to survive son many years on his own. Hence makes the first ep., scene where he first came in contact with FL who transmigrated, his joy and relieve😓😓😓.

I always wonder how it would have been for ML, who was from adolescent, grow up, traumatized in novel world and went back to real world to be teens again, to relive that journey to adulthood in modern lives. But I guessed it’s different as growing up in novel world definitely different experience than growing up again in real world.
I hope the script here keeps closely to the novel storyboard.

It’s not exactly love in the beginning for ML, if you watch on you will understand the reasons. This director starts with capturing the viewers with the aesthetic and sets, the story takes a while to unfold. It’s quite true to the DongHua.

Ep 9 and 10, it’s revealed briefly via flashbacks that ML transmigrated into novel as a teenager…
So he lied to FL that he came few days before her. He lied about being a CEO and also lied about being a actor.
He has been stuck in the novel for more than 15years…poor soul.

The drama is confusing at this point but if it follows the original source, the story will be revealed slowly.

There is no third one from modern world. The novel has three books and it also has storyline of SFL being a transmigrator in the novel storyline. So that’s why FL knew SFL’s name in the novel. I believe the drama will reveal the storyline along the way as further ep being shown.

As what Ahjummai above mentioned, if based on original source material, SFL is a 2D written character in the novel, she transmigrated in the novel. But ML and FL are both from real world.
