A great romance drama
When they just met, he respected her and even respected how she wanted things to go when it came to money.While in college and when she just started working, I think she is just over doing it and can’t accept his kindness. I think it’s very selfish because he really loves and cares for her.
This secret she is keeping about paying back her relatives, I could see it messing up their relationship.
Finally she told him and now his family went through a hard time and I blamed him for not being honest.
Why I cant stand her? Her actions towards him after they met again. She behaved so heartless and just ugh!!! I was really sad to see the guy keep chasing her. Her reasons for not wanting to be together was just foolish in my opinion. Anyways, for me, I don’t think she deserves him and that’s just me. She needed to stay by herself. For the ending, if they didn’t get back together, I would have been happy either way. But we got to see their wedding and it was a beautiful setting.
Overall, it is a great romance drama.

perfect ending!
The timeline as they progressed in their lives were so special and meaningful. THANK YOU FOR THE EXTRA EPISODE BECAUSE YOU GOT ME HERE CRYING.That little playback from their present to the first time he saw her again, touched my heart.
It made the ending perfect!!! I always love these type of endings. I would definitely watch this again.

Youth to adulthood romance
If I had kept reading these low ratings review, I wouldnt have given this a chance. I watched it and its a solid 8/10 for me. It was good. It's one of those coming of age drama with friends that you grew up with and still remained friends throughout high school, uni and adulthood.Jiang Qiao Xi and his family had their issues which lead to more problems and it took a toll on him mentally. And when a man feels like he is not enough nor can he provide, he will want to distant himself until he can rise again. (just to summarize).
And that didnt matter to Lin Ying Tao, she loves him regardless of what he life was like after everything happened.
All I can say is that they loved each other so much, it was so cute and emotional to see them.
Lin Ying Tao is a smart young girl and Jiang Qiao Xi finally opened to her and as their lives progressed, we all know that they made it through.
Why it wasnt a 9 or 10/10 - I think they spent too much time on the childhood journey of their lives, I was hoping they would skip and go to uni and uni was a little bit too long.... I just thought it would have been better if maybe the last 3-5 episodes were focused on them and their new lives....I wanted to see the successful friends and his parents and their wedding. I wanted to see them start their family and maybe progressed to another 5yrs later... you know?
But that is just my opinion.

Strong ML
Song Wei Long looked so handsome in this drama! I'll just start there lol. This was a great "contractual" marriage drama and you will see why I say that. I got to say Tan was starting to frustrate me because she didn't want anything to do with him and yet when the Prince as showing affection/kindness she was still questioning his feelings (even though she didn't and also wanted him).Both Prince and Tan love grew stronger for each other. I am glad they didn't leave us too heartbroken at some of the characters that passed.
The political aspect of the drama was easy to watch and loved how smart the Prince is and oh not to mention his fighting skills.
Overall, it was good - I am always a sucker for these type of endings and I feel more sattsified.

How many times did they kiss? LOL
It didn't take long for them to fall for each other. I always like time travel dramas but why are these Cdramas ending the same way?There are some parts that really felt draggy to me and its the reborn and forgetting. When they were in the mortal world, it was draggy to me too.
I think it could have been better but the Arthur Chen and Wang Ying Lu saved it for me and yup countless kissing scenes.
I really thought we would get a 2nd love interest but not at all. It was just focused on them.

Beautiful love story - He is a walking green flag
This was giving warm, charming and mature (misunderstandings between the leads were minimal). No love triangle. Great chemistry.I love the Nie Xi Guang character, she is ambitious and didnt depend on her parents for money. She wanted to learn the ropes and she loved it and made a name for herself.
Lin Yu Sen came off very softie but when he is working, he certainly plays his boss roles well. He is a walking green forest!!!!
I am so glad Xi Guang let Zhuang Xu go!!! I personally didnt like how he spoke to her and even the words he said. He was a pain to watch and so silly of him to remain single for so long? Like he still cant believe she moved on.
Fast forward to the future, I got my happy ending and yes I say mine, because I am a sucker for those endings LOL - marriage and starting their own family.

Strong ML with a clever FL
I gave this a solid 8/10. There were just some things I could't get pass.I loved Yining's character. She was clever, bold and stood up for herself. Despite growing up with the father's concubines who continuously plotted against her, she fought herself out of the situation. When she met Luo Shen Yuan after coming back home, they first developed a bond and wanted to help each other find the truth about wrongful deaths.
I won't say much on that part as you will need to watch it for yourself lol.
Now, Lu Jia Xue was obsessed to the very end. OMG he was sooooo determined lol and annoying with his actions.
What made me give this an 8/10 is because she kept calling in "third brother" to the very end. Like come on writers, you didn't have to make it so weird to the end. She should be now more mature and leaving that childish part behind her.
I am always here for perfect endings and we got it.
Overall, it was good - slow burn - lil romance at the end - a few comedic scenes....

