Yeah so agreed that of late, so many poorly written ‘strong’ FLs, set up well but halfway through just lost it’s way. Had me wonder they really don’t know how to write proper FLs. It’s like the different arc here, started well then all fall short, whether it’s investigation or YM or FL’s character then the villian🤦🏻‍♀️. I am also disappointed on not seeing much good script of recent.

Since the beginning, I just had this feel that the script writer wrote YM’s character to suffer under women. I lost interest of this drama quite long ago, and I am not the least surprise of the again convenient ending with poorly develop characters’ arc. Disappointing for me too.

The additional Zhang’s boys is a nice touch. It shows the fraction from bigger perspectives that how different people in Zhang will perceive ZQL’s existence. Till now, among the old group, we know who has betrayed ZQL, but I am still curious about ZHK and his sister’s stand at this point.
