What a twist…it’s another two ep of CX having to fight with so many, including her own Mom. I am beginning to realise that the whole journey for FL is to fight multiple levels till the final boss😅

The most recent ep, 12, when FL had a simple conversation and playing a little game with Grandma Xie is very relatable to me. I grew up with my Grandma, she was also a hardworking woman in her time, there was no play and just survival to keep the family going. And that speech from XZY, gave me an ah-ha moment on why the other title for this drama is “Windy Place”, but in direct translation, it should be ‘Go where the wind is’.

Why are so many characters in this story, prefer to hide the truth, or tell lies. So far only CX and NZ have been most truthful to their feelings, behaviour and actions.

Ep 11, Zhi Yao grab Hong Duo’s hands and suddenly said, “I think I have fallen for you.” In Shanghai dialect. It’s so sweet!

Ep 11, love the wisdom talk, chicken soup advice! I feel the challenge here will be to get accurate translation from spoken Chinese to English as a lot of good advice are taken from Chinese phrase.

Agreed with your review. Good to some extend, room for improvement, last 4 episodes were a bit of mess and can be hard to watch but overall enjoyable. No regrets watching till the end too.

Yes! That scene was very funny and very nicely filmed. Ah Nai’s acting is spot on. Love her expressive expression and eyes.

Yeah, he is doing so many “other thing” but just not honest with how he feel about her…sigh. Hopefully it’s not like the trailer, audience only get to see them get together at ep35 where they hug😅.

Done with ep 8. Amazing how FL is very serious and passionate about her “volunteer work”. It’s funny how ML and Grandma Xie put up a show to trick FL into volunteering;)

Amazing how they gave time and put emphasis on every character, allowing the audience to know them in deeper level. Much thought put on designing different character in the story.

CX has a great point, “no matter for what reason he (GNT) rejected me, it’s because he doesn’t love me enough.” So true, if GNT really realised his heart, he can work through his grief or problems with CX and not just choose to push her away. GNT has to figure out that he does love CX enough.
Why so complicated….I am still waiting for more exciting aviation stories…

Great point. And CX hearing the conversation between drunk NZ and GNT, decided to openly set boundaries with NZ so not to give him any false hope. If all relationship matters are dwell with like CX’s style. All will be clear and straightforward.

I shared the same frustration when I first ended the series. Just felt the ending theme wasn’t a positive one and didn’t sit well with me. Hahaha…I actually blame the writer.