Entertaining!
This was funny! They can play any role and it shows in this. They were all pretending to be different persons and they acted so good too.What can James not do!? lol and he looks so funny in some of his looks.
Lost it when James and that doc was running in the rain and you hear “you are my everything” 🤣🤣🤣
Overall it was entertaining. And I can’t wait for part 2 since she said “we will be back” at the end.

4 friends experiencing love/relationships in their 20s
This is a really good short youthful rom com. 4 friends with different personalities. They are very close and care and support for each other.They are all shy and inexperience with relationships. They are very young so it is understandable. But it shows the reality of youths growing up, experiencing different relationships.
Min Gi character is so frustrating LOL is experiencing a real relationship for the first time but bro is so emotional.
Gi Hyeok, I didnt feel sorry for him because he didn't try clear up any misunderstanding before it was too late.
Gwang Jae, for me, I don’t think he is ready for a relationship.
Jun Seok - I had high hopes for him to be in a steady relationship because he seemed like the most sensible one of the bunch.
Fast forward, the 4 friends needed to grow and experience what love/relationship really means.

Mature and great chemistry
I enjoyed this and I always like seeing Lu Yu Xiao on screen.I loved the game elements of the drama and brought something different to the episodes. Seeing them dressing up and playing different characters was a nice touch.
The leads, Xiao Zhi Yu and Hu Xiu had great chemistry and this was more on the mature side and no one being silly.
The only thing I could't get by was that there was always something about her feet, either the shoe fell off or she fell or almost falling....I know its the norm for these dramas but I think for a mature setting, they shouldn't let her seem so clumsy.
Hope that makes sense.
Zhao Xiao Rou and her husband's relationship added a little dynamic to the story and liked that.
Despite the little misunderstandings between Xiao Zhi Yu and Hu Xiu, their love conquered all doubts and glad they got their happy ending.

MASTERPIECE! I WISH I COULD WATCH THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME
This is my #1 historical Cdrama for 2025. I was hooked from the first few minutes. I am so speechless as where to start. You can see how Wei Shao was captured by her beauty in the first part. When they finally got married, their bickering with each other is the funniest thing ever 🤣 Though you can tell they liked each other but how they were always "fighting" they sounded like a couple in love for years.Despite what happened with their families, they are very strong minded individuals who want to protect their families and their people. They worked against each other to with each other - they are both smart and strong in their own way.
Xiao Qiao makes the perfect wife - her character was just perfect!
I am so happy when they confessed their feelings. LISTEN!! there are so many other things I could say but THEIR KISSING SCENES, oh jeeeeez!!!! It was worth it!!!! THEIR ON SCREEN CHEMISTRY IS 100000/10.
Wei Shao generals and advisor ? Oh Gosh, they are just pure comedy.
Overall, it was captivating, excellent storyline, you will get ROMANCE, comedy, brotherhood, family, politics and fighting.
I wish I could watch this again for the first time. Saying I wish it had more episodes would have probably made it draggy but that is how I personally feel after watching it because I didnt want it to end.

The suspense, the mystery! Must watch!
This was a great thriller/mystery drama. Flowers to Kim Go Eun on her role and everyone else. Acting was good.I loved how to the story unfolded and I wasnt even thinking they had something to do with An Yun Su’s husband.
Baek Dong Hun had all right to be like that because evidence were pointing to her.
I dont want to give out any spoilers but go watch!

Beautiful and captivating. Chemistry was chemistrying lol!
I couldnt wait to finish this one! Chemistry was chemistrying lol! And you also expect that from Zhang Ling He with his lead co stars. Though Xie Zheng was secretive about who he was, you can see he literally fell for Fan Chang Yu and her lifestyle didnt matter much to him after a while because he started to trust her more.I enjoyed how their relationship blossomed into love. It was beautiful.
What I love most is that they are A STRONG COUPLE, both bad a$$.
They protect each other and their family,
Gongsun Yin being clumsy unintentionally was a nice touch to the drama.
There are so many other characters to talk about but I wont. Just watch it yourself! YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!
The only thing that made me not give it a 10/10 was the ending.....to me, thought I understand it, I just though it could have been and maybe show their own family instead.

Just watch for yourself
It wasn't bad at all. It was just okay. Not sure why so much hate. It had some jokes in it. I mean Bae Suzy's character is supposed to be emotionless. (nothing bad about her but I am still trying get to use to her acting and her screaming)But it was lovely seeing them on screen again from Uncontrollable Fond.
Overall, I think they k illed their role in this. It was a okay fantasy modern drama.

It was really "The Best Thing"
Heart warming, cute, light, charming and romantic. The leads were super cute in this drama and they had amazing chemistry. Y’all know we will get good kissing scenes with Zhang lol. So many messages in each episodes which made it a great storyline. This was an easy watch, It was not draggy and you will definitely love it.THANK YOU writers for not making her act silly and I love that she dressed modern. For the ending, I loved it and I am happy we got to see their happy ending.
