T_T Its too shocking. He's one of those actors you get used to seeing in many dramas and feel they will always be there, and always welcome their presence.

It's a typical drama in that everything is presented in an "elementary" way, with the lesson of the day and all. However, it does showcase many problems in Japanese society today, some addressed, others presented. Some characters are a bit much, but all more or less controlled, and some nice genuine moments.

Am I the only one who is so anoyed by the mother in this drama?
Nop she's a control freak. I like the actress she's great but the character is terrible. Okay not terrible you can definitely see her good side but she had a terrible side.

The only reason I can find myself watching this is if Yamapi gets the girl So does he?
If you're a fan of yamapi it's definitely worth checking it out for him. The drama itself was boring for me but I reaaally enjoyed his role here.

Yeah um, nothing really stands in this drama. Very underwhelming. I find the main couple very rigid and boring. The male coworkers are the worst, intrusive and controlling. The friends were okay but hardly anything special. But then there's our Kamisama. I would've rated the drama worse but he made it worth the watch for me ;)

So is Shouta with the same UV Allergy? The last part shows him scratching.

I love the cast here, and none disappointed me in any way, but I didn't get what the movie is all about. The ending…
I do like to look into double meaning. It's been a while since I watched (judging from my previous comment, a whole year lol. I need to rewatch. It's definitely the type of movie I'd like to discuss. For now time doesn't help but I'll let you know once I rewatch ;)

I'll keep in mind trying to look at it from the characters' point of view

The story had something missing. It felt empty. The whole mystery was presented in an uneven way. The way romance was dealt with was initially too fast then extremely. Some of the actions there made no sense.

However it was worth the watch for the cast. It was fun even seeing them hang out together, eating, bickering, brushing their teeth... Individually each intriguing in their own way.

Nice article! PPL are usually heavy-handed in KDramas. The issue for me is that sometimes the type of product…
That's exactly my issue with product placement in kdramas. They don't make sense plain and simple.

"Having a son is better. Daughters are no good. Once you’ve raised her, she leaves and gets married. If they don’t get married, you only worry. And when they do get married, you feel let down." So no matter what girls do, it's a letdown. Figures :P

Bored out of my mind. Also the main girl Noriko had this creepy smile all throughout the movie, I couldn't stand it. I liked the father-daughter conversation in the end though.
