However if you understand the context, at that time in the culture, it’s very common for older man to marry younger woman. Amd as you point out, I like how the production film the scene and use comical music. Actually make the scene more fun and playful rather than an older man taking a fancy of younger girls. I actually felt based on set up of CWD’s character, he may appear to be a brutal but yet is a respectful man and wouldn’t do anything of such to a woman. So that scene just show how he is teasing MX.

Hopefully she grew up more from this experience and get it out of her head to survive rather then just uphold novelty and morality.

ep 25, I can’t help but notice little details that CWD is thoughtful to MX. At the wedding, he knows she is uncomfortable and hungry, so he quickly brought her to the room and although he tried to advance in her. I felt he would never do anything against her will. So he gave her his room. Even on next day, you can see he is so tolerance towards MX, of course MX knew and also not afraid of him. Their relationship is nicely set up for progress, just hope MX wouldn’t do anything unfaithful to CWD as the book mentioned.

Ep 19 I just want to say, I love the amazing boss/staff relationship between PR and TTJ. PR is the most gutsy girl in the whole drama. Always ever courageous!
